The food is always good when we go there but on the pricy side. Once your food is ready, someone will bring it to you, which is nice.

Love this place you will not go wrong!

Very happy with it all ! Try the coffee I have been looking for a place to get my Lebanese coffee so yummy

Tasty Meal via Delivery! I ordered via Uber Eats Today. The "Taverna Platter" my selection (salmon, Lebanese rice, hummus & salad). Delicious fresh tasting ingredients. See Photo. My order arrived timely & well packaged. Supporting local business during Covid-19.

First time in, we always pass it on our way to a Torta or a chopt. We were greeted by a nice man, he explained the menu and we ordered..we tried a bit of everything and it was very good. Even the lentil soup was very tasty and I hate lentils! Nothing was overly salty and everything tasted fresh, they have a bar with condiments to spice up your plate. My only warning is that the chili condiments were SPICY so go light and the white paste that looks like mayonnaise...try it is garlicky and goes very well with the huge pieces of pita bread! Just don't over do it...you will loose friends

Each of the bowls were delicious, but my favorite is the Shawarma Bowl since the meat is tender and juicy! Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a quick bite of Lebanese food!

I was walking around DTSS and needed something to hold me over until my next appointment. I thought to myself what's the thing I love the most when I'm in the Middle East. The answer was undoubtedly hummus and pita bread. This was good for a drop in experience and the staff was overly pleasant. That's a good thing. They were preparing platters for a few catering events, but they took the time to get my food out immediately. My favorite part was the hot bread. It reminded me of being in Israel. I look forward for coming back for more middle eastern food.

I have no idea what this was called is chicken , hummus and salad , i never had lebanese food before to compare with but i must say im disappointed :( The chicken was very dry so dry it was hard to swallow, the rice was okay but not spiced like the menu said it's actually no flavor at all, i guess and the salad was okay and the hummus tasted good so like i said i am not very happy with that chicken. Perhaps chicken is not their best thing in the menu I don't know but this will be the last time i will eat here.

The service was much better and uniform and the food we had was good. I liked the pita bread they brought over. It's a large piece, with a crunch on the outside, but not doughy on the inside. My mezza plate (called "traditional platter") was good. It is a sampling of hommus, tabouleh, baba ghannouge, a kibbeh, a grape leaf, and two falafels The baba ganouche was flavorful as was the hummus. The tabouleh was bright and fresh. The kibbeh was meaty (lamb) and the grape leaf was well stuffed and flavorful. I liked the falafel, but, although they were warm, I would have preferred that they be hot. The kibbeh was warmer in temperature. The lentil/spinach soup is very good. There's a fountain soda dispenser for free refills. As I said, the service was much better than our last visit and the food good. I'll be back. Probably to try chicken kabob or schwarma.

You will find plenty of public parking garages and this location is quite convenient. For some reason this location has then chicken sandwiches I like called Djaje M' Sahab which includes minced chicken with garlic sauce in a pita bread wrap, and the other nearby location does not offer it. It could be because this location does have the rotating chicken rotisserie. The chicken shwarma and the rotisserie chicken are both also good options here too. Because of the convenience of this location, I am able to visit many other local favorites while here, like Bonchon and Trader Joes.

When I say he went above and beyond for every single person at the resturant today he was amazing. You can feel the love and the care that he put in every single thing he did whether it was more water , taking your order, making your drink everything. We started with HOT and FRESH! Pita bread it was perfectly soft and absolutely delicious , the oil and herb dip was better than majority of Lebanese and middle eastern restaurants I've been to honestly the service and food is better than 80% of the restaurants I visit and I go out to eat weekly. They were very busy and they still made sure we were well taken care of. The resturant is also very clean and they move with efficiency when it comes to cleaning as well. We had beef kafta, grape leaves with rice and meat , lamb shank and the surf and turf. Every single thing was so good so juicy and perfectly seasoned I can't say enough about how good everything is. They also have the best sausage for appetizers oh my they were so delicious. We also had a dessert with baklava not sure what it was but man it was delicious a bit floral but it was mind blowing. Also the belly dancing is soooo good !

The service was attentive throughout our meal, and every dish arrived beautifully plated with great attention to detail. We started with the Beyti Sujuk Rolls and the Beetroot Hadiqa. The rolls were one of my favorite appetizers. They were crispy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the yogurt and tomato sauce. The Beetroot Hadiqa was equally impressive, with beets, apples, walnuts...it was a refreshing combination of sweet, savory, and creamy flavors. For our entrees, we ordered the Riyash of Lamb and the Freekeh Short Rib. The lamb chops were cooked beautifully and served over couscous with broccolini, while the pistachio crust added a nice texture. The Freekeh Short Rib was incredibly tender and the rich beef jus paired perfectly with the mushrooms. It was hearty, comforting, and one of the best short rib dishes I've had. The cocktails were just as memorable. I ordered the Asfar So Good, while my partner had the Ashita Affair. Both were beautifully presented with a silky foam on top and were as delicious as they looked. The Asfar So Good was light, refreshing, and well-balanced with subtle floral and citrus notes, while the Ashita Affair had a smooth, creamy texture with pistachio and rose flavors that made it feel almost like a dessert cocktail without being overly sweet. This is definitely on the pricier side, but the quality of the ingredients, presentation, atmosphere, and service justify the cost. Every plate felt thoughtfully prepared, and the overall experience was memorable from start to finish. If you're looking for elevated Middle Eastern cuisine, creative cocktails, and one of the most beautiful dining rooms in Baltimore, Ammoora is absolutely worth the splurge.
