With all the moving process I had my nails grow along with my acrylics, Tyler did an amazing job with getting the acrylic off and just do a gel manicure. He did an AMAZING JOB giving my nails the shape and life back. The place is amazing, beautiful and calm. The best part is that it doesn't have the smell of a salon with very relaxing music. We finally made it out here. Some of my friends came here of a pedicure and get our feet pampered. We made an appointment as we were a large group but still some ppl from our party had to wait as they take walk ins and they weren't finished by the time we arrived. But never the less the little wait, I was very impressed on their large selection on nail polish, beautiful interior design and comfortable massage chairs. I also appreciate that they use plastic liners for their tub which makes it feel so much cleaner to dip in your feet. I liked my pedicure a lot and the massage that came with it! Their deluxe pedicure is 40$ and regular is 30$! Loved how my nails were cut, shaped and cleaned and the color looked amazing too! If I ever feel like getting a pedicure this would be my to go place for sure! read more

This is a convenient spot to get my nails done. My favorite thing about this place is the massage chairs, which are nicer than the ones I've had in most other salons. They do a nice job with basic polish and they're very friendly. I can't comment on acrylics or gel as I haven't had that done there. They also have really cute kid-sized Frozen-themed little girls' pedicure chairs, which I think is adorable. The two things that disappointed me are that there's no consistency in who you get to do your nails, for the most part (you have the option to request, but it's not as personal a feel as most other places I've been) and I had one of the girls do a design on my nails for me and it was clear she wasn't an artist and I wasn't happy with the results. I am blown away at how awesome this place is! First, everyone is extremely nice. As I was struggling to decide on my color Tina helped me decide without making me feel rushed. The massage chairs for the pedicures are on another level than other places. The classic pedicure is $30 and delux is $40. I upgraded to delux and it was so worth it. I'm not sure exactly but I think she massaged me for over 20 minutes. The lotion used was warmed which added a nice touch. I've never experienced such great service. Always a top notch experience at Lavish. My boyfriend, David, and I have been coming here for years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff, including the insanely nice owners, always do a fantastic job and are extremely accommodating. They remember regulars and match you up with who does the best at what you want. I used to do acrylic tips with SNS but switched to gel recently instead based on the recommendation of one of the technicians and it fits my habits SO much better. They have elots of yummy drinks to choose from and a never ending choice of colors. Still coming here twice a month to get my nails done and I love them! Their manager always recognizes me and says hello to me, which I so appreciate. Today Stella took care of my nails, and this was probably the best manicure I've had yet. She made sure to ask me a few times if I was happy with the shape, length, etc. and made me feel comfortable with asking for any changes. Horrible place to spend money!!!!! I took my mom for Mother's Day at the spa for pedicures the lady she did her pedicure did spend time in off on her pedicure she didn't even massage her feet I asked for a deep massage on her feet but she just forgot to do it as she was talking to her friends all the entire time and she didn't take any of Calluses and Cuticles. A day after I called to complain about it ,they didn't make me satisfy or they didn't offer me for a refund of my money, they just offered me 15% off my next treatment these people are. My friend had a serious incident with the nail tech using a tool that looked like a cheese grater. Her foot was cut and it took weeks for it to heal properly. They do not wear name tags so you can not know the name of your technician if there is a problem that needs to be addressed. The cheese graters are dangerous and should not be used. We will not be going back to this nail salon. read more

This nail salon is a great nail salon! We were looking for a clean nail salons due to previous issues with cleanliness and this one was so clean they would clean the station after each client and you could tell they were very cautious about cleanliness and overall hospitality. They had lots of colors to choose from! They had no wait and did a great regular mani pedi they did not seem like they were in a rush which most nail salons are on a Saturday morning, and they also offered complimentary water and soda. The first time I went here I loved the selection of dip powders but I recently went in and John was absolutely so rude and kept cutting me and blaming me for it. This is the only nail salon that I will ever go to! Everyone is very nice and friendly, they greet you the moment that you walk in the door. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be taken care of. Everyone pays very close attention to detail, ensuring that you get what you paid for. The prices are very appropriate. I usually go there for an sns mani and that always turns out nice, recently I've been getting acrylic just because it's a little stronger and won't chip as easy while I'm growing my nails back out. This time when I went in to get a new acrylic set they insisted upon a gel manicure- said it'd last longer. Thats never been my experience with gel, but ok. Comes time to pay the gel manicure is $60!!! My acrylics are usually $45. Convinced they insisted upon gel to up charge. They did the same thing with another customer looking for acrylics after me, but I wasn't there when it came time for her to pay. read more

They let me leave with my nail filed down to.the tip with no acrylic etc. When asked what i wanted i yold them pink and white ombre. They have no clue how to do this. Let's start with my nails not being even, she didn't like them up so my nails aren't the same length on both hands. I got sns, they are uneven and lumpy my nails aren't straight either. I had to stop her quite a few times to describe that I wanted my nails to go to a point, we had to start all over also because they were too short to make them a point which I stated 3 times. I don't suggest you go there for fake nails. It took so long because I kept having her try to fix the crooked nails and unevenness $55 down the drain I just gave up after a while. read more

I was pretty disappointed with this salon. It is conveniently located and is a beautiful salon but the service was less than desirable. My nail tech was rough and rude at times, and my nail shape is pointy on one hand and round on the other. When I brought it to her attention she made it even pointier, so I am going to have to fix it myself. Then when I asked to pay, the lady asked me for $55. I said, for a fill?? She said, "oh, $35." She did not buff the top of my toenails to get them even nor did she file my toenail edges to make them smooth.
