It's not soggy and it holds its shape. The birria consomé itself is something I come back for by itself. You can definitely taste the cloves. I reccomend asking for more lime. They've definitely improved a lot service wise! More than a year ago it took my and my friends more than 20-30 minutes to get our food. It was really off putting but the birria was enough to come back and I live really close. Last couple times I've gone this year and late last year they have improved to less than 15 minutes depending on the size of the order. Their baja fish and shrimp tacos taste just like the ones alongside baja california (i know since i did a roadtrip along that coast) If you like fish tacos it's a must try!!
