These guys are super solid! They installed a water heater for me in late 2020. Fast forward 2.5 years, water heater failed (and it was a good one they installed). It happens, parts are bad out of the box all the time in my world. Called, explained situation, water heater was still under warranty. Expected a bunch of hemming and hawing on labor but nope, they covered parts and labor. They stand behind what they install even though the failure was in no part their doing. I had the pleasure of working with Sav-On plumbing and, in particular, Jesse. In a nutshell, I could not be happier with the end result. I actually had a laundry list of items and the appointment with Jesse was for the early afternoon. When Jesse finished up his previous job ahead of schedule, he called first and asked if it was okay to show up a few hours early and get started. I sincerely appreciate the respect for my time, because it is typically a pet peeve of mine when people show up unexpectedly early, so bonus points for that! As to the work itself, I needed to have two heavy (100+ lbs.), one-piece, high-end toilets installed, a new kitchen faucet, new angle stops/valves and supply lines throughout. Jesse jumped right into it with the toilets and was able to get the old, builder-grade units out and the new toilets in very short order. His installation was meticulous and it was quite obvious that he took a great deal of pride in his work. Once the toilets were out of the way, Jesse also did a masterful job of removing the old kitchen faucet, thoroughly cleaning up the porcelain mounting surface and installing the new faucet and hot/cold supply valves. While Jesse worked quickly, it was clear to me from the outset that his efficiency was a byproduct of his extensive experience and that there was absolutely no compromise in the quality of his work. I also very much enjoyed my conversation with Jesse during the install and greatly appreciated his insights for future plumbing projects that I picked his brain about. When it was all said and done, I felt the price paid for the work was very reasonable, certainly with the level of care and attention to detail that Jesse had put into it. Having dealt with a number of plumbers over the last decade, I can honestly say this was the best interaction I have ever had and that I would not hesitate in the slightest to call Sav-On and Jesse again for future needs. No nonsense, no up-selling and no bullshit, just a highly skilled plumber with pride in both his work and his employer, who showed up and got the job done right. I discovered a bad leak at the meter box in my driveway yesterday, and called Sav-On. I was initially told that they wouldn't be able to send out anyone until this afternoon, but when they heard how much water I was losing, they agreed to send out someone first thing this morning. That someone was, Jeff, who jumped on the problem immediately, letting me know some of the potential reasons for my problem. He recommended I call the city to shut off the water, because it might be their responsibility for the problem. Long story short - Jeff's instincts were correct. It was a simple issue, but it could easily have been MUCH more costly for me - Jeff helped save me hundreds of dollars by his knowledge and recommendations. I had been calling around for a plumber to come & replace my sink & garbage disposal on/off for almost a year. I finally got around to calling Sav-On thanks to the rock star Yelp reviews. My experience from start to finish was nothing less than stellar. 1) They got me scheduled in 48 hours. 2) The quote was cost effective compared to the many other companies research which btw was average $800. My quote was 1/2 that. 3) Experienced repairman (Bill) let us know the replacement sink wasn't as deep as the current sink. Just in case we didn't' know. Which was very nice. 4) Cleaned up well after the repair & even offered to carry the sink to the garage for me. Bill even let me know how to dispose of the sink & suggested habitat for humanity. When I first called to get an appointment the shop should have been closed, but, they answered the phone anyways and set me up with an appointment for the next day. The office was in communication with me and let me know when Jesse Guerrero would be at my house. He was there on time. I have used Sav-On a couple of times now. Plumbing issues are very stressful for me. It's the one homeowner area that I dislike the most. Anyway, I had a toilet that I had replaced the insides of that also had a faulty valve. Branden with Sav-on came and fixed my toilet. Before fixing he gave me several options depending on what I was comfortable doing myself to save money vs having them do all of the work. I chose to have them do all of the work, because then I could trust that it was done correctly. He finished up in about 40 min and my fill valve was fixed and a new valve was installed for my tank. It works great and now I no longer have to run downstairs to my other bathroom. I would absolutely recommend this company to a friend. They are reasonably priced and are always willing to explain things to me. read more

I even asked if I could get something from home depot when I called to an appointment and he said lets just look at it first. I'm military and only visit my home here once in awhile and I wanted the leak fixed before I had to go back to base. I also asked if I could not get the piece and he said it would be the same price. Next thing I know, the wax ring isn't replaced and he has $650 worth of work to add to my problem. Plus what he already added. Called another plumber. The flange was fine wasn't in need of replacing. Had the work done correctly and politely at 1/3 the price quoted by Brenden. Never told the owner his original price was too high. New plumber did more work and a much better job. read more

I called about 10 places this morning getting quotes to have our kitchen piping snaked out. I received a quote as high as $160.00, and as low as $95.00... And sometimes there is something to be said about the "value" of service you will recieve... Well, guess what? The $95.00 quote was exactly what I needed. They came out about 20 minutes after I called, were here for about 35-45 minutes, the problems was resolved, and the gentleman was friendly as can be. He even took the time to explain why the problem occured in the first place, and what to do if it happens again. Tommy and Brandon installed new faucets and lead lines in our kitchen and bathrooms. They also installed a new RO faucet. They removed our old hot water heater and circulator pump that weren't working, were starting to leak and installed a new hot water heater. They're even pulled up the old floor tiles that had been cut to fit up against the previous water heater and placed tiles we had on hand prior to putting the new water heater in. They let me know the water softener needed some attention. This was perfect because filters change out on the RO and regular check up of the water softner systems were already scheduled for Monday.
