I've only recently moved in, but so far my experience has been really great. From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and stress free, which made moving in much easier than I expected. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and it already feels welcoming. I especially want to recognize Kara and Renee because they truly made a difference during my move in experience. Both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they made sure everything was handled professionally and with care. Their support really helped make the transition easy and positive. Even though I'm still new here, I'm very happy with my decision so far and feel confident that I chose the right place to live. I lived here for about 2 years and it was okay for the most part. Here are some of the likes / dislikes of Tribeca. We really liked the proximity of the apartments to all of the nearby stores and restaurants it was very convenient! Maintenance did a good job keeping the complex exterior nice and clean. Our negatives however unfortunately outweighed our positives. The first issue was how thin the walls were. The neighbor we shared our wall with would ALWAYS come home at like 2-3am and we would hear her either talking on the phone, her cat or to whichever guest she brought over. We made multiple complaints but nothing was done about it. We've also heard her outside of our window just yelling/ laughing/ whatever while she walks into her apartment. I get apartment living, and sharing a wall will occasionally be loud but these walls were just thin! The second issue was our kitchen space, it was so small that you could fit 2 people in there MAX. It was tough cooking because there's barely any counter space. The sink is super shallow as well which made it difficult to wash pots and pans. The glaze on the counter will start peeling by just looking at it. Our rent would go up the max amount each year but we were still living with these countertop peels and nothing of value actually went up. The third issue was the laundry room. The machines would constantly stop working which limited the amount of machines for an entire complex. Having a communal laundry space was tough, there was always someone in there with folding their laundry with their clothes just sprawled all over the machines. FOLD THEM IN YOUR APARTMENT! Want to do your laundry on Sundays? Forget it. There was one lady that would literally use up 4-5 machines at once. We asked her if we could use one of the open/ empty machines she was standing in front of once and she went off on us which then escalated to a shouting match. A lot of my frustrations came out when the complex changed management. After that a lot of the rules that we originally signed up for went out the window. Smoking is now allowed? Cars can now back up into spaces when I received a "ticket" when I moved in. Cars can be as LOUD as they want at 2am with no discipline and no security to be found. We lived next to the parking lot and there was always a car that would rev its engine in the middle of the night. It sounded like a helicopter taking off. Tribeca is a cool starter apartment but if you value your sleep and sanity go find another complex for probably less with better amenities. read more

My partner and I lived here for about 8 months. We paid about $2300 a month for a 1 bed 1 bath. The first issue was there was only AC in the living room. It's like a hotel AC unit so it doesn't cool down the whole apartment, just the living room. We had to purchase a portable AC to put in the bedroom and then got a letter from management that we couldn't have a portable AC unit in the apartment, so we couldn't have AC in the bedroom at all. Not sure how everyone else deals with this. It's also really loud so it's impossible to watch TV and have the AC on at the same time. Second, the laundry. There is no washer/dryer in the apartment which we knew going into it but the washer/dryer that they provide are always breaking. I know that's not their fault but it's just something to keep in mind, especially since we moved down the street and now pay $2000 a month for an apartment that includes a washer/dryer. The complex is gated, which is great! The living room is a nice size. Erin is the sweetest person! She's so helpful and kind but Renee is very rude and just unpleasant to talk to. Always ask for Erin! The kitchen is so so small! Very hard to cook meals. It's just an old apartment & overpriced for what you're paying. There are better places around that are cheaper and come with a washer/dryer, a bigger kitchen, & AC through the whole unit. We basically just lived here until something else opened up. read more

I lived here for about 4 years in a studio apartment and I really loved living here. I'm sad that I had to move due to the increase of rent price. When I first moved here in 2019 I paid $1420 for the studio and my last offer for renewal was at $1723 which I feel was not worth the 416 sq feet apt. The complex itself is nice and well kept . Maintenance is alway quick and reliable. I always felt safe there and the complex itself is quiet ( for the most part because they do have leaf blowers constantly). The gym is very outdated so I'd skip it if you are looking for a place to work out. My neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. Guest Parking wasn't really an issue either as long as they used your carport and you park in one of the open spaces with your parking pass. Thank you Tribeca for making me feel at home ! read more

