After the event, our wedding coordinator -- who had been so involved before -- completely ghosted us. We had discussed a potential job opportunity with the venue because Sandy was so impressed with my organization skills at our wedding -- she promised to connect with me after the new year. We received our final edit of our wedding video and were eager to share it with Sandy because she had played such a huge role in making our big day become a reality. Messages were left unanswered. Genuinely concerned, we called. Sandy had surgery right before our wedding so we thought maybe something more serious had happened. No answer. No explanation, just silence. We felt we had built an incredible friendship and deep trust with Sandy and Ralph. They made us feel supported, cared for, and genuinely excited about our day. Unfortunately, once the wedding was over, that connection disappeared. The warmth and attentiveness we'd once received were gone. What hurts the most is that we were told we could come back to visit the venue on our anniversaries -- something we were really looking forward to as a tradition. We were also told we could come out every year to help them pick mulberries from their tree for jam. We had visited the venue before our wedding and made jam from the mulberry tree we were getting married under as our wedding favors. This was something our whole family was looking forward to. My good friend called the venue to get a quote for an event and they never returned her call. It's incredibly disappointing that a place that once felt so special has left us feeling dismissed and disrespected. I hope the owners take this feedback to heart, because couples deserve better care, communication, and respect for their memories.

It was well decorated for Christmas and was cozy in a remodeled barn. Despite a rainy evening, our dinner was isolated from the weather. It was joyous and memory filled. We had the best Christmas dinner that evening. The food was very good, and we were allowed to bring our own wine. We were accommodated with a golf cart (and driver) to take us back-and-forth to different parts of the property. The owners, Sandy and Ralph, are off-the-hook hosts. Very, very personable and make your event special. The serving staff, Madison and Jason, were very sweet and anticipated our needs.
