Hey Angelenos -- please don't be misled by the company's recent response to my original 10/12/24 review. It took them nearly 13 months to reply. As I stated in my review, I contacted them multiple times to request a refund for a ride they canceled. They never responded. Their claim that they "tried contacting me more than 3 times" is simply false -- I have phone and text records that prove otherwise. Save yourself the hassle. Find another service. read more

Our very clean and comfortable car and safe and effective driver, Armen, took us to and from LAX to a hotel in the Silverlake area in July. He was on time and helpful. We received both email and text messages to alert us when he was on the way and when he arrived, so we didn't have to worry. DO NOT USE! They are a SCAM and charged my card $80 more than the price they gave me over the phone. I called 4 times to try to have them make it right and was continuously ignored. The driver was also late, I watched my bags go around the carousel twice before he arrived to help. He also left the luggage cart directly behind the large truck parked next to us, when there was a large cluster of them literally right across the aisle. I hope the truck checked before they backed up or else it would have caused them a lot of damage. It was so incredibly rude and I still regret not saying something, I think I was in shock he was actually going to just leave it there. AWFUL. Horrible service. Do not use. Booked a RT towncar for our client. They texted ME instead of the client to say they were at the location. I texted back giving them the correct cell# to text, even though it was in our contract. I called the driver to make sure our client was picked up and was told they can't pick him up because his car broke down. WHAT?!? Being that our 17-year-old son was going on his own to LAX to be able to get across the country to visit a college, we were quite nervous with everything involved being that he was going alone. However the one thing that already became stress-free was the professionalism of your company. Being that we live in Valencia and we needed my son to be picked up at 3:15 AM to be able to get to the airport at 5 AM and of course as we know you never know what the 405 can be like at any hour...