I rented a studio at Tribeca for a little over a year and was satisfied with my overall experience. Located on the border of Fullerton/Placentia the surrounding area is actually decent with walkable grocery stores and shopping nearby, as well as a TON of places to eat. I don't think I was ever hungry living here. Some of the things I loved about this place were that the community was kept clean, it was quiet (aside from the occasional gardening which others have mentioned), I hardly ever saw bugs, and the place felt very safe/secure. My only dislikes were that the wall AC units weren't the most efficient at cooling the space, the other appliances were a little older, and the sink, bath and cabinets were covered in a very thick paint rather than normal wood paint/porcelain glaze and so the bath fixtures were prone to scratches and the cabinets were a little "sticky". Management did a great job taking care of my needs while I was there and I appreciated that the office was open on Sundays. One time another resident had parked in my space by mistake and Renee was really helpful in helping me track down who's car it was so that we could contact them to have it moved. I received my security deposit this week and was a little disappointed to see that they took money out for apartment cleaning and carpet shampooing ($180) since my place was left clean and I never wore shoes inside (see attached photos). I don't think I've ever had money taken from my deposit at the other places I've lived at, but whatever I guess different management companies have different policies.. Other than that I would still recommend Tribeca as a great place to live if you're single, looking for your own place that's still affordable, and enjoy both clean and quiet. read more

I lived in Tribeca for a number of years and would easily recommend it to someone else. The apartment complex is certainly not perfect but the high level of property maintenance and quality management relative to the rent is really unbeatable. Of course, one of the most important characteristics of any apartment is its price point. Studios are under in the $900's. 1 bedrooms are low 1,000's. 2 bedrooms are $1,300-$1,400. The great thing about Tribeca is that they do not raise your rent every year just for the hell of it. In fact, they once lowered my rent during a period of economic downturn in order to stay competitive with other complexes in the area. Admit, that's awesome. Once you've signed your lease, you can expect that price indefinitely. The apartments themselves are pretty standard. They have fake wood looking lineoleum floors and nothing remotely luxe. Some units are more updated than others but every single apartment is thoroughly cleaned and repainted prior to your move-in. I really recommend the 1 bedrooms or larger because they have windows whereas the studios are really dark (with the sole light source being a sliding door that is mostly obstructed by an enclosed patio wall) and very cramped. Yes, the walls are thin but beggars can't be choosers. If you are on the ground floor, expect creepy crawlies to get in, especially silver bugs. The amenities of the complex are quite nice. There is a pool that is frequently used for evening soaks in the hot tub, kids swimming in the summer, and tons of college age women sun bathing any opportunity they can get. There is a very respectable gym with a variety of exercise machines and a flat screen with cable tv. So long as I avoid the early evening crush, I could always get on an elliptical. Both pool and gym are cleaned and maintained regularly. There are a number of things that Tribeca does that you may or may not pay attention to that really contribute to your comfort as a renter. They take meticulous care of the landscaping. The grass is always green and mowed. They are always painting and repainting awnings, railings, etc. There are a few full-time maintenance staff dedicated to not only preparing vacant apartments for re-rental but daily fixes. Any time that I've had anything break (fan in bathroom, garbage disposal) it was always fixed the same day. Hell, they even clean the trash enclosure floors with a power hose from time to time. I mean seriously, that is impressive. The one negative is that management isn't that great about communication. If you leave messages on the leasing office answering machine there is a 0% chance they will return your call. If you leave your name on a wait list to go from one apartment to another, there another 0% chance that you will be notified of an apartment opening. But if you walk into the leasing office, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. You just need to do a little legwork and keep at them. Lived here for over a year and I am glad I left. I never had good vibes from the management from the moment I first talked to them. Place is overpriced for the quality you get for your unit. Strict regulations that make you feel you can't interact with your community. Management is full of greedy and rude people who did not consider the financial states of the students living in their community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tipping point was that the apartment was clean and maintained before my roommates and I left, yet we get charged over a $1000! I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Lived at Tribeca while attending Grad School. I have to say, although Tribeca was a bit pricey it was perfect for me and my needs. It is centrally located right across from the Ralphs shopping center, I was able to do all of my shopping, banking, dry-cleaning, etc. without having to move my car. The complex is also well kept, the grounds are beautiful and the pool is amazing! The complex also has a fitness center and business room where you can use their Wi-Fi and printer for free. The staff was all pleasant to deal with and my issues were resolved quickly. The entire building I lived in was Studios so all of my neighbors were also grad students (at least the 3 that I met)so noise was minimal. The only downfall with the complex which I found common for Fullerton is guest parking was a challenge and there is no central heating/air conditioning. I had a studio so the box in the wall was sufficient for me. Ohh and my BIG issue (subtracting one star for this) is that they will screw you on your deposit at move out. I had my friend the attorney draft a letter to get my entire deposit back after moving. Must have scared them because it worked! read more

