He removed a few bad beans as he poured the bag of beans into the grinder and grabbed another handful of beans to replace the beans he took out. I hope to sample more of his coffee.

My server was efficient and polite. It was more like a 40-minute wait but it came out hot. Bread had a slight vinegary aftertaste and didnt have enough zest, but it was still good. Our group ate at CC after being on the road all day. There are nine people total in our group. As we were seated, we looked around and noticed a painted picture on the wall, up high, with the American Flag on the bottom of the painting cut in half horizontally. Above the flag were two people, a man and a woman, which upon asking the waitress/waiter, were the painted images of the owners of CC. Above the man and woman looked like the sunrise on the AZ State flag. Inside the AZ sunrise is the Chinese Red Star of Communism! Moreover, a hammer and sickle are painted in the red star! The picture has a story, of course. The story tells of the rise of communism above America as sponsored by the owners of CC. How hypocritical is that? The owners use capitalism to make money from Americans but support communism! The waitress/waiter began to take our order, but by then, we decided to leave. We will never support that local business or any other in Bisbee, as we were told the owners have several companies in town. We have told everyone we see and know. (We live in Tucson.) As Americans, we don't support marxism, communism, or Antifa. We encourage others to do the same. The owners should think about moving to Cuba to fulfill their lifestyle. This was out first stop when heading into Bisbee. We went in for lunch and had the turkey sandwich and green chili quiche. The turkey sandwich had fresh avocado, tomato, cucumber, cheese mayo, turkey and probably a few other things I'm missing. I got it on sourdough which was soft and delicious. It really was the perfect mix of ingredients and definitely hit the spot. The green chili quiche was perfectly cheesy. It was fluffy, seasoned well, and had a great crust. It came with buttered bread and a greek salad. This was also a great combination of foods for 9 bucks. The owner (I assume) was super friendly and new almost everyone that came in.
