Le Pho. My love. My heart! I have eaten here every week for the past 6 years, and this is, without a shadow of a doubt my favorite Pho place of all time. Best quality ingredients in every dish, low sodium and no MSG so you never feel bloated. This place is phenomenal and instantly became my favorite place for lunch and dinner, year round. Not just because of how incredible the food is but because their staff is the kindest, most welcoming and thoughtful in town! Sue, Lynn, Tracy, Annaleah... everyone always strives to give the best service possible. The inside is always cool and has the aroma of the amazing dishes being prepared, while their patio is perfectly shaded/covered during hot summer months or during the rainy season to enjoy eating at. I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to after so many years, I am shocked I haven't left one sooner! (I am always too busy enjoying the meal I suppose, lol) You must try their homemade sauces, they are always brought out to the table with the sriracha and hoisin, or in to-go orders, and the chili paste is my absolute favorite. I buy jars of it from Lynn and keep it stocked in my fridge year round! Literally eat it with everything. This place was sooo good honestly some of the best pho I've ever had. A great and easy casual restaurant - we came on a Monday and there weren't too many people there. We started with the crab rangoons which were good. I loved all the sauces they had on the table (bc I'm a big sauce girl). We each got the #2 which was a steak pho and it was insanely good. The broth was amazing and the noodles were delish. Emily got the onions and put the housin sauce on it w sriracha and it was chef's kiss (great addition em). Not sure what all the hate on the broth here is about. This is a local pho shop by my house, and I stopped by on my way home for the first time after living here forever. I got the brisket, and steak pho. Both tasted VERY different, both broths were amazing, tasty, full of flavor, They included A LOT of mint, bean sprouts, sriracha, chili sauce etc, on the side for each. The service was super friendly all around, the ambiance inside was modern, chill, it was completely full. Again, not sure what the hate is about this. None of the reviews seem accurate? I'm confused. It's hard to find Vietnamese food in Los Angeles, but le pho is pretty decent. Situated in WeHo, it's hard to find parking by default, my group was just lucky we came when the meters were free. We got a rice plate and a pho, and were so hungry I forgot to take a picture before digging in. The rice plate was supposed to be a lemon grass pork, but the lemongrass wasn't as obvious to me. However, it paired well with the sauce on the side and I like that they have ginger sauce and house chili-vinegar sauce on the table. I also liked that the veggies were perfectly cooked - not undercooked stringy or over cooked mushy. The pho was decent and had a generous portion of meat for one person. The service is good! There were only two staff people for the late evening shift but I felt that our group was taken care of. I always get the pho ga and it is so so delicious, I love the house sauces they provide to spice up and flavor the various pho dishes it seriously takes it to the next level. I ordered the pho with thinly sliced beef and tendons. The tendons were AMAZING. The pho broth in my opinion was okay. It wasn't THE BEST pho I've had here in LA. The indoor dining area was pretty. Parking in front of the place, had street parking which was nice and easy for me on a Thursday evening about 6pm. My only complaint was the beef, but to be fair I did order my beef on the side raw. Most places have the beef REALLY thin and paper like to where it cooks pretty fast in the broth. The beef they brought was much darker.. than I was use to. And it was pretty thick. I put all the beef in my broth immediately after but the beef was not cooked. It had a very "beefy" raw flavor to it. It made it hard to enjoy the pho. I took all the beef out of my bowl and just enjoyed the broth and the noodles. Would I come back? Probably not. There was only one server at this time and he was amazing. Vietnamese person here! The service here is amazing, everyone is very kind. The food however is not as amazing. My boyfriend and I got Thai teas, the fried chicken and shrimp wontons, a number 1 pho, and a pork vermicelli. The Thai teas were great, can't really mess those up too much! The fried wontons with ground chicken and shrimp are crispy on the outside however the chicken and shrimp stuffing was quite flavorless. It didn't taste like it was seasoned at all. We were left dunking them in the chili sauce for some kind of flavor. The pho broth was quite bland, and the brisket in it was soooo dry and hard. So sad as this is a pho place but the number 1 dish is quite regrettable. The pork vermicelli was incredibly lackluster, as the pork was not charboiled or grilled and barely had any nice color or flavor on it. The noodles and veggies tasted mushy and not refreshing or fresh and there were bits of something bitter in it. I'm not sure what, maybe one of the veggies or the fried onion. So I don't know interior or service as I had uber eats deliver it, but I am quite satisfied. Only got Pho Tai and a Bahn Mi, but both were tasty and the broth wasn't overly salty. They even mention on the menu that it's a light broth with low sodium. For some reason it's hard to find a pho here that isn't super salty. Orange County (lil Saigon) has lighter broths and I prefer them that way. The only thing I wish was that the steak came separately and raw because cooking in the broth is what I prefer since I don't like overcooked meat. Worst Pho I've ever had broth was had no flavor at all not even salt it was so bad I had to send it back

Ordered Uber Eats from here and it was one of the worst food experiences I have ever paid for. 3 pho's and 1 spring roll order with tip came to nearly $100. The messed up one of the orders, paid for rare steak and meatballs and it came with no meatballs. The to-go bowls they used were SO SMALL. Like a child's amount for nearly $20 each. The meat came inside the broth and the rare steak was barely cooked, look at the photo. 3 of us agreed the broth was extremely bland and two of us are Vietnamese and have eaten plenty of pho in our life. I never use hoisin in my broth and had to put in packets to give the soup some flavor still barely helped. The meats tasted dry or honestly spoiled. The broth even started to turn a dark brown reddish color. The noodles also kept breaking making it hard to eat. The spring rolls were $12 and came with two tiny pieces with mostly just bean sprouts... look at the photo.... The chicken was incredibly dry and there was only one piece of shrimp. Also the rolls looked messy like I rolled them myself not like a $12 restaurant dish. Never going here or ordering from Uber eats ever again. read more

I don't mind paying more for the location, but the broth was so watered down it tasted like water. There's no way the broth came from bones as listed on the menu. There were way too many noodles and not enough meat in our two bowls for $20 each. The meat was not of good quality. The crepe appetizer was small and overcooked.
