For some reason today They really outdid themselves My food chicken quesadillas was so delicious and they gave you so much and I am dying to take it into the movie theater but they don't know about it I want to applaud the Asian guy who helped me and brought the food to my table he was excellent

My family ordered the West Coast Tacos taco flight so we could try a little bit of everything. I decided on a shrimp and a chicken taco and my parents wanted to try the steak. We loved the taco truck vibe of the restaurant and how delicious the food smelled. It did take about five minutes for our food to be ready, but it wasn't a super long wait and the food was hot and delicious. All the tacos came stuffed with plenty of protein and toppings. I loved the chipotle cream sauce that came with the chicken and shrimp tacos and my parents loved how juicy the steak was. The three tacos were super filling and my mom really enjoyed the salsa that came with the tacos.

The Birria tacos include the consommé and three tacos for $18 which is totally worth it. It's on the 2nd floor food court the yelp directions don't really explain that :)

Located on the 2nd floor food area of Lincoln Square South. They seem to have the favorites. Street tacos and birria tacos. As with everything in this area, everything is way overpriced. Birria Tacos (4): These were good. The birria had good flavor and was moist. The cheese brought it all together. The consome it came with was hot and tasty. Their salsas were decent but needed to add some extra hot sauce for some heat. I was satisfied with my birria tacos. Must eat them fresh or they'll get soggy. Could have used a little more crisp on the shell even when fresh. At $18 for 3 which is 6 bucks a taco, these are good, not great. I may be back if I get a craving, but won't make this a regular spot.

Their store has a cute food-truck style aesthetic in the new Lincoln Square Food Hall. I was excited to see a new taco place in Bellevue! The ordering process was fast, and they alert you via text when your order is ready for pickup. There are many tables inside this food court for seating. Taco Flight: I wanted to try several different proteins, so I got the steak, chicken, and shrimp. Overall, I have to say my experience here is mediocre. The food was decent--but at this price-point with the quantity of food given, I would go somewhere else.

The guys working are friendly and the location is great because it's inside Lincoln Square's food hall on the second floor. I'm giving this place 3 stars because... $15 for only 3 street tacos?? The steak tacos I got were good but not amazing. They tasted like something I could easily make at home for way less... and that's saying a lot because I don't cook much at home! I wish the prices were better and comparable to an actual food truck (usually less than $2 per taco!!)

Food was good service was fast and everything was nice and fresh. I would definitely spin back for some more 100 percent would recommend this spot.

The people who works here are brilliant...Great customer service. The food doesnt have quality and it was super light with less meat. We were hungry and we ate but definitely it was super expensive for what we got...

I promise you, this is not a joke! Actually what I got served! Chicken tacos!!

The food truck style vibes are awesome, very eye catching when passing by, makes you want to stop and try there food. Unfortunately the food was a big NO NO!! I open my taco box and I couldn't believe what I saw, I thought it was a joke, very sad looking tacos. I went with chicken & beef tacos, so unfavorable, cold and very disappointing. What's with the tortillas???? Where's the meat??? I do have to say the staff were very friendly plus fast service. I would not recommend this place unfortunately.

I love mexican food, and street tacos, so when I saw this place, I couldn't walk by without trying it out. They are located in the food court area in lincoln square. I will start off by saying it is pricey, but after all it is worth it. I mean it's in downtown bellevue of course it will be more expensive! I ordered a cheese quesadilla, which came in 5-6 pieces I don't exactly remember. It was perfectly crispy and had the perfect amount of cheese. I ordered taco flight: 1 steak 2 chicken tacos. They were flavorful, soft, warm, and delicious. 10/10. There was a generous amount of meat, and veggies in the taco. It was so delicious. I will definitely be going back some time soon, I 100% recommend everyone to try it out :)

    Taco Flight 3x Shrimp

probably one of the best tacos i've had in bellevue! ordered the taco flight with 3x shrimp tacos and all tacos were crispy and full of flavor with the chipotle sauce to top it off! the service here is amazing all the employees are nice and very helpful! the aesthetic of the truck goes great and i like the vibes it gives off in the foodhall!

Stumbled upon this place after finishing shopping at Nordstrom rack. I remember this taco truck being open before the pandemic, but it has obviously been pre-branded and under new ownership. Happily surprised to see they offer Birria tacos. The tacos had a great balance of tender beef, and cheese inside the dipped tortillas and the consume had a great full bodied flavor. Not too salty like some places either. Tried the mangonada and it was legit! They don't have it on the menu but you can add a tamarind straw for $1.50 iirc. Definitely will stop in again when I'm in Bellevue and also interested to try out Seoul Bowl which is next door! Finally a legit food hall on the east side.

