Good service, nice lady! I know some people complained about waiting for a long time. It's not easy during this time as most small businesses are short on staff. They don't accept debit/venmo/etc... and want you to pay a fee to take cash out from the salons ATM 4. They have signage saying that tips must be paid in cash due to "tax reasons" (read: shady) 5. I walked into Le Clinique over the weekend and I was greeted and helped right away. The technician proceeded to carefully remove the gel I had on my nails and she had placed towels that smelled like essential oils on my hands in the mean while. Just finished getting a gel manicure and it was literally the most expensive cheap looking manicure I have ever gotten! So disappointed!! There was no more than 2 people there when I arrived on a Wednesday early afternoon and was made to wait for who knows what reason since there were girls sitting there. Decided to get gel instead of regular polish since the ones that I got to pick from looked super old (which means it will peel before the end of the day). I tied to explain to the girl that I wanted one accent nail with glitter polish on top of the white that I just gotten. Not sure where the confusion was but she was perplexed at my request. After paying $32 for a gel manicure ...nothing special about it...I was given the receipt to sign. This is seriously the best pedicure I have ever received!!! Kelly did a wonderful job! She actually gave me a real massage. Most places hardly put any effort into the massage part of the pedicure, and to me it's the second most important part. The price is a little high. The inside of the salon is clean and the staff is very friendly. My only problem was how expensive this place was. It was my fault for not asking prior how much everything was going to be. I got a gel pedicure with callus removal and french tip and only needed 5 acrylic nails removed. My total was about $85. I got a discount of about $10 from some special they had going on but I'm just upset they charged me full price to remove my nails even though I had 5 left. read more

When I walked in I was immediately acknowledged by their awesome receptionist, he was really accommodating. There was a 10 minute wait which was not bad at a all. It will not skip on the bad nail salons or save the good ones. You are not an asteroid. You are a living breathing human that has the yelp app. Because of that, you can read this review and skip Le Clinique nails without a mad scientist telling you so. While Le Clinique is and was a great salon, the pricing seems WAY far fetched for the service. A couple streets over on Valley Center, on Arrow, even on Bonnie Cove, there's a plethora of other similar nail spas that will leave you as happy and not kill your budget. Another thing I don't like is the amount of Nu-Skin products all around the spa. Is that how you make up for your losses, Le Clinique? It's overwhelming! This is a solid spot for getting your eyebrows waxed. Pricing is not consistent, which is a red flag and takes from the experience and value. One minute it was $12 now it's $17. The service is so, so these days. I think they need more technicians considering how popular they are and it would be very helpful to see the price of services available on a board, rather than being tucked away inside a tacky brochure. read more

For one, the place is gorgeous and super clean. I was greeted when I walked in and they have a receptionist, which I love! There are tons of nail places I have been to in the past where I walk up to the front counter and have to wait a couple of minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I am there. After I let the receptionist know what I wanted, I was offered hot coffee, water, or soda. Love it! I am so happy with how my nails turned out! I went with a regular gel manicure and got color 1444 (a very pale pink). My nails look wonderful. I am bummed though because I did not get the name of my manicurist. The regular price for a gel manicure is $32, but with their 20% off special, it came to be $26. $32 is a little more than I regularly pay for my gel manicure, but because of how well my manicure turned out, I definitely will not mind paying the extra couple of dollars to come back in the future. read more

I would consider myself an extremely patient and understanding person. I went into this spot for my second time (first experience was great) because my usual place was closed today. I have never received such awful nail service ever. I was attended by the lady that usually is at the front desk (she wasn't a regular nail technician like the other ladies). She did such a rush- no attention to detail job and kept walking away while she was supposed to be doing my nails. At one point she actually left the nail salon with someone who came in and came back 5 min later. I was getting gel manicure and she literally only did 2 layers (I had to ask for a 3rd). She was literally throwing my hands around, didn't even do my cuticles, barley filed my nails. I walked out with uneven nails. Literally. Just overall awful. I should've spoken up while she was "helping" me but I just hate being the person to complain, I was trying to give her the benefit of doubt. The lady doing my mani ask the girl that gave me the list what combo I chose, she told the mani girl the $68 combo. After service was done I went to pay and was charge $83. I recently moved into the area and needed to get my eyebrows and nails done for my first day at a new job. I had gone to another nails place close by before for a pedi, but it was closed on this day because it was a Sunday. I looked up the nearest nail salon that was open and this happened to be it. I got there and it was clean and beautifully decorated. I got my eyebrows waxed because I assumed they only did waxing, even though I prefer threading. The nice lady who waxed my eyebrows mentioned that they also do threading! She finished up my waxing with a thread clean-up after I mentioned I preferred threading, which was nice of her. My eyebrows look amazing. I got a full set acrylic and gel manicure. I have had many before, so I can tell when one is good and one is bad. The attention to detail she had for my nails was extremely impressive. I'm pretty picky about my nails, but she did an incredible job- not a drop of lacquer out of place. I have been coming here for years ever since I was in high school. Everyone is nice and accommodating. I've moved to Rancho and will come back this way to come here because they know me and I love their work. I've gone to other places that will take the quick way and be extremely rough on my cuticles and nails. Here they're nice, meticulous and anytime I had a question or wanted something different done to my nails, they accommodated me. I'm known for constantly getting designs on my manicures and they've always tried their best to recreate them from photos. This is also the best place for pedicures. I've come in with broken, ingrown, bruised toes over the years and they took the time to explain to me what was going on and help me with any pain. They've always had trouble keeping with appointments as they'll also take in walk ins and I've had a walk in person be served before my set appointment which is frustrating at times. They're slowly getting better at that. With Covid, they've had to cut staff so appointments are more followed as they really don't have the capacity to serve large groups at a time. Overall this is my favorite place and will be hard to replace. My gel manicures without a design is 35 bucks and a pedicure is 26 bucks. read more

