Since I just started my business, I was looking to build any way I can and I knew I needed to get some business cards made. When I was looking for business card shop I didn't want to go through online, because I wanted to make sure my design was going to be flawless. I found them through google and started to look at their Facebook on their past work they have done. I was really excited on their designs looked very model and sleek. So I knew these are the business cards that I would want. LeCards was really helpful on chatting with me on my design. Making any changes I need to make sure I was fully satisfied. The prices are reasonable in which for what you are receiving back from them. The quality of the paper is great, and the print looks clean doesn't look faded or rusted out. I have only received compliments when I pass out my business cards to people because of the style of the card. I have the 2.5 x 2.5 square card and it is very unique on the style of other cards. I just picked up our 3x5 business postcards and absolutely LOVE them. Our company is currently in the process of re-branding itself and these cards were a great way to get that message through. Hanna and Art did a fantastic job in capturing the style and feel our company was going for. They were very cooperative and patient. The quality of the cards are awesome as always; and they come within a week of paying - which was a huge plus for me so I could start distributing them right away. They use the PayPal service. I personally don't have an account but I could still pay with card which made the payment process quick and easy. Oh and the pricing? Also great. I know they can ship your product when they are done, but they are located so close, I just went over to pick them up the day they were finished printing. I cannot say enough good things about Art and the gang at LeCards. They restored my faith in customer service. It's nice to see that there are still some businesses out there who care about providing the their customers with a high quality product that they are 100% satisfied with. I went to LeCards and spent probably an hour+ with Art designing my business cards. I had drawings, layouts, fonts, images, etc. and told him what I wanted. He worked with everything I brought and told me what would look good, what would look bad and what would look better. All of the suggestions and changes he made turned out better than what I had pictured my cards to be. It would have been easy for them to take what I had brought, knowing it didn't look great, and print it for an easy sale. Instead, I got honest opinions from someone who knows what their doing and does their job very well. I could not be happier with the final product! Completely exceeded my expectations. I was in no rush and was able to pick up my cards in 3-5 business days. I had two different cards made (different names/numbers/email but same card) and did not realize until I got back to work that one had printed a little different that the other. I left Art a message and he got back to me that evening saying he noticed what I was talking about and he had already sent the order through for a new batch. In two days I was able to exchange the misprints for the new ones. Both cards are perfect! Nowadays, good customer service is hard to come by, and in the last year I've dealt with so many local business who give off the attitude that you should be happy/thankful that they're doing you a favor when you're the one supporting them and giving them business.......well that's NOT the case for LeCards! My experience with them was refreshing and I look forward to having them print more for me in the future! Oh yeah, I also got a call a week or two after picking up my business cards to see if I was happy with them......100% happy. I recently ordered business cards from Le Cards for my 25-person company and we are very happy with the results. The card stock is nice quality, the edges are cleanly printed and cut, and the alignment looks perfect. My office is located in City of Industry and we wanted to use a printer that was both conveniently located and highly reviewed... difficult to find in this part of LA. Considering the number of items we ordered (over 20 stacks of cards) we were shocked at how quickly they were turned around. Unfortunately I had a horrific experience with LeCards because of their customer service. LeCards employee, Art was very unprofessional and inconvenienced me three times throughout my order process. I had ordered 500 business cards and 500 postcards. He emailed me to ask about the quantity of business cards, I immediately emailed him back with the quantity. I emailed him again two days later. I did not hear back from him until I called him four days later. When I had called he said that my order has not been processed. Mind you I told him I needed my order by a specific date; which he guaranteed it would be ready by. I also mentioned to him that the only reason I placed the order was because he insured that my order would be ready on time. He then changed the initial date that I specified I needed my business cards by and forced me to pay rush deliver. The business cards did not come until a day after my initial date. I had to settle for a day later than the date he guaranteed. They accommodated me with 250 free business cards in the incorrect shape. Which are useless to me. Two days later I come for the correct order of 500 leaf shaped business cards and 500 postcards. I drive another 25 miles to get to LeCards and he tells me that the postcards have not been delivered yet. He stares at me until I say that I will come back in an hour. He calls me 30 minutes before their office closes he leaves me a voicemail saying that the delivery driver didn't have time to wait for my order to be ready. At this point I am livid because this is the second time I have driven 25 miles in 5 o' clock traffic to find that my order isn't ready. When he guaranteed that my order would be ready between 5pm-7pm. I immediately drive over to get a clearer answer about my order and he shows no sign of concern about the mistake he made. Art did not even apologize for inconveniencing me! He used a condescending tone and cut me off while I was explaining my discontent for his mistake and proceeded to explain how production works. Very rude! He also refused to compensate me in any way and I had to ask him for his manager's email in order to get my situation resolved. My biggest issue was that he guaranteed that my order would be ready by the time I needed it. I stressed that it was a time sensitive order and he proceeded to send me an invoice and confirm that my order would be ready. If the order wouldn't have been ready by the time I specified, I would have understood and took my business elsewhere. But the fact that he guaranteed the date, I decided to place my order with LeCards. But I was lied to about the turnaround times and was charged anyway. Beside the fact that he does not know how to treat customers with respect, he also did not communicate in a timely manner. If you don't mind such terrible customer service and being lied to about turnaround times, I would recommend LeCards. (I still have not received my postcards, that I have already been charged for) read more

Not only is he a talented graffic design artist, but his customer services skills are incredible! I went in there with a very rough sketch (and i mean very) of a banner logo for my food cart business @alottaenchilada and he helped me not only bring it to life, but make it greater! And Meko was able to understand what I needed, give me a quote that was beyond reasonable and execute just as she said she would.
