Arabic coffee with baklava! Everything was very fresh and yummy. The coffee comes in a beautiful cup. The customer service was great as well. Will definitely come back and try the food.

They are literally the generic ones from Walmart. wanted to try something new - and ended up disappointed.

Not very many things on the buffet, although all of them were hot. The restaurant was very clean, and the ambiance was good. The service was good, although the gentleman who was working didn't seem to have a lot of English, which may be a problem in the future. He was very kind and helpful though, which is a plus. I think this place has a lot of potential. They've JUST opened, and haven't ironed out the kinks yet. I will definitely be back. Suggestions to the owners: 1. You need a Meze/Combination platter (I think this is Lancaster County's first Middle Eastern restaurant, people don't know what the food is, they want to try it without committing to the whole dish.) Maybe do a "Pick 3 appetizers" for $11.99 or something. 2. The buffet was bland, don't Americanize the spices,we can handle the real seasonings, this isn't overly spicy for us. I was quite surprised to see that some of the dishes hadn't even been salted. 3. Maybe some fusion ME/American dishes? There is a place that does Shawarma fries in Chester County. Best of luck! I think you're on to something.

I had dinner a Casablanca with my husband and in laws last Saturday when we spent the day exploring…read moreNew Castle and Wilmington, and it was quite the experience. From the outside, it doesn't look like much; in fact, it looks like a bit of a dive from outside. But when you walk in, you are transported. The design of the restaurant is so special - community tables, pillows, tapestries, waterfall features, tiles, and belly dancing. The food was a little inconsistent. We shared many dishes: Bastilla (baked layers of filo dough, eggs, chicken, almonds, sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar); hummus (chickpeas, tahini, crushed garlic, lemon juice, sprinkled with paprika and olive oil, served with pita bread); Spanakopita; salad trio (eggplant salad, cucumber and tomato salad, and carrot salad); lamb tagine (stew of lamb, onions, and roasted peppers topped with honey and served with rice); Moroccan chicken with harissa cumin sauce; mujaddara (cracked bulgur wheat cooked with lentils and caramelized onions); and mint tea. I wish they didn't serve bottled waters, and the food was mostly good but not the most consistent. Our mujaddara wasn't served with the yogurt sauce listed on the menu, and the lamb with the tagine was incredibly fatty, making some of it inedible. The mint tea was really really really sweet - like syrup! I also wish the bastilla had a little less powdered sugar (I like on the dish, but it was A LOT of powdered sugar), and it was quite dry. But the eggplant salad, carrot salad, hummus, and mujaddara (even without the yogurt sauce) were great. I would happily have eaten just those dishes. They were busy - it's a popular place - but service was also a challenge. It took us almost a half hour to get the check and pay. I had to ask for the bill twice and then it still took a while to get it, for it to get picked up, and for it to come back to us. It's pretty bad if I'm considering walking up to the bar to get the check and pay. I loved the ambiance and the character. I loved that you can't tell how amazing it's going to be inside when you see the outside of the building - it's a surprise for sure. Our experience was that the food was a bit inconsistent, but it certainly was a fun meal.

Dinner and a show, I'm down! The show was good, but the food was just fine. Everything leaned too sweet for my liking. Our group of 4 got the $30 each 7 course family style meal. Spicy (not even that spicy!! (2/5 spice level IMO)) chicken and the eggplant dish at the beginning were my favorite dishes.
