New to Vegas 2 previous horrible experience's with day cares, I was fed up and skeptical of everything but Ms Clarissa ( school director ) soft voice and genuine energy was different first time meeting her we stood there for at least 30-45 minutes talking, about my sons previous experience and child development and excema lol she was concerned and showed so much love, ms bobos ( what my son calls her) aka Ms Forest in the front is AMAZING love her Ms Teena and MS Vickey preschool teachers love my son they defend him even when he's in trouble it's literally a family feeling when you walk in and I'm only writing this long review because of these reviews that's not true and it's when the OLD director was there don't believe me ? I just wanted to warn other mamas about a daycare location - Creative Kids the location on Rainbow 3220. My daughter has been going here since 9/2023 so about 6 months. The first 4 months were okay, the teacher ratios were always perplexing and seems like the admin staff was always in classrooms so the numbers don't get thrown off. My daughter then turned 3 in January and needed to be switched to the next classroom up. She is still potty training as her father and I have split so it's a bit harder to get her potty trained going back and forth between houses but they told me it was no big deal because they were understanding. The biggest issue I always ran into when I went to drop her off was the teachers scrambling to find out if my daughter was actually in their class because of ratios. Until I dropped my daughter off on Thursday 4/25/2024 around 9:45am. I picked her up around 5:15pm and arrived home at 5:30pm. My daughter kept telling me that she was itchy so I go to change her diaper. To my utter surprise and disbelief my daughter was still in the SAME PRINCESS PULL UP I dropped her off in at 9:45am. My daughter sat for over 7 hours in the same diaper I dropped her off to school in. One of the most frustrating parts is they marked on the sprout about all that they changed her not once but twice at two separate times of 12:17 and 3pm. It was so bad all of the little gel beads were all in every crack and crevice So they are not being truthful about the inputs in the app too. I immediately called the school and spoke with the lunch director, she often has to do admin work they all just move around and do what they need bc of staffing answered and I told her my concern and said mentioned that she just HAD a conversation with her staff about checking and keeping updated on diapers. So this been a problem enough to where they need to have a talk with their teachers before my incident with my daughter. I'm not sure I just thought changing kids diapers was just expected to do every couple hours. But no the teachers need reminding. That's crazy to me. Terrible, if i would give no stars i would, when i say if you love your kids you would NOT sign them up here. the facility is dirty, when you address issues with the staff they look at you crazy and just brush your issues to the side. this establishment is a joke no child should be left alone here. Ive seen teachers shove kids around. Do your kids a favor and take them somewhere else this place should'nt even be open none of the creative kid facilities are any different please for the love of god take your kids out of here The absence of educational structure was alarming, as children roamed aimlessly in an environment devoid of stimulation. Attempts to communicate with the staff and management proved not only frustrating but highlighted a concerning lack of accountability.The staff's apathetic attitude was not only unwelcoming but raised serious questions about their commitment to the children. Safety standards were virtually nonexistent, with glaring hazards and outdated equipment putting children at significant risk. In summary, this day care facility is a breeding ground for neglect, with hygiene, safety, and educational shortcomings that should send shivers down any parent's spine. Every time I walk into this daycare it smells horrible. I have so much to say, but it doesn't matter, the only responses that get replies are only the positive and from the looks of it I have only read a few, and my guess is, it's someone they know and not a real paying parent. Give it a little more time and I am sure that person will start to complain as well , if it was indeed a real parent. The concerns that are brought to their attention do no get resolved they just keep getting worse. Biting should be prohibited period end of subject. But not here it continues and now my grandson things its ok to bit since they have never removed the child that was biting my grandson. Staff comes and goes here, and you wonder why. It makes me wonder if Management have children or the owner, I feel for their kids, cause if the children are being treated bad in the school they run, their children must really be unhappy and treated bad at home...If you are smart, and I know you are, you only want the best for your children and this place it nt it.Don't even bother with this daycare, their are some really good ones out there, you just have to look hard and be smart and pick the right one....They DO NOT even deserve ONE STAR. and that needs to change, you should be able to give your feedback and have the option not to give and star, if anything you should be able to rate them by negative stars.. My child started going to Creative Kids when at 2.5 yo, my child is now 6, and our experience has been absolutely amazing. Now that my child is school age he does go as often, but when breaks (winter, spring, and summer) come up, the first place he goes is to Creative Kids. I trust the staff 100% with the well being (emotion, mental, and physical) of my child. I know that if anything occurs (a fall, incident with another child, etc) the staff will call and be honest with me as to what occurred. Because of Creative Kids' teaching, development programs, and social interactions, my child entered Kindergarten last year way ahead of most students and has been thriving ever since. As a first grader, my child has gotten student of the month twice, reading at almost a 3rd grade level, and able to get along with everyone. Of course structure and discipline at home aids that, but when you have a place like Creative Kids reinforcing home structures, it makes it much better. I appreciate the staff and all that they do. Just a little over 4 short months ago my then 2 year old joined creative kids. After the last 2 years his dad and I were COMPLETELY OVER in home child care facilities. We knew it would be a struggle for him and us on this new journey but we were all in. We started with 3 days week and eventually ended up taking him 5 days a week. From the beginning Mrs. Pam in the toddler class has gone beyond to make our son feel comfortable. In the beginning if she had to stop what she was doing to tend to him she would!! If you see him now you would never know that he was the kid crying at drop off and for hours after. He runs around with the rest of them being a kid. He's also now potty trained (with no help from his parents lol) all creative kids! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND creative kids! read more

