Afterwards once the nail technician started doing my pedicure it was going smoothing until she put my sandals on with the paper towel in between my toes and started polishing my nails and put nail polish on my good sandals. They told me they were going to change my appointment. I didn't understand why I was still getting waxing and a gel pedicure. They said I have two appointments one at 8:30 and one on 9:45. This is how they treat a customer. There are dime a dozen of these places, I will be looking for another place. Changing something is my prerogative not to get punished for it. Update: I tried going other nail places but nothing compares to Royal. I always end up back. I had Ellen do my nails and Kim did my pedi. I was happy the way they came out 2 weeks ago and I went back yesterday. The key to not waiting long is go in early. Like they say the early bird gets the worm. I've had horrible experiences at other nail salons. Like my acrylic nails burning really bad, to having a big part of my skin on my toe cut off that it was pussing. Thankfully nothing like this happens at Royal Nail. The only thing I wish they had was a nail design lady that will be pretty cool. My pedi was done so great! Very good nail place. Chi does an awesome gel mani!! They stay on for a long time and do not chip. The only thing is I feel the pedicure they rush threw it a little. My daughter turns 3 years tomorrow , I wanted to get her nails and toes done. I went to 3 different nail salons and they were already closing. I come across this one , I walked in . Empty. I told the lady I wanted to get my daughter's nails and toes done and they all hesitate to wanna take her. If I could speak there language I bet they were all telling each other , "you take her, no you take her " all they were doing was laughing. I told them , "I'm gonna tip you" and they made this lady do it and she made an upset face/smerk. They charged me $50!! For her nails and toes . I just laughed and made it seem like it was okay . I knew they were ripping me off . Once they were finished . Just because I like to be petty , and now that I'm thinking about it , it was stupid of me , but I'm petty. Avoid this place!!!!!!!!I honestly had the worst experience in this place. I came in with a friend not expecting to get nothing done but because I saw that my real nails under my acrylics were so long I said why not just get a nail soak off with a gel manicure. The lady started to file down my nails and clip them from the edges and was trying to take off my nails with a nail tip to avoid doing a soak off......it hurts so bad that I told her if she couldn't do a nail soak off to please just not to do my nails at all. The other ladies at the shop got worried and they all came to see what I was complaining about. I told them to not clip anymore and that I wanted a nail soak off because I wanted to keep the length of my reals nails rather than clipping them and most likely chipping my long nails. So they ended up doing a nail soak off.... I couldn't believe the lady when she started to shove the nail tip again to take of the rest of the acrylic that was left on my nail bed. I just kept quiet because I wasn't planning on paying and telling them why I was upset about the service. To make this shorter she did my nails and they were all chipped!!!!!!! I told her just to clip the nails that were broken and leave the rest long. She clearly didn't listen and cut all of them short! I told her why did she do that and said my nails were thin and would brake at home anyways. I was so upset I told her I didn't want a gel manicure anymore and she just gave up and left acrylic on my nails and said to take my hands out the water since I wasn't getting a manicure. She put cuticle oil and that was it.! I can honestly complain about more things but this would just go on. Look at my pictures for proof of the horrible work! I always come to this nail salon. Highly recommend to call in ahead/ make an appointment to see if they have room for you because they tend to get super packed. Very big, clean and pretty salon. Workers can use some customer service training, but it's typical of most asian facilities so it's not out of the ordinary. Jane is the best with my acrylics and I love Vivienne to do my pedicure. They accommodate to my requests. Their spa pedicures are amazing. Fairly new equipment like the message chair as they do my pedicure. read more

I've been going to royal nails since 2015. They renovated the store after covid. I feel safe to have my nails done there. The constantly cleaning and sanitizing. ALL of the nail techs are not just certified, they all have skills and make my nails happy every time. They put gloves on you to protect you finger getting exposure under the led. Terrible place, do not go here ! Came here around 3 weeks ago at 6 pm and was not helped till 630. Then, I wanted a fill and she insisted that I get a new full set. However, only one nail was broken and it really hurt when she yanked the other ones off. The nail technician, Jane, had the nerve to tell me she wanted to go home too! And, she did because she said my new gel nails were dry when they were still wet, all my nails were ruined 5 mins after I got into the car because of her rushing me. What a waste of $35 !!! They upcharge for everything too. Also, the owner was just lurking around while she was finishing up and it seemed like he was rushing her. I made a huge mistake coming to get my gel manicure done here. It was the day before valentines day and the girl who usually does my nails at century nails is off on Thursday so I took a chance here and left very upset!! The lady who did my nails was chi and well i'm sorry but she did a horrible job! The polish is chipped already and it hasn't been a week and only half my nails got painted. I kept asking her why I had a huge gap from where my cuticles and nail meet and she said it was painted! I paid $25 for a gel manicure that chipped the next day!! I have been coming here for a while. I get my eye lashes done by Joanne, and they look and feel amazing. I love how well she does them that I drive an hour to have them filled. I've been to other places to have my eyelashes done and ended up regretting having them done by someone else. They look very natural, they don't ruin your natural lashes like other salons. I've also had my nails done here several times by Jane. She does a great job. The staff is friendly, and remembered my name after only two times coming in. I have gotten better pedicures but for the price I guess it's alright. You have to tell them what you want exactly. Otherwise they will let you walk out with ugly looking nails. I had a "not so pleasant" experience with Lien before but today when I went in on my day off from work I thought I'd give her another chance but oh brother that was a huge mistake! As soon as I walked in she sat me down so I didn't get a chance to pick a color as she working on my fill Another woman named May (really nice) was working on my pedicure and she tells me to go wash my hands (are u serious?@!) so I said "I can't they're painting my toes, so she grunted and went to the back got a warm towel and tossed it on the table so I could wipe my hands, I still kept my cool. Then she barks "what color" really loud and I showed her a picture of a pale pink and she grabs a nude and I said oh no that's pretty but I want a light pink color and she grunted again and threw a coffee color on the table and I said no thank you and she said "well you get color" loud and stood up and started complaining in her language and two other workers turned and looked at me. She Came back and said what color again like FUCK don't u see this woman working on my toes! Finally a couple minutes later I managed to get up with fresh paint on my toes and grabbed the first color I saw just wanting to get out of there! She then said really loudly "are you sure, are you sure you want this color now". While bitingly tongue hard I have her an ugly look and did not answer her because nothing good would've came out! I wished she hadn't charged me so early on so I could take my tip back but needless to say I walked out furious! This was suppose to be a relaxing time at the nail shop on my only day off to get pampered and she managed to ruin it!! AVOID LiEN!!! Way overdue review. Overall you can't go wrong here. In a place where there are nail salons at every corner, I always come back for 2 reasons: cleanliness and price. They are generally pretty clean and sanitary. This in my book is important. Their prices are pretty affordable. Basic pedicure is around $14.00 and spa usually runs around $17.00. Their pedicures are nothing special. The leg massage and foot scrub is nothing more than a little rub. But their detail to the nails is what compensates for it. They are usually pretty through. I've started getting gel nails since before the craze. They used to be $18.00 but not with recent popularity they've increased their prices to $25.00 :( I usually try to come here during the week and never have a problem getting service. I have been here on Saturday's and it gets pretty crowded, especially if you don't already have an appointment. read more

I have been a loyal customer since I can remember. This location is one the cleanest nail salons I've been to. The only thing is is that you definitely need to make an appointment unless you plan on coming in on a Tuesday at 11 am. I usually always leave satisfied with my nails themselves, however I have encountered times where the ladies are rude & rushy. I know you may not speak perfect English but I'm sure you know how to be nice. Kim is my favorite for waxing.
