The staff was unpleasant, and that experience made me very nervous about looking for a new dental office. For about a year, I struggled to adjust to the idea of a new environment and kept putting it off. Eventually, I was referred to Dr. Sharon. Even though I was still very nervous, I started bringing my family members in one by one before scheduling my own appointment. I needed to hear their feedback first! Thankfully, they all had nothing but great things to say. Today was finally my appointment, and for the first time in seven years, I truly felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Denise at the front desk greeted me warmly and made me feel seen right away. She was incredibly sweet and made me feel like I had been an established patient for years. Maura brought me back to the room and was just as kind and welcoming. Then I saw Sherilyn, the hygienist, and for the first time in many years, the experience didn't feel scary. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She was so gentle and kind that I actually ended up taking a small nap yes, really! Dr. Sharon was amazing as well. She is very knowledgeable, she explained the overall health of my teeth clearly and made me feel like she had been caring for me for years.
