Extremely bad experience. Paid $55 for the spa pedicure. The woman had a terrible attitude and didn't want to deal with my heals-which was the reason I paid extra. I told her the same but she instead rubbed my legs so much they hurt. Not relaxing at all. And I will need to work on my heals myself afterwards. So it hasn't saved any time. HORRIBLE!! Instead of a soak of my existing gel the male who sits in the front took the electric grinder tool and violently tore away at my healthy nails. Literally removed my natural layer of nail. It hurt , and I told him so. ROUGH, RUSHED ! Next I was sent over to a woman who was also INCREDIBLY rough and proceeded to butcher my nails and cuticles and HURT ME. She filed so hard and changed the shape down to nothing. The application was so thick and fake looking . Within 3 days the weight of the over application resulted in 5 broken nails. I couldn't warn anyone enough to stay far away from LC Nails. I went back in today to discuss and was met with an equally horrible attitude and no solutions. read more

Service has gone downhill and will not be going back. My husband and I went last weekend for pedicures. They cut up his cuticles and rushed through with little massage. Considering with a guy there is no polish he should have had an extra long foot rub. My pedicure was the worst I've ever had and had little to no callus removal though I asked. It was basically a polish change with so much dead skin left on my toes. She really picked at my cuticles and hurt me more than once. Much prefer superstar in fair haven and will be going there if you need a good recommendation. read more

Walked in on a Saturday morning shortly after they opened. Jade did an amazing job on my nails. I've never had a better gel manicure. She also cut my nails into a nice shape. She took her time and it was very even and clean. My nails still look great two weeks. UPDATE: went there over the weekend and had the worse mani pedi of my life. My nails were uneven and painted very sloppy. The salon was busy so I didn't want the same woman to be the one fixing my nails so I just left. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. The tech was rude and loud and did the sloppiest job I've ever seen. She left callouses on my feet, even though I paid extra for callous remover. She didn't polish my entire nail-she left a large blank space between my nail and skin. I asked her to bring the polish to each edge and she said "next coat". Which was a lie because I had to ask her again to polish my entire nail. After seeing what a bad job she did on my fingernails, I had to take a close look at my toes- I had to have her put an entire new coat of polish on each toenail because she left so much blank space and didn't even remove my old polish all the way so it was showing through! It was lumpy, sloppy and she somehow got polish on the skin of most of my fingers and toes, even though she neglected to polish each nail fully. Totally bewildering and a mess. I'll never go back and I'll warn all my friends to avoid LC Nails like the plague! Worst salon and nail tech ever. read more

The gentleman did a great job on my manicure. The salon is super clean and has a wide selection of colors to choose from. They even gave all clients a tube of hand moisturizer for the holidays! I've been here before, so I was looking forward to my pedicure and leg/foot massage. Before I left, I painted the spots she missed myself, my cuticle bleeding, the side of one leg raw from scrubbing with body scrub in the same spot the whole time while she was talking to the tech next to us. Didn't exfoliate my heels or bottom of feet. Didn't nip the loose skin around my nail. I do my own exfoliating at home so my feet weren't that bad. They looked worse when I left. I love LC NAILS :) I never have to wait longer than ten minutes, whether I'm getting my feet or hands done. I usually only get my gel tip manicure done by Don. I never ask for him and I never make an appointment. Although, I am so happy to only have an experience with him for majority of my visits, it's like an unspoken obvious connection that we have. Don is so so fast but does an exceptional job and I always get compliments!! I love Don also for his low key and humble personality. He always asks where my son is and how he is doing if he is not with me which makes me feel appreciated. I love everyone that works here though! Some of the girls go to Brookdale Community College and gave me some great "insider info" about the nursing program in which I'm trying to get into. I've been coming here for a year straight, Alicia is FABULOUS. Always does an AMAZING job with my nails, and I'm super picky. Nancy is great as well! I always love my nails whenever they are done here, they last a long time. I used to do gel nails, but I've switched over to dip powder. Both great! I use LC nails occasionally. Their nail services are fine but customer service is awful. For the second time, I was left sitting over 35 minutes with no one available. I had a confirmed appointment with a specific technician. I was put a a pedicure station and left sitting until the water became cold. I realize help is short these days, but appointments shouldn't be given if they do not have available staff. Finally walked out. Ridiculous and never again. read more

LC Nails may do decent work but they could care less about appointment times and on more than one occasion, have kept me waiting for 1/2 hour beyond my appointment because they stack up clients and take walk-ins right before an appointment arrives. Will be looking for another salon that doesn't treat me like my time doesn't matter. read more

I love this place. I go for a pedicure about every 4 weeks and only go here. It is always spotlessly clean and well lit. I am always greeted by someone and rarely have to wait. There's always something interesting on the tele and small conversation with the ladies (or the boss) are always pleasant. Never a knick or spec of polish out of place. :) read more

I have been a customer for years and a good one. I am there twice a month for gel nails and a pedicure. My daughters get their nails done here as well. While their work is good they do not respect their customers time. Tonight I was left waiting 35 minutes for my scheduled appointment and had to leave because I would not be able to make my event on time.
