Horrible service. I walked in today to get my nails done to the same place which I have come before. And their service was so poor. I asked for a manicure and they tried to convince me to get a more expensive service when I specifically told them I need the color literally to last for one day as I wanted to come back later for a gel polish. The girl was extremely rude and didn't seem at invested and was just bossing me around. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!! Extremely bad customer service. read more

Went in for a mani and pedi. There was literally no other customers other than me. This was at 1 o'clock in the afternoon on Tuesday. The lady was so rushed, in such a big hurry to get me done and out of there. She did my manicure and my pedicure in 45 minutes total. Then she stood up at the front when she cashed me out, waiting on hertip. I went in there to relax, not to be rushed. I would understand that if they were busy. read more

When the doors opened, the employee specifically selected the three white people behind me in line to go ahead and get seated, while I (and the person ahead of me in line, who was also non-white) were told we had to wait. Love Tim, he's so energetic and positive. Great manicurist and very sociable. The other manicurists are more reserved, but they do their jobs well. The condition of the salon itself is newer and cleaner than Elite Nails on the other side of the mall. If you were shopping at the mall and spontaneously wanted to get your nails done, I'd go here. read more

I had a great experience today. I have been getting gel nails consistently at another place and had not been happy. I tried Le Nails today. She began by telling me a couple of things to make my nails stronger. She then put a strengthened on them. I was getting French tips and she asked me if I wanted pink. To my surprise it had a shimmer to it. She spent time and did not rush. I think they are beautiful! read more

I used to work at an upscale day spa in the area for 10 years. This nail salon does work that can compete with that spa. I've been going to Le Nails for about 4 years now and every time I leave happy. I'm currently doing the shellac nails polish and it lasts for 2 weeks. The only reason it doesn't last any longer is because my nails grow very fast. I love this place! read more

Went there for a second time after a bad first experience, last year while visiting the area I decided to get my nails done here. I got the pink and white and the white tips were not even and the nails were lumpy. When decided to give them a second try I got a full set with a color painted, they were very expensive and when I asked for shellac over the acrylic (which I always get anywhere else) they told me I could not get that. Against my better judgement I stayed and let them continue and ended up with messed up polish right after I left on top of being charged $45 for a simple full set. Worst customer service!!!!!!!! My nails along with my friends nails were chipped and messed up after they dried. My one friend asked if she could get her one nail fixed and they put nail polish remover on the spot to smooth it out and quickly put polish on the spot right away not allowing for the remover to dry. They were extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, and they had an extremely small selection of colors. Went for a fill of ACRYLIC nails. I picked out a Salmon pink nail polish. Was told it would be $18. Was charged $37. When I tried to dispute the price, I was yelled at. Here are their reasons: 1. they gave me gel. 2. They gave me gel polish. 3. I have stiletto nails and they charge$5 extra. Problems with these reasons. 1. I asked for ACRYLIC. 2. They used ACRYLIC. (When they disputed this, I asked to see whatproduct I am paying for. He handed me a bottle and RIGHT ON THE MANUFACTURER LABEL It says ACRYLIC. I said," this is ACRYLIC!" he snatched the bottle away and said, "that's not right!") 3. She used the wrong color. When I tired to dispute the colour, she argued with me telling me it was the colour I chose. It was an ugly lavender color, and I say ugly because it washed out my skin BAD. 4. She used gel polish without asking. I like to change my nail colour, so i did not want gel polish because I can't get it off. She used it anyway and charged me for it. 5. No one said that Stiletto nails cost extra to fill out even do for that matter. It's not on their menu and i never agreed. After being yelled at, i decided to pay and come back later. They did redo my nails later, but it was literally like pulling teeth and they fought me every step of the way. I did not get a refund of ANY amount. Booooooooooooooo read more
