My experience with Luxe Bridal Rack has been exceptional. Maria is well versed in everything bridal and in my opinion she sincerely cares about her customers. Be honest about what you are looking for and Maria will help you find the perfect dress in your budget. During my visit to Luxe Bridal in January, I was hesitant to make a final decision on a dress but needed to due to my timeline (I was 6 months out from my wedding day). Maria and Antonella were very patient with me and helped me finally say yes to a beautiful Pronovias dress. When placing the order we followed Maria's sizing recommendation based on my measurements and she assured us the dress would come in plenty of time without a rush order. Fast forward to April and my dress had arrived with plenty of time before my July wedding. When I tried on the dress, it was too small on top and I was not able to button it up the back. Immediately, Maria was able to tell that based on my measurements and the standard dress measurements there was something not right with the dress we received. She assured me that we could get the issue resolved even though we were on a very short timeline in the wedding world. After speaking with the Pronovias rep, Maria had a replacement dress arrive to the store the next week. The new dress fit perfectly, just like she initially thought it would. This certainly was not a common occurrence for dresses Luxe Bridal sells but Maria knew exactly how to resolve it. Luxe Bridal Rack was the last of 8 bridal shops I visited, and I'm so glad that I didn't rush to buy a wedding dress that I didn't love. The shop itself is beautiful and organized. It does not feel crowded and there was only one other bride trying on dresses which was perfect because I felt like we each got the attention we needed. Maria, the owner, worked with me and she is truly the sweetest person. She was very honest in her opinions on how the different dresses looked on me. She was never pushy about selling the dress white I greatly appreciated because I felt like so many other bridal shops were only trying to get me to make a purchase. She gladly took photos and helped me facetime my sister since she could not make it to the appointment. Maria mentioned that it is such an honor to be a part of this process in a bride's life, which is honestly the type of person I would want to help me in deciding on one of the most important dresses I will probably ever wear. I loved my dress from the minute I put it on and was so happy my search for "the dress" had finally come to an end. Luxe Bridal Rack was an absolutely amazing place to go wedding dress shopping! This was my 3rd salon we went to and after having a very poor experience at the 2nd place I was very discouraged about finding THE dress. But Luxe Bridal Rack and our stylist MaryClaire were absolutely perfect and made me feel so incredibly comfortable! MaryClaire kept the appointment about what I wanted and while still listening to my entourage's opinions veered them back to my style if they started looking at dresses that weren't me or out of budget. She was incredibly knowledgable about designers/ style/ silhouette/ material/ alternations/ etc and truly listened to all my likes/dislikes. Another awesome thing about Luxe Bridal Rack was that when making an appointment you have the entire salon to yourself with many options in my budget ($3,500)! Found my dress here within 3 tries. The reason I came across and went to LBR Bridal was because they were the only store within Illinois that had the designer I was dreaming of trying on. From the second I walked in the attention was focused on me, what I envisioned, and from there on we started grabbing all types of dresses from what I was excited to try on and even ones that I never saw myself trying on. Maria was the BEST help. If she wasn't there I highly doubt I would've found my dress. Maria took into account what I envisioned by finding a dress by the specific designer I loved but used her bridal knowledge by putting me in something I never pictured myself in. Rubino uses her intuitive sense of style to understand what looks best. She'll help you find what you really want and, with honesty and kindness, lets you know which look the most glamorous and which are only so-so. The gowns are incredible, every single one. Rubino offers a wide variety of styles, from lacy sheaths and romantic ball gowns to elegant strapless numbers and cool avant-garde column gowns. Love Love Love LBR ! We flew in from the Cayman Islands to dress shop in Chicago. We went to three different bridal boutiques and LBR was BY FAR the best experience hands down ! Jenneh helped us on on the day of and she was SO SO accommodating (she let us play our own music) and knowledgeable about bridal dresses. I came in dead set on the type of dress I wanted but after a few minutes of getting to know me and my style Jenneh suggested a completely different dress which turned out to be my wedding dress ! She also took to suggest different bouquets and veil that would match my dress. Jenneh made me feel beautiful and I felt extremely special as a bride. This was the second shop I went to, the very first day trying on dresses. The shop is a beautiful, small boutique with a very clean feel. The second my group and I walked in the door, we were greeted with a relaxed and caring welcome. I felt extremely comfortable. The first store we went to that day was overwhelming and disappointing. This refreshing boutique was everything I was hoping for. I think I tried on about 10 dresses that were all under my max budget, and with the help of the lovely Anesha, I was able to find a dress I looked great in, was my style, had aspects from other dresses I really liked, and ultimately was able to buy a dress that day! The wedding dress shopping process was so exhausting and confusing until I went to Luxe Bridal and visited Maria and Koutra. I can't say enough about those two - who truly became more friends than sales ladies after this process. They sat me down, helped me really think about my vision, gave me option after option to look at and try on, gave me recommendations for other places to look and advised me every step of the way. Luxe Bridal Rack is wonderful. I was scheduled to get married during the pandemic and they saved me from wearing a potato sack down the isle. I was planning on wearing my great Aunt's wedding dress but when I tried it on a week before I was due to walk down the isle we realized the tailor was not able to get the puckering and wrinkling out of the dress. A week before my wedding and I didn't have a dress. Panicking, my mom had the wonderful idea to call Luxe Bridal Rack. Maria was beyond wonderful! We received my daughter's vintage wedding gown back from the tailor. It was completely puckered at the seams and was not able to be redone. The wedding was less than a week away and my daughter did not have a dress to wear! I called Maria at Luxe Bridal Rack and explained the dire situation. We had a virtual wedding appointment that day and found the most perfect and exquisite dress! My daughter and I went to Luxe the following day. I had SUCH a great experience with the girls at LBR! The salon itself is gorgeous, with plenty of room for a wide selection of dresses, but small enough to make each appointment feel intimate and personal. The girls there who helped us listened to everything I said when I got there and pulled dresses that met and exceeded my expectations. As I tried on dresses, they were continually puling more that aligned with what I liked or didn't like about the dress before. They gave excellent input without being "sales-y" and made it feel like I was shopping with friends. They even offered to stay open a little later for me to come back to see the dress I loved there after my next appointment. LBR was really nice and helpful when I was picking out a dress. What I liked was that Maria (Maria M, apparently there are two Marias there), took the time to show me all the ways that each dress I tried on could be altered and changed to get it closer to what I thought would be comfortable and ideal. I didn't get that kind of help everywhere I went to try on dresses before this. I got my wedding dress and veil here. I was 80 pounds bigger when I ordered my dress, and felt very comfortable the entire time trying on different dresses. I also brought in my reception dress and another veil and they had no problems altering them. Irena did my alterations and did such a wonderful job! My reception dress has a train with lots of embroidery and she took it all off for me and it blended so well to floor length so I could use it for dancing.
