We have so much fun together!! This place is seriously HUGE. The large lava slide scares me - it looks soo steep! But it's great for older kids. The crowds can be intense but still haven't had a lot of issues even when it's insanely crowded. Surprisingly, you can still get around and do your own thing. It can be dirty at times, so my only suggestion would be for them to have staff that goes around cleaning up during the day. read more

This place is really cool! We bring my Fiancé's 2 year old here and she loves it. Lots of trampolines, slides, and activities to keep kids engaged. There is no enforcement on age restricted areas. So theres been a few times I've had to tell older kids/teens to leave the toddler area ballpit. It seems parents don't care what their kids do and let them do whatever. If you have a little one, make sure to keep an eye on them. Kids get rambunctious and possessive over certain things. I had a little boy try and tell my fiancé's toddler she can't go on his slide. But overall she loves it and we can spend hours here. Never tried the food. read more

It was a cool place and I would've given it 5 stars if 1. The air conditioner was on and working. It was hot as b4lls in there. I had no idea it wasn't working and they had a few fans but that doesn't help on a blazing hot Colorado day. My kiddo was drenched in sweat and so was I. It made it musty in there. 2. I wish they had staff watching the toddler area and keeping large kids out of it. 3. Their military discount only applies to the active duty member.. like what about the rest of our family? What about the active duty's child? I would change that policy if I were the manager. They should also have a reduced admission for small kids under 2 since they can only enjoy the small tot area and can't use the rest of the facilities. This is one of my kids' favorite trampoline parks. Even when this place is crowded, it's so large that there's still plenty of space! In addition to the trampoline side, they have a jungle gym, toddler area, and a giant slide that my kids love. There's also a tall volcano climbing area with a fun slide. Highly recommend, I go to CO once a year and plan to return as a to do list for my kids. My teen and 3 year old loved it.

Firstly the positive: Lots to do, seems clean, different motor skills development, rules clearly posted throughout the facility. The not-so-good: Yes, you sign a waiver accepting responsibility for your kiddo, but there are zero staff who oversee whether or not the safety guidelines are enforced. Things I saw: 1) kids jumping into foam pits while others were there, barely missing jumping on top of them. 2) Kids doing all sorts of flips, even onto hard surface platforms 3) double jumping on trampolines to make a smaller child go higher. I'm not advocating not going, but parents need to be vigilant and aware when taking their children here, especially toddlers and preschoolers. We realize it would be impossible to completely oversee safety but one or two employees assigned to roam the floor ( like at Ninja Nation) would be a good investment. read more

And yes there was plenty adults being kids too!! Everyone was in 100, running, laughing, playing!! So many goodies to eat too!! This place is just a shit show. Tons of kids running around nobody is watching areas properly. You get a wristband and they yell over PA when your color (time is up) but no one is policing and the place is overcrowded. I mainly went for Toddler area and there were adults just sitting on play areas and In tiny ball pit blocking so my son could play. Large kids running up the toddler slides running into my son who was trying to slide down. No employees around to tell these kids and adults this is inappropriate The place just was DIRTY and sticky. We visited Lava Island when in town visiting family. The size and scope of this establishment is impressive. They have trampolines and a jump park on one side and a massive jungle themed play area on the other. Our kids had fun but a couple things really bothered me as a parent. Staff are not visible and older unruly kids make it hard for kids to enjoy themselves. While we were there kids were being unsafe and some parents were as well which out numerous other kids at risk of accident and injury and staff didn't seem to care. If your kiddos are a little shy and don't like to be around chaos avoid this place. read more

This place offer a really great party pricing compare to other in door play place on this side of town. My oldest had his 7th birthday here and had a great time. We been coming here since his 3 but I feel like this place is not as clean as it use to be. The foam pit foams should probably be replace. My kids get sick 90% of time when they yo in the foam pit idk why. So they know they can no longer go in the foam pits. Very underwhelming my friend hurt his leg, the food was fine, the staff were nice, the place itself was foggy and smelt like weed. They closed the only part of it that was fun and o hold storage, the ambiance is fine and the theming is not very good. They could improve by opening the climbing area and cleaning it more and cracking down on the people vaping and smoking. While my kids and their friends had a great time, I would recommend using caution when having a party here. Weekdays you can have 26 people (including bday child and ALL adults/kids over 1). The problem is: the staff does not help put a limit on the guest list, allowing siblings and parents to stay and add their name to the guest list who I had not invited. I needed them to say, "You'll need to check in at the front desk or talk to the hostess." Every person who came in who said they were here for ____'s party got let in and they charged me $20 per person over 26 people. So, I would recommend either guarding the door or somehow communicating to the staff that you are not willing to add people to the guest list. We had one family not RSVP for their child, then the mom and sister came at least 30 min after the party started. That one family cost me $60?!?! Also, they said they had a staff person for your party, but they were bare bones on staff. We had to go get refills on water pitchers multiple times and get forks for cake from them after realizing we didn't have them (which were supposed to be provided). Just use caution. Cheap too when you can keep your kids there for 90 mins and take them home exhausted. Ignore all the Karens and Male Karens complaining about the masks. People have masks on. My kids adore this place. We've done several birthday parties here. The little kids play area is huge and amazing and the bigger kids love the jump area. We've never done the climbing section, but my son asks me too every time. The pizza is pretty good, as are the cupcakes. The party rooms are kind of tiny, but they get the job done.
