There were several lashes poking into my eye which created clear discomfort. There were clearly too much glue on the root of the extension, and when I got home there were black lash glue started rubbing off in the corner of my eye. I requested for the classic lash set, right after the application was done. Ends of my left eye, there was a lash extension popped out from the roots, I informed her on it. She took a bit of time to fix it, at the time I'm started to suspect her visions are not very sharp and that she could not see clearly. Tammy did not tell me any lash after care nor did she mention any "refills" needed etc she kept on telling me convincing me how "booked and busy" she is and how talented she is at lashes basically the whole time. I went home with an itch in my eye, I took a picture it was clear she only did one row of my upper lash and some of my own lash were falsely bends inward to be glued on. I have several row of lashes didn't have extensions on and also she didn't stick any lash extensions to the lashes in my outer corner...a lot of them are glued to my eyelid.. When I contact Tammy the NEXT day regarding this she kept on saying it's normal to have lash sticking on the water line or on the lid even when it's clearly poking into my eye. At first Tammy even attempted to blame me saying my lashes are too short and they were too low so that's why she has to apply to my root(what?) . I haven't been doing eyelash extensions for 2+ years, and prior to that none of my eyelash technicians ever said that to me and I know what a classic lash extension should look like and it def shouldn't feel this much discomfort. Tammy refuse to refund me the money, now I have to pay extra to go to another lash tech to remove it and redo it.

So I went back today and had the best pedicure I've ever had from the man that was working. He really took his time prepping my nails; I was very impressed! Although the pedicure was okay, I wish it would have been better. While filing my toenails, she barely touched them or shaped them. The callous removal was bare minimum. Now for my nails on my hand... I should have went with my first thought and just got the pedicure and that's it but I thought... why not? I definitely regret that now. I wanted acrylic nails but had heard so much about Gel-X nails and was curious. I asked the tech that was sitting next to us what the difference is between acrylic and Gel-X and she really couldn't tell me. Had she said that Gel-X is just clear press-on nails, I would have gotten acrylic like I wanted in the first place. Then she asks so do you want hand massage, cuticle's trimmed and cuticle oil? I'm thinking to myself, "Doesn't that usually come with the service" and that's what I said... she didn't respond. So the I give the picture to the young lady that I thought was going to do my nails. Told her that I wanted short almond shaped. She soaks my nails and trims my cuticles and then a guy sits down. This experience is NOTHING like any other time I've got my nails done. He's sizing every single nail, files them all individually and puts the glue on them. This is the exact same way you put on press-ons. Once he's done with the first hand, I show him that my thumb, index and middle fingers are all crooked and need to be fixed. He just nods his head and says, "I file". So I'm thinking there's a way that he's going to file them that will align them more with my fingers. NOPE! He finishes the second hand and begins to file the nails so they're even more crooked than before. I tell him again and nothing. I told him I wanted almond shaped. NOPE! Stiletto nails it is... SMH! He starts polishing them and the first coat is uber transparent. So I'm thinking the next coat will fix that. NOPE! Okay, maybe a third coat will fix it. NOPE! Ya'll see my nails. Her service was good and she was quick! She gave me options of the lash styles and was very informative! It took her an hour max to complete my lashes and I got a volume set! After my appointment she messaged me to let me know if I had any issues within 3 days she would make corrections free of charge!!! I don't think everyone here is terrible or incompetent but the lady they put me with today definitely was. The lady doing my pedi completely ruined my toe nails, she kept digging and cutting into the nail bed despite me asking her to stop and telling her it hurt. One lady had to come by and stop her and show her how to cut nails, care for the cuticle, and file. Another had to come by and show her how to put on nail polish. She had me raise my feet and removed the towel from underneath my feet. She then proceeded to disappear for several minutes as I held my feet up, not wanting to lower them onto the exposed foot rest. When she finally reappeared I tried calling out to her several times and she completely ignored me. I just sat there holding my feet up. At the end, they really would have let me leave with jacked up nails had I not said something when the owner finally appeared. I know people noticed, several came by and made comments. They tried to intervene and show the lady what to do. The lady working on my nails kept looking at my feet and laughing. Then she would look at me and say "oh I'm just teasing her" The owner offered to fix my nails and apologized, she tried to fix them but how do you fix the fact that the lady dug way into the nail bed. The owner had to completely remove all of the nail polish and start over from cuticle removal, filing, bluffing, and then the nail polish. I called ahead to make sure there was availability, I got there at 8 and sat for 45 minutes before someone came to me. Every five minutes the lady would come and tell me just five minutes more. It is now 11pm and I'm still sitting here. You might read through this and ask why I didn't say anything in the first place, my big toe that she messed up was the first toe she worked on. And I tried several times to tell her that she was hurting me. A lady was simultaneously working on my hands and I looked away for just a few moments to answer a question from the lady who was doing my hands. By the time I looked back to my toes, damage was done. My 6 year old daughter could have done a better job. Never ever returning to this place.
