When I spoke with Brenda, the owner, she gave me clear instructions on how to help my boy get comfortable with the experience. She advised me to touch his paws, ears, and random areas, brush him consistently, and get him used to the handling they do. She made it clear that consistent handling at home and at the shop is what would help him succeed. Although he's not completely perfect yet, we've gotten him to a point where he can be successfully groomed! The overall grooming experience was fantastic. He came out smelling so clean, his coat is incredibly shiny and super soft, and I can finally see his beautiful eyes! The team here is incredibly patient, kind, and they do an amazing job.

From the initial phone call on booking their appt to the pick up and reasonably priced too. We have an 11 yr old Pitbull and a 3 yr old Pitsky. Our girls hadn't been to a groomers for almost 2 years unfortunately, so their nails were very long. We were told to bring in their current rabies vaccine card, which was fine. Both of our girls were so happy to have been taken care of and seem to have really enjoyed being there. We couldn't get a picture of them together afterward because Sierra, our Pitsky is so hyper sometimes lol. Sadie, our old lady Pitbull had an extra pep in her step after her session and you see her enjoying the ride home in the picture below. We will definitely be going back in the next month!

She was kind, patient, and wonderful with him right away. On the very first night we were gone, our dog suddenly became very ill and could not get up. It was an emergency situation, and Brenda immediately took control. She found a mobile veterinarian who came out that same night and stayed with our dog for over four hours. She went far beyond anything we ever could have expected from a pet sitter. Although we felt terrible not being there with him, Brenda cared for him as if he were her own dog. We spent hours on the phone together, and with her compassion, support, and guidance, we made the heartbreaking decision that it was his time. Her genuine love, concern, and calm action during such a painful moment meant more to us than words can express. She even helped contribute toward the emergency veterinary service. Brenda is truly an extraordinary person, and we will never forget the kindness and care she showed our beloved dog and our family during one of the hardest nights of our lives.
