Chicken Shawarma plate with 2 sides of Fattoush, Toum (garlic sauce), pita, and the best Baklava on earth!!!
    Christina R.

Laziz Ya Lebanese is amazing!!! Being from Detroit, I know good Lebanese! The food is always fresh, the wait is short, and the service is phenomenal!!! Siham, the owner is an absolute sweetheart! She knows how much I LOVE their truck and look forward to eating their scrumptious food, so she always makes sure to message me on Instagram when they'll be in my neighborhood! The plates are consistently portioned and Siham actually remembers my favorite order every time! I get the chicken shawarma plate with 2 sides of fattoush (because it's the best I've had) and exxxtra Toum (garlic sauce)!!! The baklava with the creamy center is absolutely amazing!!! I always get double the order (2 chicken plates) to eat during the week for lunch. You will be in heaven eating this food!!!

Had the pleasure of trying this little gem while they were parked at my job. I love Mediterranean food, so I couldn't pass up visiting this food truck. You have a clear view inside and it's very clean and tidy. The young lady at the window was polite as was the woman cooking the food whom I assume was the owner. I had a combo plate, with Baba Ganoush & Tabbouleh salad. The sauces were flavorful, and everything was fresh! If you see them around you should definitely give them a try! The portion was enough for 2, so you can definitely share.

Very nice people and the best falafel I've had in Denver! Crisp on the outside and moist inside. Delicious!

This venue, as such, reminds me of "East West Grill - Arlington," near Clarendon, in Arlington, VA, just outside Washington, D.C., which my Pakistani-American BFF showed me, over 20+ years ago, around 2005, when we met, and where I took my Sierra Leone-American BFF in 2018, given she's also Halal. The customer service was exquisite, and Aqeel made our experience so hospitable! He told me they do not accept reservations, however to call ahead 15-minutes in advance, and later 5-minutes in advance. He ensured we had a table all set-up for our group of 6 women, and was so very attentive with us, ensuring we had everything we needed, while ordering. In my case, I ordered one of the fresh juices - Lemon with Mint - after seeing nearly every delivery order ordering it, and it was superbly delicious! Then I tried the Cucumber & Yogurt, of course, a favorite. I skipped the dolmas, as I was filling up fast! :-) And I ordered their signature dish: "26. Lamb Haneeth حنيذ لحم," which was superb! The lamb was so very tender, juicy, and a delicious taste, and I'm thrilled to have an ample amount remaining, for my lunch tomorrow! Highly recommend!

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The food is fantastic and the portions are generous. Prices are very reasonable. We shared the Baba Ganoush to start. This is pureed, baked eggplant. Here tahini and pomegranate molasses were added. I am not a big eggplant fan, but this was phenomenal. The presentation was gorgeous with the puree spread out beautifully on a large dish, topped with olives, paprika, parsley, and a very generous dollop of delicious olive oil. An outstanding version of this dish. We received a large plate of very fresh pita triangles to go with the baba ganoush. These were great. We definitely used them to scrape every speck of eggplant off that platter! We both ordered the Gyro Plate. The gyro meat was very authentic, extremely tender, and very flavorful. The plate included a large tower of savory rice, a rich tzatziki sauce, a nice side of silky hummus, some pickled vegetables, and more pita. Another delicious offering and a huge portion. We also had soup as the entrees come with soup or salad. My friend tried the lentil soup and said it was flavorful and tasty. I had the tomato soup which was hardy and richly-flavored. This was a great meal. There's a pastry case with a choice of many Middle Eastern desserts. My friend selected several to take home and we staggered out of the restaurant with lots of leftovers that will make a delightful lunch tomorrow. A wonderful experience.

The standout dish was the lamb couscous: perfectly tender, slow-cooked lamb that practically melts in your mouth, layered over fluffy, fragrant couscous. The vegetables absorbed the rich spiced broth without losing their texture. Also very generous portions. The babaganush, harrira (soup), and bastille were pretty good, and I would come back and get them aging. The falafel was over fried and dry. The combo platter rice was good, but meat was bland. And I'm so sad the dessert baklava was not that great. Smuttered in chocolate, the nuts and honey classic flavor could not be tasted. They have a few other dishes in curious to come back to try. But... service! Well. Waitress was very friendly, definitely good vibes. But after 1st water, never refilled glasses; and plates stacked up. I had to ask (more than once) to clear then to make space for next one. And restaurant was not busy. So service-wise, but great. Food, since really good, some just meh. I'm 50/50 on coming back.
