He had brought one along just in case . I had some old cable , phone wires needed removing and he went over and beyond to remove everything cleaned up . I was so impressed by his work that I bought a receiver so he could come back in a few days to hook up surround sound . He is so informative and patience. Very pleased with the experience of Trung in mounting our TVs. He mounted a 55' Samsung Frame as well as an 85' Samsung. He was very communicative throughout the vetting process and came prepared for the job. He's very meticulous about measurements which is exactly what you'd want out of your installer. Trung and 2 of his workers installed an 8 camera system with NVR at my friends a couple months ago. We are very happy with how professional and fast the work was done. My friend had been having issues with her neighbors and was able to capture their harassing behavior on camera and present the footage in court. Trung also does low voltage electrician work and we had him fix two outlets and install a new light fixture by the front door.
