I am not a person that recommends a business easily, especially not a car dealership. BUT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAW AUTO! I went through a nightmare with a different dealership so I checked into Law Auto THOROUGHLY before choosing to even go look! Law Auto is owned by a wonderfully understanding & HONEST husband/wife team. They are A+ rated, Better Business Accredited & I read ALL reviews on every site regarding this dealership! People go back & buy from them again! We will go straight to Law Auto when we are ready for a new truck or another car! They TRULY care about customer satisfaction! They are very busy because they're so popular, but Jamey believes in selling one car at a time! He doesn't just treat you like "another customer" ...they really care! To be honest, I was kind of rude, when I first spoke with Jamey's wife (not purposely) I was just frustrated with other horrible dealerships. But Jamey's wife was so patient & informed me of all the work they had completed on the vehicle that I was interested in. If you are interested in a vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate too long, because I hesitated (plus had a lot going on) & the car I was looking at sold, but I'm glad I went with a more practical vehicle for my needs. Plus, he surprised me with a REALLY low rate! ...I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU BUY FROM LAW AUTO! THEY FAR EXCEEDED MY VERY PICKY EXPECTATIONS! I have been searching Craigslist daily for a decent used car to replace my perfect little 9 year old car that was "totaled" while turning on to a one way street going 5mph - did not realize the safety rating on it was a "2" - but was SO CUTE! My husband and I decided to check safety ratings before buying another. We narrowed it down to Toyotas, Hondas & Hyundais. We live in Beaverton so never thought about checking east side until a picture of a 9 year old Toyota Camry came up by Law Auto which had just been posted. Since we had purchased 3 Carfax reports, I had one left and the vin number was in the description. It looked like it had meticulous owners so decided to check it out. We were impressed with the quick response we got from Jamie (the owner) and his very personable manner....so we drove out later that day for a test drive. It was just like the ad described - excellent condition - except for a tiny little tear on the armrest between driver & passenger front seat. He is having that reupholstered and we will drive it home today. Also, registration and tags have been taken care of by them (we paid but no running around). Not very happy with the way Jose spoke towards me. He was condensending and short from being a jerk. I have a car not in perfect condition but still good and they valued it at $2400. Meanwhile another older car model without the features mine had was on sale for $2800. And this car looked like it was attacked by a b b gun. My bumper is cracked and needs brakes. Car fax valued mine at $4800 and kbb valued at $6700. Considering all my friends and family ive sent there, for him not to work with me was ridiculous. For sake of curiosity, he felt he could get me financed around 80-125$ and then calls me and says $193?! And when i pointed out that the other model was selling for $400 more than what he quoted my "trade in value" he hung up on me. I will no longer send any friends or family members their way again. Very disappointed and wish Jamie was there to personally deal with it. All i wanted to do was a straight trade knowing that I wouldd actually be the one losing $$ but it is what it is. I've been looking for months for my son's car. But we can't find a car within our budget. A friend of ours referrred us to Jayme at Law Auto. We came by not expecting anything. I called jayme the owner since the shop will be closed by the time we get there but he's too nice to wait for us. Once we get there he immediately assist us on what car we need, i told him i don't want to waste his time because our budget is not a whole lot. Just bought a gmc no issues yet but don't expect any they had no problem letting me test driving and looking all over it On top underneath and sideways lol serious spent some time looking it over I'm like that..friendly staff no pressure good cars on their lot no bad reviews doesn't hurt that the girl that help me with the paperwork was cute ok that's my shot at trying to make someone fell good but...it's true. Jamey Law was so helpful to me with getting a car in good condition. He even let me drive the car home after signing paperwork while we were still waiting for some difficult processes to go through, because I legally changed my name and it hadn't yet been updated through the credit bureaus. After I took the car home, I had an issue with the brake lights staying on and draining the battery. Jamey sent his mechanic over on the weekend to fix it!
