Unfortunately, I experienced very intentional disparate treatment at this Castle Rock Outlet location this past Saturday, 10/27/2024. When I attempted to address the issue with customer service toll free number the rep was unaware of how to register a complaint. Annabel indicated that she is the store supervisor for this location. She was unable or unwilling to provide any recourse, and in fact, this afternoon she engaged in the same poor behavior and problematic communication that caused me to initiate a complaint. If you have experienced the same treatment, you have the option of filing a formal complaint with the Colorado Dept. of Regulatory Agencies, Civil Rights Division to ensure that rules regarding Public Accommodations are enforced. Perhaps Le Creuset will begin to take these concerns more seriously the more consumers document systemic issues with their employees. read more

I would like to post and let the world know that Le creuset has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Someone was kind enough to buy me an overpriced kettle and mug set from the website, he made a few mistakes and had it shipped to himself instead of me and it was not the right color. I thought wrongly I could return at the store and use the gift card to purchase correct color after all that run around I was told I could not use the Gift card from a store then had to go get the set back and start all over. I just got an email from the online help a week later that says they will not exchange it for the color I want at all and would offer a refund to my friend but basically tough luck. I went to the factory stores on July 4th on the way back from a trip to Colorado Springs. I saw they had a Le Creuset factory store and I was so very excited! Sadly it did not open on time and I thought that maybe it was the one shop that was taking a holiday. But, after about an hour of shopping at other stores I came back and it was open! I was beyond excited to see baby items from them! I didn't even know that was a thing! I bought all that was available (I'm expecting in January) and the excitement of the baby stuff put me in a super shopping mode. The lady who was there (possibly the manager) was so sweet and patient. My son came into the store with me and was exhausted. She didn't make even a wince as he decided to lay down on the floor and rest. In turn, that made for a better shopping experience for me and a much bigger sale for her! Win muthafuggin win! Already trying to figure out when I'm going back again!!! It's kinda far for just an everyday drive but worth it every once in a while! read more

I love, love, love the Le Creuset Outlet! The Le Creuset stoneware and cast iron items are so beautiful and durable yet so expensive I can really only afford one new piece per year. Thank goodness for the outlet which stocks most items at a much more attractive price. The outlet boasts frequent sales which makes it even better. Most items are unblemished, however, they will sometimes have pieces that do have a small issue for even a deeper discount. If you love cooking and quality items, this place is for you! This outlet is consistent with others in that they have great sales and have some slightly defected things at considerable discount; the purpose of my review is to remark on how helpful, delightful and committed are the staff. I am fan of Le Creuset after receiving a couple of pieces for my wedding. I have been at the store at the outlets twice and both on Saturdays. I love coming in taking my time selecting a piece. Both times I have been there I was met by very knowledgable staff who took the extra time to answer my questions. In fact the second time I was there I was greeted very warmly as they remembered me from my previous visit. The quality is second to none, the lifetime warranty is phenomenal and their prices makes them irresistible. Their prices from the regular stores and the website are about 30% less and to that ad the fact the have nice sales. My Le Creuset collection will continue to grow and I will continue to buy my pieces at the Outlet in Castle Rock. read more