My son was enrolled for 3 weeks, 2 days a week for a few hours. In that time period my son experience extreme dehydration, mean & neglectful teachers and he was bullied with no one stopping it. My son is only 2 and his legs were covered in bruises and someone bit my son's arm leaving a mark for 3 days but apparently none of the staff knew/saw what happened. This creative kids is the worst one. They have several safety issues with children hurting other children and they don't follow the traditional teacher to child ratio. One teacher will be left alone with sometimes 16 children including special needs children that need to be watched constantly. The director refuses to buy learning toys for the 2-3 year old room. And a toddler was once left alone in a room with no teacher at all. The company should seriously consider replacing the director with someone more qualified to handle the needs this school presents. Whenever I pick up my son from this daycare he is ALWAYS ALWAYS DIRTY. 1st week, he started having rashes on his forehead and now week 3 his butt area is red. Addition to that, I always need to buy new lunch boxes and sippy cups for him and whenever I ask the staff, they always say I can't find it. Its frustrating because that costs me money, their prices are already high up there and I don't mind paying it because it seemed like its a good daycare but now im having second thoughts. I just dont understand why he gets that dirty, i get it they are kids but least that they can do is wipe their faces or wash their faces after eating or an activity. Lastly the potty training fee, i was never told that they provide the diapers and wipes so I pack him every time and they have been using that. All I can say is No No No. We went today for a" tour". We are newly looking for a first time daycare for our 2 year old son. We show up & the first thing I notice is it is located on a busy street. A Ms. Betina or some name of that nature states she is the Director. She introduces herself & then I notice a young boy casually walk out of the daycare? Out the front door? Like wtf? I'm thinking . She goes outside brings him back inside annoyed I might add and pushes him off on someone else. I'm thinking um ok?!?! So she proceeds to give me all of a 10 minute tour. She shows me the classroom my son would be in ( 2 to 2 & 1/2 year olds) and the 5 kids in it look absolutely miserable. I mean sad as all sad. The room smelled & looked dirty. I wouldn't even let my dog let alone a child stay in there. My son ran in & ran out. I wanted to do the same but stayed to hear her 5 minute speech on how great this class is??? We then proceeded to leave & abruptly she assumes we are signing up? Ummmm No!!! We are not signing up , EVER! Parents this is definitely not the place to leave your babies not even for 5 minutes! We went to the Alta/ Town Center location & signed up. The staff there is nice & happy. Plus all of the kids in the 2&1/2 year old class were happy and my son seemed to fit right in ! This creative kids is the most scandalous daycare I've ever used. Being new to the daycare, we had no idea they closed on Labor Day. Tuition is due every 2 weeks and was just due this past Monday. Well since we pay for 2 weeks at a time, we paid for this week for the 3 days we need which are only Monday, Tuesday's and Wednesday's and also the same next week no knowing they are closed for Labor Day! So we pay tuition Monday and they put up a "reminder" on Tuesday that they are closed for Labor Day!! I don't understand how they have all of last week to have this sign up and they choose to put the sign up the day after everyone already pays tuition? That's so scandalous and pathetic business. How is it okay to say pay for a day we are closed?? Pathetic move on creative kids daycare. read more

