The wait times become extremely long. You can easily wait quite a while just for coffee, and if you order food, expect an additional 20-30 minutes. By the time the sandwich comes out, your coffee is already finished, which kind of defeats the experience of enjoying both together. There is also a young girl frequently working the register who seems overwhelmed and inattentive. Orders often have to be repeated multiple times, even when clearly stated, which slows things down even more. It gives the impression that the front counter could use better training or stronger management during peak hours. We truly enjoy the vibe and want to keep supporting the place, but today's $12 panini was unfortunately not worth the price. Between the long wait and the quality not matching the cost, it made the experience disappointing. One thing I am not going to do is argue because then I am going to seem like a horrible person or a KAREN because I wanted to speak up. I wanted to try the sizzle menu before it went away so I stopped in and enjoyed a delicious meal. I started off with the Brussels sprouts. I'm still kinda new to liking them but the sauce and nuts on them too were really tasty! For my entee I had the hot sausage rigatoni and it was so good, I ate every bite! And for dessert I tried crème brûlée for the first time ever. Boy have k been missing out. I could have licked that plate clean haha.
