Small, clearly-family, little breakfast/lunch place right next to a Kroger. The menu is limited (and their website is down right now), but I added updated photos of the September 2025 menu. They mostly have your standard breakfast fare along with some sandwiches. There are only a few tables, but they aren't cramped. You order at the counter and just take a seat, and your food and drinks will be served to you. I'd guess there's only two people working here on a random weekday. Expect your food to take a bit, but it's completely fresh, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. Portion sizes were large but balanced. I often can't finish sweet crepes due to getting sugar'd out. This one felt very focused on the fruit and allowing the Nutella to take a passenger, enhancing vibe instead. Omelette was cheese-central. I might ask for lighter cheese next time, but it was ridiculously delicious too. Croissants were SUPER light and fluffy, and they get served warm for you. Really tasty, perfectly baked. Bathroom was a single unisex room and older, but it was clean. Two booths that'll seat four people as well as multiple two-person tables with wooden, no-armed chairs. No stairs, and while it'd be a tight fit, a wheelchair could fit in here. (I don't think the bathroom is wheelchair accessible, though.) The guy running the place wasn't super friendly, but he wasn't *unfriendly*, and he was very efficient. He also popped in to see if we needed things and was there to deliver silverware and other things before we asked for them. If staff reads this: please replace/update the folded, faded paper signs on the outside of the building. Stopped in for lunch on 2/18/26. I had a tomato, mozzarella, and pesto sandwich on a baguette. It tasted great.. We also bought some croissants to take home for tomorrow's breakfast. This place though small has wonderful covered outside seating. Wife and I were hankering for quiche and ordered two... one with salad and the other with fruit. They were excellent. The cheese was gooey, the egg soft but firm and the crust was sweet and substantial! The coffee was hot and not "dish water" as my wife calls coffee that is way too weak for human consumption. The staff actually is was just one person today. (Off season) was more than accommodating. And the atmosphere was that of a small French bistro tucked away in the corner of a shopping center. All I. Simple and welcoming atmosphere right next to the nail boutique and Krogers. Right when you walk in you can smell the delicious imported cheeses and bakery products being used. You also see all the fresh/imported cakes, pastries, and macarons on display in the front. The fresh croissant was buttery, flaky, absolutely delicious. The scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese were savory, made fresh, and was the perfect brunch sandwich. It came with a choice of a regular salad or fruit salad. Mine came with freshly cut strawberries, banana, and mandarins. It is served with a sweet strawberry jam on top that didn't overpower the natural sugars from the fruits. Highly recommend stopping by for some authentic French cuisine to start out your day/afternoon. The prices are completely fair for the quality and quantity you are served. Love this little bakery!! My sisters and I came here in 2018 while on vacation, so naturally we had to come back this year while we were in the area! We got there shortly after open, and they were still baking pastries. We stayed and ate there, but it seems like most people take their orders to go. My sisters split a croissant breakfast sandwich with ham, egg, and cheese, which came with a side of fresh fruit. They also shared a cinnamon croissant. They enjoyed both. My mom had a cheese croissant and enjoyed it as well. I ordered the chocolate croissant and loved it! It was still warm, as it was fresh out of the oven. I also got a butter croissant to go for my husband back home - yes, I packed it in my carry on and it made the flight from SC to AZ! It was delicious and we enjoyed it together the same day. It's located in the Kroger shopping center, at the intersection of Rt. 17 (North King's Highway) & Lake Arrowhead Rd. The owner is a wonderful, friendly, charming woman who is also an amazing baker. If you like croissants or sandwiches on croissants or baguettes, do not pass this place without stopping in for a bite! It's great! But don't go on Sunday as they are closed. My favorite meal was their fantastic chicken salad on a croissant with lettuce & tomato. Yummy! You can get a "salad" - extra L&T or a fruit medley, berries, banana slices, etc. with your sandwich. I also tried the lean roast beef, perfectly seasoned, on a brilliant baguette! Spicy brown mustard, just the way I like it, complemented the generous portion of meat. I had originally intended to go to the bagel place close by but they were closed on labor day so Le Bon it was! As other reviews mention this place is very small (quaint) with a French-themed decor (not sure why one review mentions Italy?). I ordered an egg croissant with bacon and cheese and a latte. They were a little busy but not overly so, and it took a while for my croissant to come out, same with the latte. I think they were a little short-handed in the kitchen. When the food and beverage finally did come out I enjoyed everything immensely. Way better than going to the nearby Burger King for breakfast. Prices are a little steep for some items such as crepes but the food is made to order. In addition to breakfast and pastries, they also have some lunch items which looked good.
