Really impressed with this limo Service , I have used many other companies but they all seem very Shady , but SoCal Private Transport was very easy they Didn't ask for a Credit Card Before they even knew what the Trip was for the SUV that came to pick me up was very clean and smooth , they were also on time and had a very good attitude, being a Small Family owned Business its Great will keep on Using them for sure read more

We have used this company for years whenever we need a failsafe arrangement. It is a small family business and they make you feel like one of the family. Our drivers are always on time, usually early. If they are meeting you from a flight, text them your flight number and they will watch the flight and make sure they are there whenever you arrive. We find their rates more than reasonable for the level of service. read more

They were hired to provide transportation for my daughter's wedding last August. People were waiting for their shuttle and SoCal showed up 2 hours late...and this was after dark. I had paid in advance and they agreed to a $200.00 reimbursement via bank wire to my account right after the event. I have called them every month since then and left messages...apparently they don't like to answer their phones. My last message was an ultimatum with this review being the outcome of no response from them. Would never recommend or use them again. read more

My family and I rode with them to and from the airport and it was absolutely fantastic. Completely on time both times. I flew back on an international flight and had to go through customs and I understand that it's very unpredictable, but Gus was there as soon as I was out and I made it home in record time. Driver JR picked our group up from Long Beach cruise terminal to take us to our hotel. It was a madhouse outside yet he made it easy for us to find him and the drive was pleasant. He had an outgoing, friendly personality and really tries to make things as easy as possible during quite a bit of chaos. With all the chaos around us, JR an his happy, no worries attitude made everything really easy for us pay, and check in our hotel. He was really professional, keeps you laughing, great conversation, safe-smooth ride back to the hotel. Thanks J.R you're awesome!! read more

Amazing business if you guys are looking for quality private transportation, best believe is going to be SoCal Private transport, I always make sure I book my trips ahead of time, I can always count on my drivers if it's a last minute ride they will make sure I'm well very taken care of, if they booked, Not only do they have clean SUVs but limos and a bus for special occasions! I would never recommend this company to anyone! First of all, the company hardly answers the phone so it's hard to even schedule a service. I had scheduled a shuttle for my wedding night that would begin at 8pm and end at 11pm. The transport company was located down the street from the venue. They didn't arrive at 8pm where guests we're lined up an waiting for a ride. We called them, no answer. Called again, someone answered and said they'd be there at 10pm. This was unacceptable since my 95 year old grandma was waiting for an hour for the shuttle. After the wedding, we asked for a refund of the hour they missed but I couldn't got ahold of them over the phone. I left numerous messages but no one called back. It's been 9 months and I still haven't received a refund. Possible lawsuit in the process. read more

The dingy blankets covering the back seat was my first indication that this would not be a pleasant experience. Then there was the lack of air conditioning. I removed my jacket, as I was becoming queasy from the heat, road noises and the banging of my luggage as it rickshawed across the hatchback compartment above the trunk of the cab. By the time we arrived at LAX, I suspected the sheet was covering stains from a previous victim of this aggressively driven hotbox. But wait! There's More! I was told by multiple people at the hotel that the fare was a flat-rate of $52. When we got to LAX, the POS screen flashed a fare of $60+. The driver asked if I had cash, otherwise the fair was $60+, "but it was okay to not leave a tip". BUT WAIT! There's more . The POS machine failed to work, so driver persistently asked if I had cash. I gave him a $100 bill and he could not make change! Back to Square 1; he fumbled around and got the machine to work, but it did not provide a receipt. The driver provided an old-fashion business card receipt that I could complete by hand. I was overjoyed to enter the air conditioned confines of the airport.

My only regret is I didn't use my Uber app before walking to your cabs, because this hasn't been the only time I've had issues with United. I'll never use your service again.

What can we say about SoCal Private Transport that can truly express how good these guys are. As first time visitors to LA from Australia, our party of six was hoping to avoid the need to get multiple taxis or book Uber rides in our travels around the great city. Enter Angel (truly an Angel in the City of Angels) and we were shown LA in a way that only a family member would do, between restaurant bookings and tourist attraction journeys. Angel knew the city and had an instinctive understanding of what we were hoping to see - nothing was too much trouble. I just moved to this area. I needed a transportation to go to a concert in Downtown LA with some friends. I was thinking of ordering an Uber but I wanted to have a good time with friends and transportation is vital to me. I needed someone to pick us up on time and bring us back home. I called Socal Private Transport and I'm impressed of their service. Their driver got to our place on time, and was kind enough to have water and gum for us! This company is the best! . Gus picked us up and was even a bit early. I can't tell you how much bad luck I have had with car services. He showed up with a car to accommodate our party and off we went. He was a great driver and got us to the airport without a hitch! Gus picked us up after our trip as well and had gotten a nice big water for each of us. Again he got all 5 of us home safely and without incident! He was very nice and the car was nice as well.