I lived here from 2011 to 2012. I give it a two star because as a whole it wasn't a bad place to live. It just didnt deserve to be called home. As many people have expressed there is a huge towing/parking problem. I parked my car in my spot and the next morning there was a warning on it. Well atleast I got a warning. But wtf, it had the parking permit on it. They dont let you put anything on your balconies. They ask that you bring in all chairs and tables when done using them on your balconies. What a joke. Way to make your paying tenant feel at home. The office staff is pretty unprofessional and rude. They make everything your fault. There was a fire in the apartment below me. When the fire department came they cut a whole in my wall to let the smoke flow. I notified Tribeca that it smelled and they offered to basically put air fresheners inside. I told them I would get a hotel room for a few nights. So I did just that. The apartment was unsleepable for several days. So I brought them the bill for the hotel stay and they nearly had a fit. Eventually they agreed to pay, but the amount of trouble they caused. Why am I going to sleep in smoke. So they offered to clean my apartment, but I would have to move everything in order for them to do that, so I told them I didnt have time. I was so busy with work and school that I had no time to move my furniture for them to clean. Well when I moved out they tried to charge me for a carpet cleaning fee. I fought with them so that they wouldnt charge me since they didnt previously clean it. Also the pool and gym. They close pretty early. Honestly even though people went to the pool, I never heard them from my apartment which was right next to the pool. So I found it kind of crazy that it closed so early. Same with the gym, the gym closed super early, which was annoying because I work out at night when I get home from work. You cant hear anyone using the gym from the outside. Its a joke. So what happens the security guard sleeps in the gym. He doesnt always patrol the grounds like he is getting paid to do. Now the grounds are nice, but oh how I wish there were barbecues. It is annoying that there are none. And their appliances are really old too. Now that is not too bad, because they still work. But they could use an update. And the paint. The genius who painted my apartment painted the cabinets shut so it made them really hard to open even when they were no longer painted together. The best things about the place was it felt fairly safe, and the property was really nice and clean exterior wise. I never had any bug problems, but I was on the second floor so maybe that helped. Oh and the walls. While outside noise wasnt a problem. Neighbor noise was. You could hear everything through the walls. From my neighbors who showered early in the morning, the mother who yelled at her young daughter and almost seemed to mistreat her, and not to mention the drunk fights between the couple next door who ended up breaking up. Yeah you could hear all of that. Especially when I was trying to sleep at night. Another warning, depending on what side of the building you are on, the blinds are pretty cheap and allow a lot of light in. So if you go to bed late you might never sleep because the light is so bright. I worked a job where I would get off at 5am, as the sun was coming up. And it was hard to try and fall asleep there. I probably have more things to talk about but cant think of them now. So it wasnt a horrible place to live, but it could have been so much better and felt more like a place I wanted to live with friendly changes. read more