I don't often get any Mexican food on the Eastside since I just haven't found a good one yet. And sadly, I have to admit that I still have not found any worth the drive across the lake. I ordered one of their burritos, hefty pricing but that's what you'd expect on this side of town. Not the heftiest burrito though for its price, but filling enough. Taste wise it was as a Yelp 3 Star describes, "OK". I've had a lot of Mexican food across the whole West Coast, and this one isn't any special. But of course I will have to try again another day.

The carnitas was my favorite out of the three tacos, lots of flavor! It had a touch of bitterness to it but my favorite overall, 4/5 The birria was good but was not as flavorful as I'd expected and the meat itself was a little dry, 3/5 The carne asada felt similar, yummy but also a it dry, 3/5. I haven't had a ton of horchata but I thought it was delicious. It was a balanced sweet and spiced, 5/5. I could see it being a little too sweet for some people but I personally loved it The godfather burrito wasn't anything too special, but the ingredients all felt high quality, 3.5/5 I love a chunky guacamole and this was quite smooth. Taqueria Guadalajara is my favorite taco spot on Eastside, if not so far in Seattle. I have been to…read morethis taco food truck numerous times last year and a half, vistin during week days, weekends, holidays - during day time, night time, etc. And I can say that every time that I have been here, the food has slapped! Located in the lot of a 76 gas station, this food truck may look unsuspecting, but serves up some delicious tacos at an affordable price. It's convenient too! Located near a Fred Meyer and a Asian Family Market, you can get your groceries and then you can fill up your car and eat some bomb tacos right after! There are so lots just around the gas station that people have parked at just to get these tacos. Service is fast, you place your order at the window, and you will get your tacos in 5-10 minutes. You will get your order on a paper plate, which usually means the food will be amazing or bad - luckily in this case, it's amazing. The tacos themselves are no frills and are juicy, flavorful, and very pleasant in terms of texture to eat. Though I have tried every other option they had for filling - I am a big fan of their lengua and their cabeza! Their lengua is tender and diced into soft bite-sized pieces, and gives a fall apart meaty texture. The cabeza is rich and melts away as you chew it, with some scrumptious leaner pieces of the meat that give the taco some integrity so it allows for you to feel the decadence and then give you something solid to hold onto - it's great. The meat themselves aren't salted very much, but still have a delicious subtle aromatic taste to them. They are complimented very nicely by the salsas they have - a salsa verde, and a spicier salsa that is made with habanero - I could easily down 5-6 tacos every time I have visited. You will probably spend $2-3 per taco depending on what cut of meat you want - I feel that the tacos are priced very fairly priced vs. the average taco you can get in Seattle currently. Not many other reviews have mentioned this - but I have also tried their Sweet Corn Tamales for $3. Their tamales are great! They are the perfect amount of sweetness and give a forward sweet corn flavor. The texture is exactly like eating a slightly sweeter corn bread. A very affordable price for a dessert where most desserts (especially tamales) cost $6-$8. This is one of the few food trucks that I have been to where not only is the food good, but the prices are what you would expect tacos to cost. I don't think I can write more about how great this Food Truck is, as the tacos here are definitely ranked the top in my mind for tacos I've tried here in Seattle so far. I would recommend if you are in the Overlake Shopping Area to check this place out!

We agreed that we liked them all but that we like the pastor the most, followed by the cabeza then asada. The pastor had the most flavor by far and was really good! All of the meats were pretty dry without sauce but they included 2 sauces (jalapeño and something else) and lime. It's a great price at $2.50 - $3.00 a taco! Definitely will be back!

I've had their street tacos, habanero enchiladas, California burrito... everything is great. The burrito is huge and full of fries, beans and meat. The meat is super tender and flavorful. They're all a great vibe -- just different. This is a beautiful, modern, clean restaurant that fits perfectly into Bellevue's scene -- but it almost has too much 'corporate polish,' like a Microsoft high-rise tower. My only mildest of criticisms is that this polish kind of obfuscates how soulful eating Mexican food can be.

Overall, I'd say the value is solid for a sit down location, but for tacos, it's pretty pricy and not particularly high quality. Would definitely opt for a taco truck or stand if I was craving Mexican, but if you're looking for a bite after some weekend shenanigans, this spot will scratch that itch. You order at the counter before seating yourself, but the staff will bus your tables. There's plenty of parking available and the salsa bar also has some fresh radishes and roasted(?) carrots that I found to be surprisingly well seasoned. Carne Asada Fries: Fries weren't as crispy as I'd like, but the toppings were solid. Beef was decently tender and they were generous with the amount of guacamole. It was my first time seeing beans on fries, but I thought it was pretty solid. Churros: These are definitely pre-made churros that get re-fried. I continue to be on the hunt for fresh churros in the Seattle area, but I wasn't mad at these. The custard had a nice mouthfeel and creamy sweetness, but the whipped cream was a little odd in that it didn't taste like anything at all. Mulitas: I wanted a little more meat in these, but they aren't bad. I like that some of the cheese crisps up a bit on the edges of the tortilla. If I was a little drunk, these would be elite.
