The mechanic was so nice and knowledgeable, I've never felt with someone working on my car. Beautiful clean waiting room with drinks,TV amd couches. Its just such a great experience being there at zaks auto in Hudson nh. Dont do it to urself bring ur vehicle to zaks for anything u need done. More then fair pricing and a great group of guys. They also performed their complimentary PCA tech inspection, which is advertised as a thorough inspection. I specifically asked that all vehicle fluids be inspected before the event. During the track day, my car suffered a power steering failure that left me stranded. I had to call my regular mechanic to the track to repair the car so I could get it home, resulting in a significant repair bill and a lost track day. They offered no support or reparations. When I first contacted the shop, their response was simply, "You brought the vehicle to a track. We aren't liable." It was only after multiple phone calls that they acknowledged the power steering fluid had appeared discolored while the car was in their shop all day, but they never communicated that to me. I understand that track cars can fail. My issue isn't the failure--it's the lack of communication. I specifically asked for the fluids to be inspected, and the shop later admitted they noticed discolored power steering fluid but chose not to mention it. Had they done so, I would have serviced the system before the event. I've included photos of the power steering fluid taken after the failure and during the repair. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop if you're relying on them to prepare your car for a track event.

They call back and make space in the schedule on short notice. You will not get better service anywhere else in Nashua. We needed odd tires for boat trailers and Barry found what we needed and maximized our budget to get what we needed. I've also had to call them on the day before Thanksgiving and had Barry rummage around in his warehouse to find what I needed. Most other vendors I've dealt with wouldn't have even been open. Their site indicates that you can drop your car off 24 hours before the appointment, so I had my car towed to their lot on Sunday. I received call from Matrix first thing on Monday morning (I believe from Thomas). He said that they already had the opportunity to take a look at the car. They discovered that the issue was with a snapped axle (it wasn't the transmission, which I was concerned about). I authorized them to complete the repair. At 10:27am, they called me back to let me know that the repair was completed, and I could come pick it up. I found the price to be incredibly reasonable. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was greeted by name by two different employees by name. They were very friendly, I paid for the service and went on my way. Considering my car troubles happened over the weekend, I was so impressed that I was able to easily make an appointment online for Monday, I was able to drop my car off the day before, and the car was fully serviced and ready to pick up Monday morning, at a price that I found very reasonable. Having my car repaired so quickly was a huge relief, and the car is running perfectly. I had not used Matrix Autoworks before this issue, but I will certainly use them moving forward after my positive experience.

I believe they find one legitimate issue with the car and add on others. Came here for a state inspection and left with a bill for a recommended repair of 3200 or 2500 at minimum for the car to pass. Failed the car for a rear brake light (perfectly functional), front lower ball joint movement (no movement found by two other shops), and rear brakes that did need replacement. Additionally they recommended replacing the struts, engine belt, and transmission service (had that done 3 months prior). Quoted me 2x the cost of parts and labor and wouldn't give me a bill for parts and labor. Took the car out of state for rear brakes, rotors, and calipers. Got my state inspection at another shop and again they did not find any issue with the brake light or ball joints.

My Sister has one, my parents and my husband and I. I took my ID.4 in for a recall. When I picked it up, everything seemed fine. Then, I put my niece in the backseat for a ride and during our travels she went flying off the backseat!! Turned out, the service center removed the entire back seat to access a panel and never put it back in place. Imagine if this was something more serious like forgetting to put the brakes back on! We immediately called them to let them know so that they would be more careful to for the next customer's safety. The following month (July 2025) my dad scheduled an appointment for a recall on his ID.4. They told him it would be a whole day and they would call when it was ready. The whole day (Friday) passed - no call. We called on Saturday and got no response. They were closed on Sunday- leaving my parents with no vehicle all weekend! No explanation, no updates, no apologies! We called and asked to speak with a manager and transferred to the CEO's assistant. Left a voicemail and never heard back. It's been 2 weeks... This service center is not only inconsiderate, but could put your family's safety at risk.