They have a partnership with the towing companies and make a portion of the $400 I have to pay. All the negative reviews you read on here, aren't Just because. I have lived here for 12 years and love living here! I absolutely love my apartment and the most recent update of double paned windows is fantastic! I was home when they installed them and I have to commend them on how professional they were. Also, I have spoken to both Renee and Kara in property management many times on different issues and they have always been friendly, helpful and professional. I have never had a negative experience with them. Whenever something needs to be repaired, I put in the request and it is usually handled within the day. Tribeca apartments was my first apartment coming to California. The living room space is decently sized, but the dining room area is a little small. The cabinet sizes are so odd. It's more wide/deep vs tall/wide. It's so hard to fit my cooking liquids etc. in the kitchen cabinets. The cabinets have been repainted so much that the paint is so thick and everything sticks to the paint. You have to have a cabinet liner if you don't want white paint coming off on your pans. The maintenance is excellent. They will get the work done most likely within the same day that you submit the form. Obviously, if you submit at a decent time. One thing I would like to be fixed (other than the paint and carpet) would be the pool. They have ducks swimming around in it and it's a little dirty at times. I don't feel right swimming in a pool where ducks are just swimming around. read more

I lived here for 9 months during my first year of optometry school like Cindy W. Tribeca is one of the best apartments that you will find in the immediate area around Cal State Fullerton and SCCO. I did a lot of searching for my apartment and this was the nicest facility for the price. Apartments comparable to these are Haver Hill and Las Palmas. I wanted to live in Las Palmas first but it was too expensive and I heard that the management was bad. My roommate had made an arrangement with Haver Hill but I read about car break-ins and I didn't want any of that! So we chose Tribeca. We paid $1475 per month for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. We had an ideal location right near the pool and leasing office and our apartment was newly carpeted and painted so it was a fresh start for us. Here are the positives: - The grounds are patrolled at night by a guard, but it is hard to find him. But it is nice to know that someone is out there protecting you. - Relatively quiet neighbors. Many of the residents are families. I was happy with this because I didn't want to relive my college days with parties from Thursday to Saturday. - Nice pool area and clean gym facility. The gym is not the biggest or grandest but it does have your essential treadmill and elliptical machine. - Parking lot is gated. Fullerton isn't the safest of neighborhoods so the gate prevents random car robberies... even though there was one reported incident in my time at Tribeca. - I liked that the two bedroom two bathroom apartment had almost equal size bedrooms with plenty of closet space. - I actually did get over half of my deposit back. They just charged for basic cleaning and partial paint. I was really surprised. - Prompt repairs. The maintenance workers were really good about coming to our place on time and when they were scheduled to fix our plugged shower or broken drawer. The negatives: - Cockroaches. I caught a few tiny ones in my vacuum cleaner and then there was a monster cockroach that was about two inches long that I was too scared to kill. I saw him nightly. Roachie was my buddy. Even though you have clean carpets and new paint, the building itself has the roaches. - Thin walls. I could hear the kids next to my bedroom wake up for school. I heard the mom yelling, "WAKE UP MICHAEL!!!" I could also hear the girl upstairs having sex. Or she could have been jumping on her bed repeatedly at 1am. Who knows. - No washing machine or dryer plug ins, only a laundry room. - Sometimes the people at the front office can be douchey. But whatever. - You can spot random creepers outside of the property either lurking or trying to get in. I saw this one guy twice and I didn't know what he was up to. It kinda freaked me out and made me want to move ASAP. I guess this would be more of a complaint about the city of Fullerton rather than Tribeca but just so you know... Fullerton is sketchy! - Guest parking is a bitch. If you come too late in the night, like 10pm or 11pm then all of the guest parking spots are taken. And then you have to go to another lot to seek parking. The parking on Palm Drive sucks because you can't park there from 2am-5am. You can park in the leasing office parking but you need to be out before office opens. My boyfriend actually got towed because he was parked in a spot that looked like a guest parking spot. The leasing agent told us that we could park in any uncovered spot. But he failed to say that you can't park in numbered spots either. So we parked in a spot that was uncovered and thought we were good. But the next morning we find that his car is gone. They towed it! They did not contact me at all even though we displayed the permit. That sucked. Overall I had an okay time here at Tribeca. It is a pretty good apartment for the area but I would rather live in a nicer complex in a better neighborhood like Brea. read more

