She helped me gain trust in the dental profession again. She was very informative, thorough, and easy to talk to. She explained everything step by step. She offered different services to me to enhance my root canal treatment at extra costs. I accepted the new treatments, but, when she numbed my tooth, the level of numbness was not strong enough for the special treatment. So, she said I wasn't a candidate for the extra treatments. It just made me feel like she was looking out for me and not trying to get me to pay more to use extra services. Her treatment plan was very patient centered. I'm pregnant and adjusted my treatment/discharge plan based on my pregnancy. My appointment was from 8am to 10:30am. This included the X-rays, treatment option discussions, time to numb my tooth, then the extra time to numb my tooth because my nerve was being stubborn, the root canal itself, post-treatment x rays, post-treatment plan and instructions. Her ancillary staff were also so kind and professional. They really knew how to run an office! I called the front desk a few times to change my appointment date and they were all really nice about it and it was easy to reschedule. I appreciated them telling me how much the treatment would be and they checked my insurance to make sure I was in network before doing anything. She also gave me an itemized breakdown before any treatment was done. Her dental assistants were also so nice! I would 100000% recommend this place!

Every hospital system in Chicago has my allergy to penicillin in their records. I asked him to contact my dentist, Nate Hoffman, but he refused. I had major implant surgery with Chicago Dental Studio and never had a problem with antibiotics. When I had a reaction to the antibiotic, I basically got the middle finger. Olguin is a quack.
