You can have birthday parties here, I've brought my Girl Scout troop here for an etiquette class (complete with Belle as the visiting princess) and I've also brought my 2 daughters here for a 'spa day' both with me as a participant and watching. They have the cutest facemasks with cucumbers to go on your eyes and my daughters just love getting their fingernails and toenails painted but their favorite part is getting their hair and makeup done since it makes them feel so special! My favorite part is the 'tea party' where they serve pink lemonade and the most delicious pink cupcakes (and yes, I join in too and it's so delicious & girly!). They do have options for boys as well but my little girls just love it here and they also offer princess dress up. It is easily located off the 55 freeway and they have plenty of free parking. Each birthday party had a different themed princess and Nancy (the owner) and her team were able to accommodate and decorate beautifully! My daughter and her friends had the best time- from the welcome toast, changing into robes and having a spa day, to getting a full makeover and meeting a sweet princess while having tea, it's a little girl's dream! This year we added a unicorn and it truly added to the experience. We also opted to purchase dresses for our guests to wear home, however this venue has a huge selection of Disney dresses to choose from if you'd like to borrow it for the duration of the party. The communication has always been great and party planning is a breeze knowing Nancy and her team will make my daughter and her friend's dreams come true! I'm absolutely appalled at the customer service the staff showed guests. My issue in particular was from the very beginning we got there it was my sons best friends birthday so he's a boy at a princess party... We went to the room the children are in after all the workers ARE strangers to check on the kids and take photos. They would ask us to leave... okay we followed the rules... Next, it's time to cut the cake my son ACCIDENTALLY spilled juice while singing happy birthday to the birthday girl (he's 3 years old! For heavens sake) and what happened next shook me I was so upset I didn't even know HOW to reply to the level of rudeness and audacity this "employee" showed me... My son slipped and accidentally spilled the juice on the floor. The employee with the curly hair and glasses said "can you supervise him i have to clean this up". i said sure. Then she said "go stand over there". i said why over there all the kids are here... she said because i saw him spill the juice he needs to be supervised and cant stand here anymore because he spilled the juice! Are you kiddinggggggggg me?! My son is listening to this and looks at me and sadly says mamma why can't I stand by my friends I'm sorry I spilled the juice". And ofcourse we left right away... This was THE WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE I have ever encountered in my life! This was an incredibly intimate and magical experience for my daughters and the guests and mothers who attended their birthday. The princesses they hire are outstanding. I was impressed with their ability to sing and the storytelling and the individual attention they gave to each guest. The only reason they didn't earn 5 stars was because the staff was slightly uptight and unfriendly . As comparison , I have experienced the staff at bibbidi bobbidi boo at Disneyland - and their staff make the experience by acting like real fairy godmothers and smiling throughout the experience (even when toddlers can be difficult or things became chaotic) . With that being said , I recently attended another birthday party there as a guest and saw that the staff customer service has improved significantly. They definitely pull out all the stops to provide a magical princess experience. We were guests at a private royal birthday celebration here, and the birthday girl's parents entrusted all the planning, decor and royal treatment to their fairy godmothers. As you would expect, you need to pay a pretty penny to enjoy this enchanted experience but it is well worth it. It was pouring rain the day we visited but even Mother Nature couldn't dampen the mood. The parking offered includes spaces off to the side of the venue with additional parking in the back and along the street. Girls must be between 3-11 years of age to participate and accompanied by an adult. All products used are said to be 100% natural, non-toxic and child friendly. Le Petite Princesse provides a one-of-a-kind experience where girls can be girls. If you want to reward good behavior or if your daughter deserves to be pampered, I highly suggest planning a visit to this enchanted fairy kingdom. The little 5- and 6-year-olds at my daughter's birthday party had fun, so that's a plus. They liked their hair, makeup, princess dresses, and fashion show. What the kids don't realize, though, is how much money had to be paid for their experience and how that money could have been better spent elsewhere. First and foremost, three parents from our party separately and unilaterally came up to me after the party and told me that they found Nancy, the head of the party, to be cold and sour during the party and were taken aback by her attitude. I agree. The moment that my daughter entered the premises at the designated time, Nancy and her staff did not even say "hi" or "happy birthday" to her, nor did they even smile or acknowledge her. And similar treatment continued throughout the party, punctuated by the staff focused on rushing everyone out and pulling dresses off the little girls starting around 30 minutes before the end