I lived in Tribeca for a year. I was reading reviews and WOW. Sydney is way off base. Apparently she didn't talk to me. I know tenants that just love her. I had no problems with ANY office manager including Renee. Renee is very professional, kind, sweet and helpful in any way she can be. I didn't live at this complex for very long but I did enjoy it during the time that I was there. It is very reasonably priced for the area and an overall nice place to live. The premises are very clean and well maintained. I really adored my one bedroom unit; it felt very clean and comfortable. I liked the linoleum floors and the layout. There is tons of storage and a large closet. The complex has a nice pool and a gym. It is also located right across the street from a shopping center which was super convenient. I have noticed a lot of complaints about towing and I have to say, the complex was crystal clear with me when they explained the rules for parking. I never had any issues with it. I think the only way you would get towed is if you don't follow the rules. I was given a spot and a permit for myself. If I had any guests, I would park in any of the uncovered spots (those are free to anyone who has a permit) and have my guest park in my spot. There is no street parking (that is the city's rule). The only cons: - old kitchen appliances (however, they do provide a fridge which is awesome and rare!) - I didn't like that everything was white - thin walls/ceilings (thus less privacy for you and your neighbors) - being on the bottom floor, I didn't like that my bedroom window went all the way down to the floor. It made me feel like I had less privacy - wall unit a/c (I have had wall units for several years so this didn't bother me, but I know it would bother some people. However, you are not going to find central a/c in Orange County for such a low price) - the neighbors above me were douchebags read more

The apartments were okay. But interacting with Renee was a nightmare. She should work at a Truck Stop not as an Apartment Manager. No tact whatsoever. Most people I have spoken to agree.. This management is very restrictive similar to living in a concentration camp. read more

Scenery is pretty; however, it comes at a price of really high noise pollution. It seems like every morning there is weed wackers and leaf blowers making a ruckus. Want to sleep in? Well too bad. Perhaps this is my personal preference but I rather have a few leaves on the side walk or the bushes to be uneven to have some peace and quiet. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. The property outside is pretty but inside is super cheap and gross and it's super overpriced. The WORST part about it all is the office manager Renee. She is THE nastiest, rudest bully with a bad attitude. She's condescending and mean and treats everyone around her poorly. Awful, horrible, miserable woman who's obviously very unhappy with her life and takes it out on the people she has power over. She treats everyone like they're stupid and shouts over you if you try to ask questions or disagree with a word she says. I spoke with our neighbors and other tenants and they all hate her and the way she treats them. She's also a liar but calls you stupid if you try and call her out on it. She refused to give us our mail after we moved out and said the new tenant would bring it to the office and they would forward it to us (by way, withholding mail is illegal!) When we called again she had returned all our mail and documents to the senders instead of forwarding it like she said. Avoid like the plague if you can. Super not worth it. Renee is so incredibly miserable and awful. I'm so relieved to be done with that horrible, horrible person. read more

