This was a cute little macaroon shop that we visited while in Laguna Beach. The shop is very clean, well put together and super cute and girly. There wasn't many visitors at the time we stopped in, and there was only one associate working behind the counter. After a few minutes of reviewing the menu, we ordered a variety box of six. A box of six will run you about $26, which isn't bad I suppose for the area. We haven't tried all of the flavors yet, but the pistachio is by far one of the best.. if you're in the area and you're a huge macaroon fan like I am definitely stop in and check out this shop, it's well worth it. read more

We stopped by here after a trip to the beach. It's conveniently located right across the street from Main Beach, and it's next to several other shops, including a coffee shop and a sandwich shop, so you can pop in for a little after-lunch treat. I brought my two daughters so we each picked out one macaron. We got the raspberry, birthday cake and white chocolate basil flavors. The birthday cake was delicious and the filling was very soft and creamy, like a light whipped cream frosting (not a dense buttercream). I loved the texture. The white chocolate basil was surprisingly good! I love trying new unique flavor combinations and these worked really well together. The basil flavor was pretty subtle so it blended nicely into the white chocolate flavor. I didn't get to try the raspberry since my daughter devoured it, but she loved it! The macaron shop offered a lot of other flavors, so it had something for everyone. The cookies were beautifully decorated. In addition to macarons, they also have fancy little chocolates with a variety of flavors. Next time, I'll be back for some of those! read more

First of all, you really can't beat this location! Right across from main beach, it's a perfect spot to grab a treat before or after going to the beach. The interior is adorable as well! I loved all the little macaron themed decor and accents; it really gives this place a fun vibe. Service here was wonderful as well! I was pretty overwhelmed with all the options, so they were very patient and took the time to go over all their items with me. Now let's get to the DESSERTS. The macarons were a hit and came in so many different flavors it was hard to choose! They are also gluten free, which was a huge bonus. My favorite was the lavender white chocolate. I'm so glad we decided to stop by here. We were at the beach all day and saw the shaved ice as we were walking by. We decided to come back later as it looked good! Best decision! We were helped by the owner, Michael, who was the nicest person!! He explained everything to us on how to order. They had 4 flavors at the time: mango, passion fruit, strawberry, and pineapple, and you can choose two flavors. We got mango and passion fruit. There was a tiny bit of strawberry syrup left so Michael added some as well, which I'm glad that we were able to try :) I also got vanilla ice cream on the bottom (I ABSOLUTELY recommend doing this). And topped with condensed milk/cream. They have other toppings available such as the mango popping boba and another that I can't remember. Here's how I would order it again... I would get a shaved ice with vanilla ice cream on the bottom, passion fruit and strawberry syrup, topped with condensed milk/cream. I personally wasn't the biggest fan of the mango syrup, but the mango popping boba was a nice touch with it. We both agreed that the passion fruit syrup was SO good. I absolutely recommend getting it at your visit. I also saw a cute sign that mentioned this was a small family-owned business. Very unique selection of chocolates , small gifts , toffees and ice cream . We tried the shaved ice . It was interesting because it had a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle and was served with moist mochi bits and those little pearls that hve juice inside when you bite into them . For me the shaved ice was alright . Not great , not bad . The service was friendly , but very slow . Took about 10-12 minutes to get the shaved iced from order time and it wasn't that busy . Macarons, Eclairs and More! This is one of my favorite bakeshops. The people running the place are really nice and the shop had a great desserts. The shop males macarons. They have several different flavors and they are made right. However, the star of the show for me are the eclairs. The eclairs are the best I have had in Orange and LA counties. The eclairs are baked perfectly and abound with strong and vibrant tastes. My favorite is hands down the pistachio. On busy days parking can be rough. There is street parking right in front of the shop. If the street parking is taken, you can find additional street parking close by.. A little walk is worth it. The shop is located directly across from Main Beach. It is also walking distance from main beach and most of the popular eateries in the area. Easily 5 Stars! read more

So I headed back for another shaved ice and it really was good this time! I got the mango again, no pineapple with extra condensed milk and extra mochi (no boba bubbles, I don't like that popping sensation). It also had the frozen yogurt in the middle. People were staring and commenting at how good it looked, & it tasted just as good! Glad I gave them another try. I wanted to try their beignets ($7.50 I think) but the icee was $10.50 so I had to chill. Cute little macaron/sweet shop! The young man running the shop is incredibly kind. We arrived around 730 and there was a family outside looking in the window. Unfortunately the shop was closed (They closed at 7 not 9 as shown on Yelp) The man working opened the shop back up because he saw the kids looking into the window and let them and us inside! So very sweet! He let everyone take their time to pick out their goodies and did not rush at all despite the fact that he had been there since 9 am and still had closing duties to take care of. Ok now on to the macarons....The macarons are delish! His recommendations were spot on! We really enjoyed the blue raspberry (tart with a hint of lemon!) peanut butter, vanilla, orange chocolate and pumpkin. The mango was a bit sweet for me but still very tasty! I was so excited to go there because they had gluten free slices of cake: i was so excited i just bought it until afterwords i spent $7.50 on the smallest slice of cake that u can cut: like why be so cheap? Most people do not know how difficult a good macaron is to make. I mean you can over/under mix, the humidity can really throw things off, it's just a very sensitive cookie!! This review is for the customer service! The macarons were good. But this person who served me today was absolutely rude! He kept making conversations with the teenagers behind me, so at times, I couldn't figure out if he was talking to me or the guys behind me in line. Also, I already had a chocolate coconut macarons picked out, so I placed it on the glass counters. After boxing my orders, he says, "You take that. I'm not taking that." So, I say, "Seriously? You're the cashier!" He didn't respond. My total ended to be a lil over $40 and I thought, the macarons better be good! But given the attitude of the CSR, the macarons weren't as good, because as you may know, food tastes better when you're in a good mood. I really hope this CSR would keep himself locked at home and never work anywhere! I was looking for the perfect dessert place for my birthday after a lunch at The Deck and a stroll along the beach, and thought this place would be great. But because of this rude CSR, my birthday dessert was ruined. I don't care if this person turned out to be the owner or the king! I wish this person wouldn't work in this place as he may be racist! If not, maybe he needs to be in the army and learn some manners! The owner responded to me, defending her employee's actions. First of all, her employee lied. What he said was not true. Second of all, I can share my opinion about his employee's character as this is a free country. As for the photos, if there was someone I knew would make someone's day miserable (which is an abuse on it's own) imagine a situation where your customer might be ill and wanted to have macarons for their last bday...you would want this CSR fired. What I posted was not character defamation because it was true. But I guess the owner and it's employees (the apple) don't fall far from the tree. Both rude and inconsiderate human beings. The manager says I'm the one who's lying and that they're sending a video footage with sound and I sure hope they submit the correct one and that they would have cameras facing both the customer and employee. And apparently, upon my browsing on other people's reviews, there have been many others who reported very similar complaint, yet nothing has been done to resolve it. The only thing I could think of, why he hasn't been fired is that he's closely related to the owner (just a hunch). Now, the owner is saying that they're requesting Yelp that I delete my account. My guess is, they don't wanna do anything about it because their business is booming regardless. read more

She really takes pride in her work and I really am glad I chose them to be a part of my special day. I would recommend this place for any event or just to get some pastries. The shop is so cute. Every single of the flavors are absolutely delicious. I couldn't decide which flavor I wanted for my macaron towers so I basically got them all, That's how delicious the flavors are. She did a wonderful job on decorating my macaron towers. Did I mention she even made me and my husband a mini macron tower that was so cute . I got so many compliments.
