There was a pretty large group when we went and my reasons for a 3 star rating includes the following: -the floors and escalator were pretty treacherous due to sticky floors - I slipped repeatedly in my heels on wet floors and when I changed to flats, they stuck to the floors and I repeatedly lost my shoe to the sticky gunk (meaning the floor kept my shoe and my foot came out of it). -the bathrooms were disgusting: they didn't start badly, but progressively got worse through the evening and were not re-stocked or kept up by staff. -the raised dance floor was a bit of a nightmare if you found yourself dancing towards the edge. I slid off and tripped going up multiple times because of the crowd. -this club absolutely does not enforce its dress code. Tons of baggy jeans (men), shorts, tennis shoes, sweatshirts, and other non-themed attire that violated their published dress code. The mash up ended up close to 40% in theme, 20-30% club attire, and the remainder was closer to what you expect to see while shopping at a large box store. Not trying to be snobby, I just expect places to follow their own rules. Overall, I had a great time and would go back if the mood struck!

Now let me say, This Is Not Your Typical Karaoke. You perform with a live band and they are talented! So if you sing or not come check it out. Many venues to choose from, Jeffersonville River Stage; (by the way it's tonight) or Iroquois amphitheater and Wick's pizza at Goose Creek or New Albany In. Check the link for dates and times. By the way Iroquois amphitheater and Wicks and Iroquois- has tap brews with a semi full bar, plus Cheeser's food truck. All venues I've attended have clean facilities especially Iroquois Amphitheater. Kentucky of parking lots except The River Stage is mostly street. I will attend again. You can sign up ; on line or there is a kiosk. Side note; Iroquois had a few under 21 singers but none seen at Wick's. That's not a problem for me because everyone should have an opportunity to join in. I must say I will be performing tonight (just a little plug for myself from 7 till 8 as a warm up for the main show). All of the band members are genuinely great people, and they encouraged everyone to participate. You don't have to be a good singer to get up and sing with FCK. They will help you through the entire thing, and the concept behind this is amazing! Our CEO was very impressed with the band, and how engaging they were with our employees. 1,000/10 all around! We travel extensively,(49 states in 10 years) and try out non chain restaurants. I Miller would have to be ranked as the worst dinner I have ever had. One bite of the ribs and I was really to bring them back. Horrible is to kind of word for them. I told the waitress that they weren't eatable. She told me I had to pay for them anyway. I fully understand making the customer pay. When you serve food that isn't eatable you probably get lots of compliments. Charging the customer for your kitchen's flops covers their cost. DON'T GO THERE if you're looking for a decent meal. there are plenty of restaurants in the area that serve good food. Don't make a big mistake by going here. Cost us $54 to learn to avoid eating there. Sad when the dog won't even eat it. AVOID THIS PLACE unless you have money to throw away.
