The ladies were so nice here at Porter Ranch Optometry! A lady attempted and tried but it was a fail because i need to go back to Louis Vuitton store to get the glasses replaced. However, the service was phenomenal the lady that helped me was very sweet and personable. The store is very neat as well ! They have many brands of glasses here! I will come back here to order prescription glasses that I need!! I highly recommend here if you need glasses!! 5/5 for me!! -Marshay D.

I was seen 10-15 minutes after my appointment time. The first examination room could be cleaner. The machine was also a tad bit high so I wish they had an adjustable height chair or machine. Dr. Kh. was good, but she was very much focused on directing the conversation in a way to sell more services. She told me that everything was alright, but she would like to watch this and that and for that I needed that...in a tone that made me wonder if there is something wrong with my eyes. I also didn't know that people of my nationality have different optical nerves. I hope that is not a bad thing.

Thank you for your response, but I respectfully disagree with your position…read more Regardless of your inspection process, my glasses failed within a very short period of normal use. That should not happen with a quality product, especially at this price point. While I understand accidents can occur, there was no misuse on my part that would justify the frames breaking so quickly. What I find most concerning is being asked to pay a $50 shipping and handling fee for a warranty replacement--especially when the item has to be sent out multiple times. As the customer, I should not be responsible for covering repeated shipping costs related to a defective or failed product. A warranty is meant to stand behind the product, not shift additional costs onto the customer when something goes wrong so soon after purchase. I would expect a full resolution without out-of-pocket expenses in this situation. I hope you reconsider your stance and work toward a fair solution.

I have gone to this LensCrafters a number of times in recent years, but this experience was not as…read morestrong as prior. Jessica sold me a pair of bifocal glasses and was very pleasant/professional. I chose to try the progressive type of lenses where going from long distance to short distance is invisible from an onlooker viewing the glasses (rather than seeing a small area in the lower portion of the lens). It's new for me, not cheap, so having the 30-day trial period was critical should the lens approach not be for me. Well, a week or so later, I arrived at the store after getting the text msg that my glasses were ready, explained that I was traveling in a few weeks and asked that the 30-day trial be extended a couple of days as I would be out of town when it expired. They couldn't do that. I had to go back to the store later to pick them up in order that the clock on the 30 days start later. (It's about 30 minutes roundtrip for me.) While the store manager was very gracious, attentive and fluid in explaining matters when I came by again for the second pick up, it makes little sense for a manager to be unable to override the system when warranted, especially for a long-time customer. Corporate needs to address this sort of thing, I feel, as it motivates me to try a competitor next time I need optical wear.