time. Secondly, decor was lacking. We paid for an Elsa/Frozen party. Although the venue decorated with a lovely blue/white balloon arch, the central focus point of the decorations was regrettably, two goofy character balloons that made everything look cheap (see photo). Nobody cleared it with me beforehand that the decor would look so cheap and sparse. Third, the venue stopped providing certain services that they used to provide in 2022. We didn't get a toast for the birthday girl or any party favors. The princess was only there for a short time, definitely less than an hour (minimum you get with most other party places), and she didn't engage with the children very well. She also could not sing. Lastly, parents should be aware of all that they have to give up to have a birthday party at Le Petite Princesse. Read it in the fine print in their contract and take a visit to see the smallness of the venue. The space is tiny, and there are barely any chairs for parents to sit, much less eat and drink. Only one parent can be in the room with the girls at a time to take photos. They don't allow anybody to eat cake on their premises, though they do allow you to blow out candles. The staff rudely took our cake without our permission and left it unrefrigerated for hours, which prevented us from eating the cake later (our original plan was to use the cake for pictures, put it in a cooler, and eat it later). Also, Le Petite Princesse serves very dry/limited food to the children that they didn't really enjoy eating (and they couldn't accommodate a child who was vegetarian), and it has a host of restrictions as to what outside food you can bring to supplement. All in all, Le Petite Princesse is a business that seems to only care about making money, not about creating a happy experience for birthday girls and families. So buyer beware! read more

Stay away! I had a horrible experience. I should have known better when I called for weeks to even get a hold of someone to book a reservation. But I really wanted this for my wife and daughter for her 4th birthday. we drove from out of town and got a hotel just for this occasion. because of the poor communication, I called the morning of and left a vm just to confirm that they would be there. we show up early and its closed, I called over 20 times and no one answers. My wife left a Google review I believe and all of a sudden I got a call from a private number and she said that someone had called and left a vm to cancel because my wife and faughter were sick. That's a dam lie, I asked by email for a recording of that message because it's 100% not me, I wouldn't have checked into a hotel and driven hundreds of miles for this. What a lovely experience! We attended a birthday party here and everything was amazing. From the decorations to the experience the girls had to the appearance of princess Cinderella (in an absolutely breathtaking gown) it's an experience my daughter LOVED. The dresses the girls get to wear are an incredible quality and they all had so much fun getting their hair and makeup done. I don't know where to start, but would give this place 10 stars given the option . Let's just say that Covid first delayed our Disney trip for over a year. And then the thing my granddaughter wanted to do most of all was get a makeover at Bibbidi Bobbiti Botique (her cousins had one there a few years before so she had seen all the photos and videos). Well, the Botique was still closed for appointments and we were so disappointed. I then decided to look up some alternatives and was that my lucky day!! I found Le Petite Princese online and it looked like a dream come true. It had everything BBB had and much more - check out the packages. Fairy Godmother Nancy went above and beyond to accommodate us and our travel plans and I am so so grateful. The place is bright, spectacular and very clean. You feel special the moment you walk in and as you are serenaded with Disney princess tunes. Our little one's eyes were so big just looking at everything. Simply walking through there would even been a treat in itself! The pictures will show the story but what you can't see is the soft/caring personal touch Nancy put on the morning - it was magical. We could not stay for the full package due to Disneyland schedules but next time we will! It would be good to plan a whole day just around this delightful experience. After now experiencing both places - I highly recommend Le Petite Princese. Oh! Almost forgot - it's super close to Disneyland and has a parking lot for easy access. I made Reservations for my daughters 5th birthday. I was so bummed I couldn't throw her a party due to covid, but this place made her birthday so special and magical. My daughter and her cousins had THE BEST TIME. Nancy the owner is super friendly, quick to respond and the reservation process was easy and smooth. When the kids arrived they went in to have their nails, hair and make-up done. They had the cutest little hair accessories and crowns. The kids were given the options on what Princess or prince/character they wanted to dress as. There was a private little dressing area. We had time to take photos and then Princess Jasmine arrived. She read them a story and they learned some dances. They had a fashion show and then a tea party which included cupcakes and pink lemonade. My 4 year old daughters dreams of becoming a princess came true the minute she walked in the doors if La Petite Princesse. She was greeted and respected as if she was royalty. She got the chance to wear a princess dress, do arts and craft, meet Elsa and Anna, got trained to be a princess, sang and dance, had tea with the