This is the worst place to have worked and to have brought my kids to, batina the director was always yelling at me for nothing and I'm a supper sweet person and I never new when meeting where they would never tell me id come in early like she would ask and stay late do everything from open to close and the director was always nocking me down and yelling all the time horrible and I quit a while after because I could take the way she treated me and my children she always so rude. I enrolled both my children in 2017, and it has been a very good experience for both. My daughter was placed in pre-K and my son in the toddler classroom. They love daycare and have created beautiful friendships. Mrs. Pam and Ms. Karla are great with the children and have been there for years. The director Mrs. Rebecca, is strict but I like that because she is by the book. Mrs. Rebecca is on top of her staff and updated on all the procedures and regulations. Everytime I have had a concern or issue with my children, she has addressed it. When there has been an accident with my children, she is quick to call and attend to them immediatelty. The tuition is expensive, but honestly you get what you pay for. The environment is clean and safe, and they are constantly doing arts and crafts with the children. My children have been enrolled in summer school as well, I had to pull them out because of Covid-19. Once this is over they will be back with their friends. read more

My twin sisters kids both went to Creative Kids I was told it was a great place I love the staff Ms.Cassie is the best, everything about this day care is great; I feel so bad for the teachers because my daughter cries for me everytime, she falls out and I feel I am introductioning the classroom, but she does better once I leave, I dont think she eats well at school all the lunch I send with her in Her lunch box is pretty much still there when we pick her up, she is so hungry when she gets home, the place is great over all, $40 a day is not bad, It kind of makes me feel like I am getting my money worth... This place is just a big ass front !! It may look nice & clean & the director Bettina puts up a show ! They have no care for the kids that come in ! My 5yr old daughter who is allergic to nuts had gotten a bag of almonds from somewhere and no one knows whether if she ate it or not..uh first off how are you not going to know , aren't you suppose to be watching the kids .This happened sometime in the morning then not even a phone call to advise me of what happened. they waited until I got there about 4-5 wtf ! Now my 20mth old she got sick after a week of being there and had a slight fever , her teacher sent her to the office and the assistant sent her back to class (from what her teacher said) AGAIN NO PHONE CALL ! I took her to the doctor and she got pneumonia . Now she had a doctors app a week prior to her starting at the center and she was in good health . TERRIBLE! DO NOT BRING YOUR KID/KIDS HERE ! My 10 year old son has problems with other kids hitting him . He comes home and complains that he told the teacher and she doesn't even acknowledge the problem!! The company should replace the director with some one who qualifies to be in that position !! Smh not even worth a star in my opinion ! read more

I brought my first son to this school in 2004 and he loved it, the teachers were great and he was treated wonderfully. He stayed until graduation of pre-k. In 2012 when my second son needed to go to day care we went back to this Creative Kids and to my surprise it was Ms. Bettina as the director still and she remembered my first son! I was also extremely happy to see several of the same teaches still working there. If after all those years they were still there and happy it must be a nice place to be. My second son is now graduating from the school and we will be so sad to not see the staff anymore. They genuinely treated my boys as if they were a pleasure to have at the school each day and I was never treated as a nuisance with all of the questions I ask. The staff teachers are patient, kind and friendly. I like this school I have recommended it to friends. read more

This has been the worst mistake we have ever made. The "learn through play" philosophy is nothing more than a fancy way of saying "your kid will play all day and we will teach them nothing." The rooms are overcrowded and the children are not disciplined in any way. My child is filthy when I pick her up. One day I arrived just as nap time was ending and she had been sent to her nap covered in leaves and twigs. My child has been bullied in front of a teacher on many occasions (it occurs during drop off while I am there) and the teacher says nothing. When I tell the other child to leave my kid alone I am told that I cannot speak to the other children that way. I have decided that my child simply is not safe here and I'm sending her to La Petite where I should have gone in the first place. read more

My Daughter has been attending this center for a few months now and I'm glad we made the change everyone is so nice and helpful My Daughter's teacher is great children very attentive and friendly my daughter is learning lots of new things, the director is great very helpful and accommodating always helping me out when I need to bring my daughter in an extra day at short notice.
