I appreciate her and everything she's done for my pups, but frankly these past couple of years haven't been great. She's constantly busy, under delivers and the workers just don't outperform Debbie. We've had more negative experiences like issues with haircuts, long wait times and not the greatest customer service from the newer groomers (super passive texts). Just little things add up over time and I just got to the point where I'd rather just part ways and leave with better memories. Super sad but best wishes to all!

I honestly should have just taken him with me. 3 days into his stay it turns out that my cat is very smart and knows how to open the kennels. apparently it's too much for a pet hotel to be understanding and figure out how to keep a cat in a kennel so we are not able to return. That was a crappy thing to hear while I'm in the middle of a stressful move. people don't board their animals because they want to- it fulfills a need and this company cannot seem to fulfill a need.

The lady that did the nail cutting I thought did a very good job, but it seemed to me to be a bit rushed. And I felt that the other lady that was running the cash register and handling the payment didn't seem appreciative of my business. It appeared to me that she may have been the owner. In fact, I got the feeling from her that I was "bothering her" by coming in. I will be looking for another place to go next time.

I was treated with kindness and empathy on the phone and in person. At first there was no space. I called about 1 hr later and told them I could have my pet surgery ready if they would put me on a * on call* list for asap. Morgan worked with me and received approval for surgery the next day! I was so relieved I almost cried! All the staff were wonderful. Dr Willis was amazing. She was able to find a secondary infection and cure it as well as the initial reason for surgery.
