Despite the large scope of the job, everything was finished in a timely manner, looked great, and functioned perfectly. Just as importantly, they treated our home with respect. Before leaving, they made sure everything was clean and tidy, leaving no trace of the extensive work they had completed throughout the day. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers this level of service year after year. We highly recommend them and are grateful to have a plumbing team we can trust whenever the need arises.

When I called back to say no one had come I was put on hold, and the reps seemed unsurprised and indifferent. In the end, I waited 7 hours and felt I'd been misled simply to get the gig; with more information, I'd have shopped around and found someone who could keep their word. But at least the guy who did the work was responsible and professional. There is that.

He had told me that he would start work the day after signing the contract and he kept his word even though the 4 ton unit was not available. He and his staff are technically competent and ethical. My husband tried to use a plumbing snake in the front yard clean outs but it didn't hit anything 20 feet out. We called our home watery service provider for emergency service but didn't hear back all day. We decided to call Scottsdale Plumbing as they were listed as a 24 hour emergency service. We called and spoke to a women who transferred us to a dispatcher. We received a call back right away by Brad who said he could be here within the hour, which he was. Brad arrived and was able to push through whatever was clogging the pipe out in the middle of the street, according to the length of the plumbing tool used. He was not sure if it is a root issue or a misalignment in the pipe but was able to currently resolve. We still need to schedule a scope to see the exact problem, but for now, we can use our plumbing. Brad was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated his prompt response and professionalism!
