Then the sprayed the sealer. The spray was evenly applied. For this kind of job, the preparation is paramount. They did a superior Jon from start to finish. The whole process, starting the surveying, getting a quote, and reviewing and completing the job was easy, well-comminuted, and completing job, was a pleasure. They are not the cheapest option, but I am sure my money is well-spent.

After the original installation, I raised concerns regarding the quality of the workmanship. The owner, Mark, indicated that he wanted to resolve the issues and offered to apply an additional topcoat to the driveway for an added cost. Based on those representations, I gave the company an opportunity to address the concerns. Despite investing nearly $17,000 in this project, the driveway remains unsatisfactory in my opinion. The surface appears patchy, contains depressions where water collects, and portions of the material began deteriorating almost immediately after installation. These issues have required me to seek evaluation and repairs from another contractor. I was initially assured that the company would stand behind its work and was asked not to engage another contractor while the matter was being addressed. However, my subsequent attempts to obtain a response and resolution have gone unanswered. Due to the condition of the driveway and the lack of resolution, I am currently pursuing legal remedies and have retained legal counsel regarding this matter. Consistent with my attorney's advice, I may provide additional documentation relevant to my experience, including photographs, video footage of the installation process, and records of conversations that occurred during the project, so that others may make their own informed decisions. This review reflects my personal experience and opinions regarding the workmanship, responsiveness, and overall handling of this project. Last fall we finally got around to getting our driveway removed and replaced. The quotes and the neighbors' satisfaction with the companies were similar, but Gator's outstanding customer service really set them apart! The communication was fantastic every step of the process from Diane in the office, Chris the owner, and the super nice crew. We also were impressed that the owner didn't try to get us to widen the driveway until we suggested it ourselves, even though he had thought it would be best if a certain grassy area was filled in with pavement. The crew was so respectful, friendly, polite, and super experienced! Every one of them worked hard to make sure they extended the driveway to the exact spot we wanted, and they were very careful to grade it properly to keep water away from the house as we had requested (since water had been collecting and causing some sinking before). They seemed to take pride in their work and to get a great sense of satisfaction for doing a high-quality job. Since bad weather had postponed the new driveway, the crew even worked the day before Thanksgiving, when many people take the day off. The new driveway is such an improvement and really gives our house curb appeal! We are so glad we chose this company, and we will keep using them to keep our new driveway maintained!