DON'T DO IT... Worst Office staff I've ever dealt with, one exception, Emma has always been kind, R, is horrible!!! Where do I start?! I signed a 9 month lease, I really liked the area and the complex so I signed. Got a notice in my mail that SCE billed the office for my service not me, I called them, they corrected the error, credited Tribeca, billed me, I recieved the bill within a week, they received the credit as well. I then received a call from Rxxx saying that I paid my rent short, which of course I said no, it was paid in full since it goes automatically from my acct, I don't even see it and I pay it early, then she got pissy and said, well you didn't pay the electricity. I told her, that's not the rent and that I had called SCE and they were adamant that I not pay the office but that I wait for a bill and they will handle the credit. She then begins raising her voice accusing me of 'falsifying documents' on my lease agreement. I never raised my voice to her, I just asked her why she was getting so upset about $28 when it had all been handled with SCE already and that I had received my bill from them and had just paid it that morning before she called. She then began to demand I send her proof of payment, I took the fax number down but never sent any proof. She never called, which confirmed to me that she received her statement with the credit just like I said, that and was now embarrassed that she acted that way. Next, my car was towed!!! No warning, no notice, just towed, I'm not sure how that benefits them to tow their tenants vehicles but I can assure you, it was one of the main reasons why I left. I have a habit of borrowing my work truck for moving stuff and keeping it overnight, when I do that, I pull my pass and put it on the truck. I guess I had forgotten to put it back on my car and they towed it, not happy at all. It was my fault, I get that, but really, no notice, again, how does that benefit them to tow a tenents vehicle? In regards to towing vehicles without the pass visible, after my car was towed, I walked the parking lot, not only was the car next to mine without a pass, I counted a dozen cars in the lot without passes on it. Also, the car next to me, it hadn't moved for several months, was leaking oil and looked like it was in a junk yard it was so dirty. In regards to that car, the office called ME about it saying they were giving me a warning about it and that I needed to move my car. It isn't my car, and why was the office calling me about a car that isn't mine when they never called me about my ACTUAL car but towed it without warning! I told my neighbor, he said he was given a warning on his car for backing into his parking space. Crazy thing is, there are no signs that say 'no backing in' anywhere. Lastly, I use 'auto-pay' for all of my bills when I can, rent is no exception, I set it up, pay it early each month, been doing that for about 10 years, never had a problem. Well, February the US Mail lost my rent check, so naturally I received a 3 day notice, the money was already deducted from my acct so I was puzzled. I called my bank and they confirmed the check was mailed on the 26th as stated but the check had never actually been cleared so that told us that the check was lost. I asked for a letter from them showing the check mailed, when and a disbursement confirmation to prove I paid it. Called Tribeca and let them know, and the tone that I received was one of 'yeah right' sure it's lost in the mail. So I brought them proof and of course they said it didn't matter, I still had to pay with a cashier's check and pay the late fee. Coincidently, my check showed up the day I paid with a cashier's check. I received a call from Rxxx saying they just happened to receive my original check and that I should call my bank and ask them why they mailed it late. I said to her again, no it wasn't mailed late, I showed you the confirmation that it was mailed the day they said it was, but that I had put a stop payment on it so no big deal, I asked her if she can just have it shredded. She insisted that I call my bank again and of course the typical attitude along with it. The next day I gave my 30 day notice and bounced!!! I won't give my $ to a place that makes me feel like it's a privilege to rent tehre. I pay my rent early, can recall only 2x that I wasn't early in the past 10 years. The office staff leaves much to be desired, everything with them in an inconvenience. I should have known going in that it was trouble by the 30 page lease agreement that you have to sign. Which includes by the way, saying you can have a BBQ but it can only have the little 1LB camping tank on it !!! Really, a 1LB Coleman camping tank? No parking, horrible service...DON'T DO IT !!!! read more

Parking is horrible they tow all quests , there is never parking for your quests. Think twice before you rent here. It's not worth saving $100-200 to rent from such a broken down complex. read more

We have rented an apartment at this complex for 3 years and we left out, they sent us an invoice with crazy charges such as New carpet, and reglaze tub/shower and reglaze kitchen counter for total of more than $600. The carpet was super clean and they did not have to replace it at all. Also the property manager is unprofessional and one time she asked my wife to leave the pool because she forgot her pool permit. I have lived in the Tribeca since summer of 2011. Two years later, I have very few complaints. Positives- Parking is wonderful. You get one covered space and two additional parking passes to park in any uncovered available spaces. Parking in Orange County can be a nightmare, so this a deal maker. We have two cars and never have trouble finding a space for our extra car and a guest. The grounds are kept immaculate. Very lush landscaping. Serene atmosphere. Children are usually unseen and unheard. Obnoxious, noisy kids can be an issue, but never at this location. The resort style amenities are some of the best I've seen at such an affordable complex. The gym, pool, and spa, are clean and quiet. 24hr laundry is a MAJOR BONUS. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and not cluttered with a ton of other complexes; only houses. The security of the locked gates are also a plus. Maintenance issues are carried out in an extremely timely manner. Negatives- Thin walls. We once had a complaint from a neighbor who slept during the day. We work 9-5 and have bedtime so I was made very uncomfortable and annoyed by this. I hear banging and slamming from my neighbors constantly. Guess what? It's an apartment complex; you pretty much give up any privacy of living in a house when you decide to rent. Another downside, at times, can be management: Emma is delightful and actually showed us our apartment the first day we seen the complex. Let's just say, had it not been her, and it had been any of other reps from mgmt, we would have had a very bad taste in our mouth from the get go. Only cats are allowed and there is a $500 deposit. I would eventually like to have dog :( All in all this has been a very nice place to live. You will have a difficult time getting anything more for a comparable price. I would recommend this complex and area to anyone looking to rent. I will be sad, when the time comes, to move elsewhere. read more

