I ordered the Scallops Pernod which is an anise liqueur. The eggs were fluffy and thick not thin like a crepe. And they did not skimp on the ingredients. My husband had the garbage and I had the Mexican omelet. The restaurant looked clean and the waitress was attentive and friendly. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. If you are looking for an omelet done the right way and are in Eagle River this is the place to go!
