I walked in and came in right after work. I have been looking for a closer to home/ work place and found this great place! They are people that came from a great salon that closed from covid. Im glad they are there and doing well. They handled a lady who was getting salty about the guy she was paired up with who didn't speak english very well. He had literally just finished my mani pedi and done an excellent job. His name is Don. I spoke up and said he did a great jon so she should calm down. She did and he and the lady at the desk thanked me for my honesty and help. I don't really care for the mistreatment of anyone just because their english sucks. That's easier to improve than bigotry and racism. They treated me with respect and I will be back! read more

First off, we called to make sure they had availability and was told to come in at 5. We came in at 5 and was told they never wrote down my gfs name down. We continued to wait another hour. Came in the middle of the week to get full set of hands and feet. Showed the tech the idea and was told he couldn't do it but didn't explain what he couldn't do. The set we wanted had gems and he said he didn't have gems. We sat down and then seen a WHOLE tray of gems in front of us. Anyways. Right off the bat, the black French tips didn't look right at all. It just seemed like he was in a hurry. While using the drill, he nicked my gf a couple times and said nothing. He cut her pinky and didn't apologize. He left glue on the nails from putting on the gems, that he said he didn't have!! My gf and her cousin complained to him and he just didn't say anything. The other nail techs noticed and looked. He was told by my gf and her cousin that they didn't not look how she wanted them at all and he didnt try to apologize or fix. We paid $105. She was charged for full pedi but wasn't given a full pedi. Her nails just looked a mess. I called the next day to complain and was asked to come in at 5 again. We showed the receptionist and was told that the same nail tech will be the one fixing her nails. My gf did explain that she didn't want him doing them again but he did end up doing them. While doing this set, again, he seemed in a hurry. The extra glue that was on the nail with the gem, he clipped it off with nail clippers and it left a dent. After hes been working on the nails for a little bit, the dent is still there. I told him I could still see it all he had to say was "I already fixed it". I told him again that I could still see it and again he said "I already fixed it". Anyways we left the second time with the same results. Overall, he just had an attitude and seemed impatient. 10/10 no not recommend ! came in to get a nail repair in which I was rushed and ignored. The small framed guy that worked with me initially has the WORST customer service EVER ! Said he wasn't going to remove the nail HE made horrendous & left me at the table to wait on someone to come help w/o letting anyone know I was waiting & continued to ignore me when asked what the next steps were . again 10/10 do not recommend I get my nails done often & have NEVER received worst treatment. I asked for square btw and one side of the ONE nail he was to fix is rounded piss poor on their end. beautiful on the inside btw ig if I have to give a star I'll give it for the appearance of the shop. read more

This place is a ripoff. The service was good. But I was overcharged greatly. Had a basic manicure that should have been $20 and was charged 35. I just wanted a simple pedicure and they gave me one of the more expensive pedicures. So they can charge me more of course. read more

I have had a few decent experiences there but recently made a 5 o'clock appointment the day prior to my appointment. Walk ins were taken before me and my appointment started 30 minutes late. Then it took over an hour for a fill in with French. It was the worse manicure I have ever had. To top it off the management at the front of the salon was extremely rude and turned the blame on me for being impatient. Would highly recommend going elsewhere. Only giving the one star for cleanliness. The nail service was one of the worst I've had at a salon. I was a walking and they directed me to a man, who incidentally was one of the worst techs I've had to do my nails! His hands were too unsteady to even be working on anyone's nails. He wanted to do my nails with VERY little input from me, the one paying for the service!! At the end my nails weren't even completely dry nor were they polished well, even though I asked him for extra coverage. My nails look terrible and I was charged an ungodly apmt for the poor work! After reading negative reviews, I was hesitant to visit Lavish Nails & Spa, but it's difficult to find a salon with good reviews! I only get my nails done for special occasions so I've been here twice - once for a pedicure in late summer and once for a gel manicure in the early fall. Both times, the spa was clean and used standard sanitary practices. The 1st nail tech that I had was polite and made easy conversation. The 2nd nail tech was polite and quiet which I honestly prefer. My pedicure and manicure turned out well and lasted more than 5 weeks. I took 1 star off because I'm not fond of their system for color selection and you can't make an appt. with a specific tech. read more

This place is a joke. The customer service is terrible. Do not walk into this place expecting a service. I waited over a hour while people went in front of me because their service was higher all I needed was a repair from service I did with them 2 days before on a Sat. NOT LGBT FRIENDLY .... If you're gay don't even think about stepping foot at this place. Both of the Asian guys that work here made HOMOPHOBIC remarks towards me bc I was painting and leaving my nails long. Mind that they weren't even doing my nails. They were actually working on my sister's & my cousin's nails which turned out crappy A F. when i told them to fix the uneven nail lengths and blotchy work they left on my sisters and cousins nails they got rude. I have worn acrylic nails for 30 years!!! And I have never been as disappointed in a service than I am with what I received here. My 15 yr old beginner could have done a better job! I asked for fill in and pedicure. #1 I do not use any product that requires a light!!! He proceeded to tell me the polish on my fingers were gel and would $ to take off! I polished at home to match costume a gold color. "Kiss" gel like polish! Then he proceeds to fix a broken one, was crooked, told him, he ignored. Then polished my nails with regular polish only to put a UV top coat and stick me under a light!! Which I requeste, no light!!! Will never go back!!! Needless to say, I came home removed with a drill, everything he did. And am now walking around with plain nails and out $60!!! I also am reporting to the state board! Because I did not want gel this or want to spend $120 he jacked my nails up. And then proceeded to watch me as I walked to car. He knew he did a poor job. read more

Awful experience. Male tech was extremely rude and impatient. He refused to soak off an acrylic nail because in his words, "it takes too long." Then informed me that he wasn't going to repair my nail if he couldn't file or pull it off manually. Then it went totally downhill from there. Will never return. read more

I waited an hour to get a pedicure and barely got one. My feet did not have time to even soak they turned the water on as they started to work on my nails and feet. It is one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. And the polish looks awful. Then I picked out a Dip color that looks completely different on the sample.... And once again they were not painted very well they already look like they are a week grown out. To top it off it was 95.00 before tip. read more

Will never go there. The first time I went they did a good job with my dip nails. Second time I did a pedicure and dip again and it was horrible. The guy hurt me while cutting my nails. He was super rough!!! The polish on my toes was uneven and one of my nails chipped after one day. I waisted my money and got hurt!!! That day I took my mom too and the woman doing her nails was super rude and racist. I wish I remember their names. read more

Terrible service! I asked nail tech to trim one toe nail 3 times and he told me to lay down 3 times! I could not even sit there long enough to have my pedi finished I left there without painted toes and paid full price. I have never had such rude service, ever! never will I be back there. read more

Visited and it's Not kid friendly at all. Don't waste your time with impatient people. Go somewhere that you and your kid is welcomed.
