After these messages were sent we were blocked and they proceeded to then attack one of my wife's bridesmaids via text. For clarity: Our venue became unavailable last year during our desired date due to a scheduling conflict with the venue. We were far enough out from our wedding that we were able to reschedule for the same date the following year(2024) and let the other booked party take the venue for 2023. However we lost our jobs in January of this year and had to cancel in entirety. This is unacceptable behavior. Do better. Edit to address the owner: You were EXPRESSLY asked, when we had to reschedule the first time, if you wanted us to pay an additional deposit. You said NO. You did not, AT ANY POINT, tell us that you were booked for this year. While loss of income in 2023 is our fault and we SAID AS MUCH, you canceling two dates this year is on YOU not us. In reality, I had reached out minutes before their confirmation email asking for directions. I only discovered the shoot was canceled on the day it was supposed to happen. When I requested a refund, they initially agreed, but then stopped responding altogether--ignoring emails, texts, and calls. After years of wasted time and frustration, I can confidently say this company is unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. Save yourself the stress and your money--go with literally anyone else.