It has been a full month since I've moved into Tribeca so I believe that I can give a fairly good review of the complex. Speaking for myself, my experience with the members of the leasing office was great. They were always nice and helpful during my visits when I was in the process of moving in. No complaints at all there. I haven't really talked to them since moving in, but then again I haven't had to. The premises are well kept and always clean. Neighbors and other tenants have all seem to be very nice and quiet, both when in their apartments and outside in parking lots. Everything inside the apartment looked excellent when I moved in. Bathroom was spanking clean, counters and countertops all looked great, clean walls, clean and new looking fridge, oven, and stove (microwave not included, I'm in a 1 Bed, 1 Bath by the way). Parking for the most part hasn't been an issue for me and my girlfriend. We have one car each. Tribeca gives you one assigned spot that is roofed, and 2 passes that can be used to park in unroofed, unnumbered spots in any of the lots. Most times we never have a problem finding at least 1 spot to use a pass while the other uses the assigned spot. When guests come, there's still 1 pass left to let them use and plenty of curbside parking outside the complex gates (no overnight parking out there though, Fullerton law, not Tribeca issue). Like others have mentioned, the walls are a bit thin. I can always hear when people go up the stairs next to my apartment. I was able to secure a top floor room that is located at a corner with no shared bedroom walls, so it might be better for me than you. But note that my bedroom wall does not share the same wall as the neighbors' staircase, but I can still hear them go up and down as if they were right next to the wall. Overall, Tribeca is a nice looking apartment complex with ample parking, clean facilities, excellent condition spaces, very fairly priced, and located very conveniently in Fullerton near Target, Albertsons, Ralphs, Wells Fargo, and just a few short minutes from the Brea Mall. This has been the best establishment that I have ever lived at. We had a problem with our garbage disposal and it was fixed within 24 hours. The washing machine broke down and they replaced it instantly. The property is kept up well, and not a single issue in regards to safety. The staff are friendly and eager to problem solve. Everything is in writing, and if you have questions about your rental agreement they make sure you understand everything in full before signing anything. I read a review about towing, and it states in all paper work and they are up front about their rules on towing. It sounds like some sort of miscommunication. read more

I stayed at Tribeca Apartments while moving to the OC. I was looking for something clean, quiet and inexpensive while I looked for house and worked. I was concerned about Tribeca since it was so close to Cal State Fullerton (noise, smoking, etc) but couldn't find many other affordable places for a studio that were close to my place of work. I have to say in my 8 months at Tribeca, I was pleasantly surprised about how quiet the place was. There are road noises from Yorba Linda Ave but the whole complex was very pleasant. The apartment was fine - I knew exactly what I was getting and the neighbors on all sides were very quiet. Everything worked well. I didn't really use most of the amenities but everything seemed well kept. Laundry facilities were up to date and well lit. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good shape. I didn't have any maintenance issues during my stay so can't talk about the maintenance team. Overall, I would easily move back there if I needed an apartment in Fullerton. read more

So the sign out front says the leasing office closes at 7 and i walked in at 6:10 and the rude woman at the desk looked annoyed that I was asking if they had any available apartments. She rushed me out of the door and was not friendly she quickly flipped the sign to closed and walked away. if that is a indication who I would have to deal with then im not going near this place ever again. read more