Not happy!! with my service today the lady that worked on my nail did a crapy job . bubbles on my nails after it dried and was pretty thick also so it didn't apply well I asked her to reshape a couple of the nail cuz they have ridges. I went back the next day and told them how unhappy I was with my nails and Kaia fixed my nails she do a awesome job I'm very happy with the results . So when you visit to have ur nails done steer clear of Joan !!! It's worth paying for your nails when they do an excellent job. There are some people that don't know how to do it and should not be working as a nail technician . But then there are girls like kaia that know how to do your nails and she did a very good job she paid attention to detail and cleaned up my nails very nicely. read more

When it came time for the mani... the girl didn't even take off all my old nail polish! And I was getting a french tip so I can totally see the orange nail polish I had before. It really looks awful. My nails were severely damaged from a nail salon I went to in the Fontana Sierra parkway previously. She was very gentle and careful not to hurt me. ONLY SEE KATE!! I was tortured by another employee who left all my cuticles bleeding and did an incredibly horrible job on my gel mani. I had red polish and it was all over my skin and the polish was uneven, rough, and bubbled. I went back the next day insisting they fix it and got the sweetest (English speaking) technician named Kate. She did a phenomenal job. As I've had many gel manicures I can tell by their process and technique how well they're going to last. She was meticulous and very detail oriented throughout her process. This, I'm sure, was why my gel mani lasted for 25 days. No chips and no lifting AT ALL (and I'm VERY hard on my nails). I was absolutely amazed. I'm very picky when it comes to my nails and have had an incredibly hard time finding someone who takes pride in their work, very detail oriented, is easy to communicate with, and greets you with a smile. Kate has proven she truly cares about her clients' satisfaction and loyalty and has absolutely earned mine. Thank you Kate! Ps. As for the overall salon... It's relatively clean, but they don't abide by CA state health codes/laws when it comes to using new files and freshly sanitized instruments/tools for each client. BE CAREFUL!! I wanted to like this spot, as it's somewhat convenient when I'm out running errands. There us a banner hanging that reads UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. Huh Service = 1 star For a few reasons; 1) as I was choosing my color, I was painting my nail to see how it looked. I tried a second color and a lady came over and abruptly asked if she could help me. Uh, I had already checked in. She seemed annoyed that I tried the color on my nail. Really?! 2) they sat me in a chair as they finished up the other customer. Ok, this is good. I can enjoy the massage chair while I wait. Uh, no. I attempt to turn it on and I can barely feel anything (imagine someone ever so lightly brushing their hand over your back, I.e. Light as a feather. After several attempts, the ladies who work there just look at me with no offer to help. Finally, I say, "excuse me, I can't get this chair massage to work properly, could you help me?" the lady says, "hold on!" wow, really?! She comes over and hits a button and says ok, but it's not any better. I ask if I can sit in another chair and she says they are all the same. Wow, not off to a very good start considering you are under new management. There is a yelp sign posted in the store promising to exceed expectations. Far from it. I opted to leave rather than continue to grow more frustrated. Oh, by the way, it was 90 degrees outside and they chose to have the front door open and the air conditioning off it was hot indoors. I'm not writing this review because of the quality of service though, I'm writing this review because the manager of salon ( her name is Michelle) has been rude to me on several occasions. She really needs a crash course in customer service. I can tolerate her rbf, but she is just downright rude and unprofessional. Hopefully the owner the the salon reads this message and sends her to a training class on how to manage a salon before they lose too much business and end up closing shop. So yesterday was my first time in this place and I have to say not impressed at all. The lady who did my pedicure barley scrubbed my feet and barley massaged my legs. A pedicure that shold have taken all of about 45 mins took over an hour. Then the lady who did my nails actually seemed pretty good, but literally 2 hours after I got home, polish started just peeling off of about 4 of my nails. I spent $94 for a pedicure and fill ( I usually spend that much when I get a fill, pedicure, and my whole face waxed) and that is not including the tip that I gave them. Back in December I went to a different salon and had some issues. The tech at the other place did not make my nails the shape I wanted them and made them too short. I went in today to get my nails done at Le Clinique, and was bracing for a decent job, but nothing spectacular based on the shape of my nails. Thankfully the nail tech (And I wish I got her name) was simply amazing. I explained what I wanted, how I wanted my nails more square and did not want the nails cut shorter. She explained that she could make them square (To fix the previous issue), but she would have to make them a tad shorter when she filed them. I completely understood that, because there is only so much you can do with what I had. She did a fantastic job at fixing them, and they are absolutely beautiful. read more

Since the new owners have taken over I've tried a couple of times to come back because of the convenience. But have unsuccessfully been able to get in for even a pedicure. Made an appointment for 5pm because they couldn't do the 4:30 I requested and after waiting for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me I finally say I had 5pm pedicure appointment and then they ask if I can wait 15-20 minutes because they had a walk in! Why would I have to wait if I made an appointment?! I will not be back here that's for sure. They are also just rude as well. Michelle the old owner was awesome!
