I called needing a door opener and instead of giving me a quote, Sabino came out to my house. He evaluated my situation (Heavy wood door) and explained what I needed to properly install the opener. He came out the next day on time, with right equipment to install based on my needs. Sabino had to first fix my door because it wasn't aligned properly. This took him about two hours. He then installed my opener and did a few extras like support brackets, keyless entry and walked me thru the entire process of how to maintain my door to the different settings that were available on transmitter. He was not in a hurry like most. He took his time and installed the opener properly and he did it at a price that was cheaper than the quotes that I had received over the phone from others.
