LBI Table is an excellent breakfast spot and definitely worth checking out. The food is fantastic, with creative dishes that go well beyond your typical breakfast menu. Everything feels fresh, well thought out, and delicious, and the prices are right for the quality and portions. The service was a little lacking and could definitely be better, especially when the place gets busy, but it did not take away from how good the food was. This place gets PACKED, and for good reason, so definitely put your name on the waiting list ahead of time if you can. We went to LBI table at the Jersey shore because we heard that they have the best pancakes. The rumor was true, the pancakes were super good! They were fluffy and delicious. We also had scrambled eggs, a biscuit, hash browns and a lox bagel. The rest of the food was good but not stand-out like the pancakes. They forgot my order of bacon and then charged us for it, but they removed it from the bill when I informed them. They do not allow strollers inside. They said we could either leave the stroller on the porch or sit outside, so we chose to sit outside. It was a nice day anyways and they have umbrellas over the tables for shade. I did think it was weird that no strollers are allowed. Haven't seen that before and it didn't feel very baby-friendly. Overall, I'd still recommend LBI table. read more

Pretty darn good. Would have given 4.5 stars but it was good enough that it pushed it over the edge. First, they get a lot of props for being able to join the line/waitlist online. Google search them to do so. Didn't have to leave the house until the time got a lot closer. It was a touch longer than what they had estimated but we left to there and only had to wait about 10 minutes. You'll need that time to find a bit of the parking. Inside, the space was nice and bright. This was a breakfast place before this that was already pretty good but a little darker. This had a more beach feel that was appropriate. I wonder if they were going to put tables outside as it looked like space was cornered off. Food was pretty good but would suggest some tweaks. First, the potatoes / home fries. They were a little mushy - understand you make them in bulk and thank ful you didn't just deep fry a bunch of potatoes and slap them on a plate. These were pretty good but perhaps this was a result of it being late morning. The biscuits really were... bread-y?? They weren't real flaky. It was almost that they were a cross between a biscuit and a scone. They were good. Just, not what I was expecting. We tried Breakkie at LBI table recently. We ordered Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Pancakes and Poached eggs on Avocado toast. Both dishes were delicious. The pancakes were exceptionally good. They were fluffy not dense, had good lemon flavor and lots of blueberries. Server was great. It is a busy place specially during holidays or weekends, so either go early or wait a little bit. I showed up hours early for hotel checkin and found myself ready for a breakfast and a cup of coffee. There was a line of people waiting on a Saturday morning for an inside table. But I was traveling alone and caught a solo spot at the street side patio rail up front with no wait. Service was polite and efficient. Three separate people came to check on me and refill a cup of coffee. All three were all smiles as they served to bustling restaurant. Super shout out to the corned beef hash. Excellent. I also had a delicious sausage, egg and cheese paired with some breakfast potatoes. I love to people watch so had a perfect vantage point on the boulevard to do just so. We loved every thing about this spot - great breakfast, kind service, prompt refills and super quick turnaround on the food! If you are a protein person, I loved the eggs, chicken, feta and spinach bowl. It was delicious, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I think the waitress' name was Laurie but I'm not 100% sure. She had glasses. She was soooo kind and helpful to my family. We ate here for a brunch type of meal. The restaurant is very clean, the staff all professional. Debbie our server was very sweet. I had the French toast with a side of bacon, my wife had fluffy pancakes with eggs over and bacon, my sister in law had fried coconut shrimp with sweet potato fries. Nice portions and all yummy. Great go to for breakfast! First time going to the LBI Table based on Yelp reviews. Also first visit to the Island. We were warmly greeted by Jim, one of the owners and immediately seated. It wasn't long before our server came over and offered coffee meanwhile, another girl brought us water. There were many breakfast specials available, but we decided to order off the menu. My wife got the Texas French toast and I got the Butcher Block Omelette with a biscuit. I'm not a biscuit guy, but I decided to try it because of the reviews and they were right on. Homemade, warm, cut in half and toasted. The food came out very quick. All of it was hot and presentation was fantastic. Tricia was one of our servers that ended up taking our order and taking great care of us. I couldn't help notice how well kept everything was in the restaurant. It was clean, inviting and very comfortable. There were two women who assisted the servers and keeping everything cleaned up and what impressed me the most was they didn't just stand around. They constantly were looking for something to do. They made sure that the tables were quickly cleaned and cleared. They went around the restaurant, just looking for things to clean up and try to improve everything that was there. Great asset to the team. Overall fantastic, highly recommend! Bathroom review: 4.95 out of 5 Very clean and sanitized. Small but adequate. Hot water almost immediately. Plenty of soap, tp and towel dispenser. Biscuits. Get their homemade biscuits! So so sooo good. Perfectly flaky and soft, with a little jam and butter. I've never seen biscuits as an option instead of toast with breakfast! So unique and delicious. This is a great addition to the island. Offering breakfast and lunch for right now, they said they don't have the staff for dinner at the moment. Breakfast is phenomenal but lunch is also great. My boyfriend got the turkey club and it was absolutely piled high with fresh meat. I've been here twice and I haven't had anything bad. Long-time LBI visitor, first time at LBI Table Was looking for a good place to have breakfast on LBI and so I used Yelp to help me figure out what would be open early enough for me to commute from an hour away, eat breakfast, and get home in time for work. LBI Table, had good reviews online so I looked at their menu and found that it looked interesting and with the addition of daily specials, innovative, as well. This is a place that really understands Customer Service! I don't think anyone in the place told me "No" or "Not possible." For a thing I asked. They seem to understand that getting to "Yes" is easy, and it grows happy repeat customers, too! I was given a choice of multiple comfortable areas to sit, with different views, and was immediately asked what I would like to drink, and given an appropriate amount of time to peruse the menu before my waitress arrived. When I heard that the mushroom omelette was one of their specials, I thought I'd likely get some type of cheap maybe out of the can mushrooms, but instead I got nice hardy, meaty, sautéed portobello's! It's a three cheese and mushrooms omelette, and when I asked about reducing the cheese I was told I could ask for one cheese or they could just decrease the amount of each of the three cheeses to meet my needs. The omelette came with home fries and toast of choice at the end of the meal I was so full I decided to take three slices of toast home. Good coffee, as well and when I asked if I could get my 2nd cup to go, I was happily accommodated without an additional charge. Prompt service, speedy Kitchen, and happy employees. I was probably in and out in 35 minutes or so and it was a great way to start the day. When I went to pay, I got a little history on the place, discussed how happy I was to see vegetarian options and quality ingredients, and heard that the chef is so particular he always wants to be there to make sure things are cooked just the right way. When I gave feedback on the online menu not being formatted correctly, and the lack of the way to open a PDF for printing, instead of being given lip-service, the cashier seemed interested and engaged and told me that they would definitely follow up with their website designer to make the corrections. Definitely adding them to my repertoire of go to places on the island. A bonus that instead of an extra of 15 minutes to go all the way down to Beacb Haven, it was a quick left off of the Causeway and only about a half a mile before I got to the restaurant. My wife and I are locals, and we eat here all the time. Jimmy is the best at keeping this place organized, and despite how busy they are, he is quick to say hello, help take a drink order, and even run food. I love the scrapple here, and my wife loves the different breakfast specials each week. This is one of the best places to eat on the island. The new palm trees look great outside. Our waitress was fantastic and accommodating to our always excessively unnecessary to-go order on top of what we ordered sitting down for the freeloaders at home.
