My first visit was for a pedicure, and Emily did an amazing job. I have nerve damage in my feet, and she was incredibly gentle, patient, and careful the entire time. That experience made me feel comfortable enough to come back today for a full set and once again, they exceeded my expectations! I absolutely love my nails. I only get my nails done here but I am very happy with their work I just started getting dip nails and because I change the design so often they suggested I switch to acrylic and I have been happy ever since. The fills are a lot easier vs whole dip change and they are very artistic. Show them your inspiration and they will make it happen. They offer free drinks and have menus, both non alcohol and alcohol available. I have seen guests order refills without issue, they are happy to keep you hydrated during your visit. I came in for a clear gel and wow! It hasn't been 24hrs and it's chipping and my nail is breaking. I paid 32$ with no spa treatment, just removal and gel. The tech was heavy handed and harsh with my nail bed. When I asked the tech to fix an uneven shape and he gave me the file and told me to do it myself. It's a cute place but seems like a rip off. I choose this place and it was great for a nail fill my lashes on the other hand looked great but was super painful and uncomfortable. She glued my eye shut and she had to cut the glue so I could open my eye. it was burning horribly and continued to burn for the rest of the day and extremely irritated. Update: Went a second time even though I said I wouldn't, and the nail tech cut my finger. Left with my pinky dripping with blood. Don't come here. --- I have been curious about this place for a while, but today I finally decided to try them out. I am pretty disappointed, to be honest. When I walked in, I told the lady at the desk I wanted to get an ACRYLIC full set. She said okay and told me to pick a color. I picked up one of the keychain-like things of color swatches and then she stopped me and said "No, that is dipping powder. Pick a color from there" and then pointed at the shelves of nail polish. I told her again that I wanted acrylic, and she's like, "Yes, pick a color," again pointing at the polish. I was annoyed because I did not want polish, so I just decided to get dipping powder... So, Strike #1, they only have dipping powder (which I think is unsanitary) and polish. What kind of nail salon doesn't have acrylic, where they dip their brush in the monomer, dip the brush in the powder, and then brush it on your nail??? Strike #2: The nail tech used the drill on my natural nail waaaaay too much. She was rough. It made my nails sensitive and I could feel heat. They should be using a hand file on natural nails... Strike #3: The nail tech kept nicking my cuticles with the drill bits! This is the first time this has happened in my entire life. I'm extremsurprised I didn't start bleeding. I naturally have nice cuticles, but after she got ahold of them, they look raggedy now and I'm definitely going to have to do some rehab on them. P.S. Strike #4: The nail tech didn't give me the shape I wanted. I showed her a picture but I do not think she went by it. Overall, my nails look good, but the nail tech's filing, roughness, and inability to go by a picture is a huge turn-off for me, on top of the way she made my cuticles look. I tried this place on a whim. I walked in and all you could smell was strong nail fumes... You want rushing, rough hands job that's not flawless come here. I had Leo do my pedicure he ordered me a drink after the service was over... In addition, I had to ask him to put my sandals on which he was irritated then messed up my nails so I have polish on my flip flops and instead of wiping it off he tried to repaint it.. here wiped it off he was about to start and I said base coat.. here said ik ma'am. He was in more of a hurry to talk to his friend ig BeBe. I had to stop the massage after 2 minutes bc his hands weren't soft they felt rough and calloused.. don't come here if you want sanitary services. I do not recommend this nail salon, first of all the lady "sue"( the picture down below) cut me and did all my nails crooked when she saw more ladies coming in she started rushing and that's when she cut me, I really hate when people treat me bad because they think I'm not gonna tip good because I'm a young lady (19) and I looked broke I guess. I had slides and tights on, just got out the shower. They should all treat there customers the same! when I told the manager Jackie all she had to say was "sorry she doesn't speak English". That has nothing to do with her cutting me and doing a bad job on my nails! When I told Jackie to fix them she was just looking at me crazy like if their was nothing wrong with them. I'm a licensed nail technician myself so this more so a review from a professional stand point. But case and point is DO NOT COME HERE. I just came in for a quick pedicure on my way out of town. The regular nail polish selection is very small and a lot of the polishes were old and drying out. They didn't have the color I wanted so I just picked something. The guy pulled out one of the dirtiest files I've ever seen, probably been used on 20 clients before. They also try and use the cheese graters on your feet (these are illegal by the way in the US) and a reusable pumice stone. None of that is sanitary. By the time they got to painting, they punted it on so thin that it was streaky and lumpy. Doesn't look good at all. I would never come here again nor recommend this place as a consumer AND professional. read more

I've been here three times with three different technicians. I didn't get anything fancy, so each time it turned out fine. No complaints. Kept going back because I didn't have problems and it's right by my house. It's a nice place with Asian workers, not one of the nasty places, and it's barely more expensive. This last time I went with a picture of what I wanted and the girl did amazing! Hence why I came to review. See picture: dip powder pink-white ombré with sparkles and UV gel ring finger holly. There is one girl who speaks fluent English, she usually stays up front and will help you communicate with the rest. She appears to always be there. There are two others who can mostly speak English. Then I guess I was taking too long to choose a color because the nail tech behind me was huffing, puffing and breathing hard as if she was tired of waiting. I told her that I had trouble deciding whether to get regular nail polish or dipping powder. And that I was looking for something that would not get dull after a week. Tried gel before and was not impressed. She had no Solutions and was no help at all. But instead asked me," So what are you going to do?" Once I sat down, the nail tech told me that I don't need to get long nails because my nail bed is thin and the nails will pop off. I've never heard this before. But regardless all I wear is long nails so... I told her that I wanted the nails long. Then she told me it would be an additional $5. Plus the $5 that I had already agreed to pay for the coffin shape. At this time she had already applied the tips to all 10 nails. I told her and the manager that I'm not willing to pay for medium to long nails. Especially when you guys are already charging me $5 for the coffin shape. The manager didn't care and continued to work his client. That bait and switch may work on other people that come in, but it definitely does not work on me. I told the nail tech to take every single last one of those tips off my nails. Then I walked out!! read more

While I was in the salon a nail tech got into an altercation with one of the customers and spit in her face. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Please do not go here. It is over priced and the service is poor. My nails are very disappointing and they would not fix them due to them closing.