princesses and even got awarded to be a a real princess of Adendel. This place is absolutely magical for any little girl. It is absolutely well organized and kept up very nicely. All the costumes were very clean and kept as if they have never been worn. They were also very accommodating to dietary restrictions and just overall presented excellent customer service. This is a super cute place, however I'd say it's more for really young kids (3-6 yrs) who would certainly benefit from the venue, afterall that's what your really paying for. I wanted my daughter and her friend to have a fun day for her birthday, but sadly this just wasn't for us. Unfortunately the services selected for my daughter weren't exactly what I had in mind and I was quite disappointed. The mani/pedi is just water and bubbles and cheap nail polish that doesn't last. The make up is pretend, which I can understand since it's for kids (doesn't stay long), but the application of the make up was absolutely terrible. My daughter could have put it in herself better that they did. We weren't even there more than an hour. The young girls that worked there weren't presentable, nor did they fit the part of a fairy godmother or princess. I would have thought they would have been dressed up to at least play the part especially for the cost of the services. When I called to discuss my thoughts about the actual services, I was told that they aren't certified for actual mani/pedis and that it's all in the FAQ's. I was offered a return visit for my daughter to meet the Princesses, but kindly declined. Not sure how presentable they would be, but my daughter has absolutely no desire to ever go back. Ensure you read all the disclosures before booking a "mani/pedi". I did advise that the disclosure of not being certified should be added to the package so you know exactly what you're getting and not have to go searching for disclosures. I would have never booked here had I known and just booked through my normal nail salon. read more

You would think at a princess party that I'm paying well over a thousand dollars for, they would at least have enough dresses ready for everyone. My little girl had her heart set on one, but they didnt have her size so she had to pick another. It might not seem like a big deal, bit to a 5 year old, it's the world When you attend an event where you are paying people to act and be "in character" they should play that character at all times. The so-called "princess" staff were rude, and grumbly and seemed like they didn't want to be there. I 'm sorry, if I interrupted your plans with my party that you got paid 1500 bucks for. These staff "princesses" have a lot to learn about congeniality and how to interact with small children. Their "snacks" also sucked. You think for the price of their packages we would at least get something fresh maybe even from a bakery, instead it seems we got the day old dried up stuff from bargain basement that someone probably picked up as they were running late to work. If your child loves Disney Princesses this place is amazing for birthday parties. My friend hosted her daughter's birthday here and all the girls had a blast. The girls start off by picking a pink or white robe to wear over their clothes, followed by a "champagne" toast and than it's off to their princess beauty regime of mini facial, mani/pedi, makeup, and hair topped off with a mini princess crown. Finally, each of the girls got to select a princess gown. Everyone looked adorable and even though my daughter isn't necessarily into being a princess she loved it. After all the pampering the girls had a mini dance party, meet and greet with Ariel (birthday girl's choice) and tea party with Ariel. The place isn't very big, so it was a bit cramp for the parents in attendance but the decor is beautiful and is carried throughout even to the restroom. There were some hiccups such as it felt a tad rushed but the party did have 13 girls. And there was one staff member not too excited to be there but the girls didn't noticed and had a blast. We have frequented Le Petite Princesses and it has never been a disappointment. At first glance, it could appear pricey but it's worth every penny. Each event includes dress up, craft, storytime with music/ dancing, tea and cupcake as well photos. The venue is on the smaller side so if you see an event you're interested in, book it early! The venue is a home converted to business. Their sineage isn't quite visible from the street so it sneaks up on you quick when trying to locate it. Parking is in back of the home. Also, at first you'll feel like you won't get to squeeze in to get pics during storytime but don't worry the owner makes sure everyone gets a chance. I haven't taken part in their private parties but those sounds like fun too. Overall, it's a special outing to share with your child that will be unforgettable. What a magical experience for my daughter's 4th birthday in these COVID times! My main concern was safety (healthcare worker here) and they did a great job with masks, single use applicators for makeup, and cleaning. We did a Princess one on one which was perfect for staying safe and my daughter loved it. She enjoyed getting her nails done, makeover, Princess dress, story time, and tea party with Ariel. I must admit I think I had even more fun watching her experience. I love the ingenuity behind Ariel's face shield that didn't distract from her costume, but was also functional. I'd also like to comment on how amazing Princess Ariel was! So charming and lively and funny too. Well worth having a character there as I think she really made the day magical. read more
