    What I wanted
    Julieta J.

So disappointed , overcharged me for no reason . 72$ for something that looks nothing like how I wanted

Went in there only took my nail polish off and left me waiting

the owner is rude af they talk bad I wanted a removal and a refund because I didnt like the job the lady was rushing to get them done and I had to wait 35min mind you I had a appointment

    Less than 24hrs

I came in for a clear gel and wow! It hasn't been 24hrs and it's chipping and my nail is breaking. I paid 32$ with no spa treatment, just removal and gel. The tech was heavy handed and harsh with my nail bed. When I asked the tech to fix an uneven shape and he gave me the file and told me to do it myself. It's a cute place but seems like a rip off. If you're not spending a lot of money, they do a careless job.

Did a great job on my nails! Served food and cocktails, a bit pricey but very friendly and clean atmosphere! Will be returning!

Great job Novenber, Amber, and Tracy for their amazing and attentive service! This spa served cocktails and food during my visit and had a nice and clean atmosphere. Large selection of colors and designs! Very friendly and accommodating!

this place is disappointin!!!!! just got my nails done and toes and they all popped off. I never experienced anything like this and I will never go back

Had a great last minute classic pedicure bf I head to Mexico!! I heard the nail tech say that of you come on Sunday after 3pm (which I did) you will avoid the crowds. Very professional and affordable.

Length/shape I got. Also notice how raggedy my cuticles look because the lady kept hitting them with the drill!

Update: Went a second time even though I said I wouldn't, and the nail tech cut my finger. Left with my pinky dripping with blood. Don't come here. --- I have been curious about this place for a while, but today I finally decided to try them out. I am pretty disappointed, to be honest. When I walked in, I told the lady at the desk I wanted to get an ACRYLIC full set. She said okay and told me to pick a color. I picked up one of the keychain-like things of color swatches and then she stopped me and said "No, that is dipping powder. Pick a color from there" and then pointed at the shelves of nail polish. I told her again that I wanted acrylic, and she's like, "Yes, pick a color," again pointing at the polish. I was annoyed because I did not want polish, so I just decided to get dipping powder... So, Strike #1, they only have dipping powder (which I think is unsanitary) and polish. What kind of nail salon doesn't have acrylic, where they dip their brush in the monomer, dip the brush in the powder, and then brush it on your nail??? Strike #2: The nail tech used the drill on my natural nail waaaaay too much. She was rough. It made my nails sensitive and I could feel heat. They should be using a hand file on natural nails... Strike #3: The nail tech kept nicking my cuticles with the drill bits! This is the first time this has happened in my entire life. I'm extremsurprised I didn't start bleeding. I naturally have nice cuticles, but after she got ahold of them, they look raggedy now and I'm definitely going to have to do some rehab on them. P.S. Strike #4: The nail tech didn't give me the shape I wanted. I showed her a picture but I do not think she went by it. Overall, my nails look good, but the nail tech's filing, roughness, and inability to go by a picture is a huge turn-off for me, on top of the way she made my cuticles look. Probably never coming here again.

    This set was $57..

This set was $57... the nail polish was lumpy, they charge you $17 to add color! Save your money.

Thank you so much for my nail!

Today I have a great set of nails for christmas. The atmosphere here is very cozy. Everyone is very enthusiastic. I see them clean and have a protective sheet. I am very pleased with the service here especially the girl who gave me this manicure. My friends love it. Thanks!

Well.. I do not recommend this nail salon, first of all the lady "sue"( the picture down below) cut me and did all my nails crooked when she saw more ladies coming in she started rushing and that's when she cut me, I really hate when people treat me bad because they think I'm not gonna tip good because I'm a young lady (19) and I looked broke I guess. I had slides and tights on, just got out the shower. They should all treat there customers the same! when I told the manager Jackie all she had to say was "sorry she doesn't speak English". That has nothing to do with her cutting me and doing a bad job on my nails! When I told Jackie to fix them she was just looking at me crazy like if their was nothing wrong with them. Jackie only took $3 off my nails , then they made me pay up front because they thought I was gonna walk out, all of them were just looking at me and talking in their language. I would never come back here ever again so unprofessional!

I'm a licensed nail technician myself so this more so a review from a professional stand point. But case and point is DO NOT COME HERE. I just came in for a quick pedicure on my way out of town. The regular nail polish selection is very small and a lot of the polishes were old and drying out. They didn't have the color I wanted so I just picked something. The guy pulled out one of the dirtiest files I've ever seen, probably been used on 20 clients before. They also try and use the cheese graters on your feet (these are illegal by the way in the US) and a reusable pumice stone. None of that is sanitary. By the time they got to painting, they punted it on so thin that it was streaky and lumpy. Doesn't look good at all. I would never come here again nor recommend this place as a consumer AND professional.

I showed them my Inspo pic with glitter around the edges, several staff said they could do it, as it's a simple design. I asked the lady to trim down my toes some but that I like them longer, she cut them very short and didn't even paint the full nail, leaving lots of the nails without polish. The color on my fingers does not match my toes like I asked, and the lady was unable to do the design, a simple glitter outline around the nail. My nails are thick, clumpy and lumpy. I have done my own dip and gel X at home with better results. The nails are uneven and spotty. My little one asked for hearts and bows on her nails, they looked awful! I could have done a better job myself. They did not look professionally done, even the lady behind the counter during checkout asked what the design was supposed to be because they looked that bad. She even asked me why the nail tech was unable to outline my nails with glitter, saying that it's simple to do and she wasn't sure why it wasn't done. I told them I was dissatisfied and even with the discount for terrible service and birthday discount, it was almost $200. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This is not professional work.

Of course, I chose this salon based on the high reviews and to my delight, it was obvious that these reviews were earned and not by luck or solicitation. My tech was a man (the only one there), I have no idea what anyone is complaining about because he knew exactly what he was doing. Efficient and quick, just how I like it. I highly recommend this place as the service I received was awesome, and most importantly I was very happy with my pedicure! Thank you, I will be back again! :)

It's a shame to have to write this, but I've given Kailey a couple tries with no improvement. So…read moremany things about this place are great, however, the level of professionalism is lacking. After months of overall good experiences at this nail spa, I had one technician who was very rough, in all the ways. Grabbed my ankle too roughly, pushed too hard on the massage, cut the nails too cavalierly while holding a death grip on my foot. I told him once that it was painful. He changed not at all. I mentioned to Kailey that I didn't want that particular technician again and why. She told me she'd take note of it. The next time I went there (with a friend) she told me she remembered that I needed a "delicate touch," which I don't. Just a normal touch would be fine. She gave my friend the rough guy. My friend audibly gasped when he grabbed her ankle. Okayyyy, so it's not just me. Later I was talking about this experience to another friend and before I described the tech in question, she was able to do so. She knew exactly who he was, be cause she had had the same experience. Finally, this very last time I went there, Kailey joked with my friend that I was late (I was exactly on time), and then she AGAIN told my tech that I really needed a delicate touch. I said "Nope. Just normal, please. Been getting pedicures for 30 years and only ever complained about one tech." After the pedicure, while my friend payed her bill, I went to the restroom. While I was in there, Kailey told my friend "And now we wait for the Queen." Ok, game over. I don't like my spa services with a side of passive aggression. I'll take my business elsewhere.
