My husband and I were both stuffed by then end! We would definitely come here again! The only oddity was the bathroom door. We are both extremely private people and found it a bit chalenging to use the privy as the door does not go all the way to the top or bottom of the doorway.

It is a beautiful place to stay! Appearance - We stayed in the Queen Anne room, which we were told is the most romantic! Our bedroom did not have a bathroom, due to how old the place is. The inn-keeper was personable and offered to have our rooms switched with one that came with a door. So not all rooms are created equal - just something to be aware of. The innkeeper also prepared us a nice breakfast taking our dietary restrictions into consideration - emphasizing on local and organic ingredients. There's a common guest area/lounge, equipped with microwave, fridge and brewing station accessible at all hours. There was no TV and no cell phone coverage in the room. But free wi-fi was available. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay, and are likely to visit again.

He communicated directly via text and email before we even arrived and provided a lot of valuable advice and suggestions to plan our trip to Eugene and the surrounding area. When we arrived to the B&B it was like coming to a second home with a welcoming relative. Every detail and comfort was considered and present in advance. The estate is massive and yet homey simultaneously. Tom was a tremendous host throughtout our 3 day stay and cooked and served a delicious and fresh breakfast daily. Also charged our Tesla at no cost, told interesting stories about his home and the region, and recommended places to visit. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay a 5-star+++ experience. If all that was not enough, Tom picked berries with our 5-year old in his orchard, gave her cooking lessons, and kept her entertained while we rested. Shelley provided directions to a good spot to climb the sand dunes. I'm sorry we stayed for only one night. Daybreak Haven is an extremely pleasant place to visit, and if we head into Oregon again, I plan to book it for at least 2 nights.

If you like super firm this is the room for you - however, it left me with back pain and I didn't feel rejuvenated at all after the trip due to restless nights .
