I have never been a huge fan of Ledos something has always tasted off when I ate at different locations. I was at work, Mattress Firm, and hungry and Ledos was right next store so I said eh way not I couldn't get anything else or go anywhere. and OH MY GOD was I surprised the lady's up front were so nice and polite and the food was to die for it was so good defiantly better then any other Ledos I've had across 3 different states. The food is amazing. However the service is the worst out of anywhere I've ever been. We are working individuals who are only allotted an hour for lunch. The first time we went we were there for an hour and 40 minutes (waited an hour for our food)! The waitress brought out ONE of our 4 individuals meal, delivered a different table all of their food, finally brought our appetizer, and then brought the rest of our meals. The second time we went we decided to call in our order ahead of time so that we wouldn't have to wait if there was a lunch crowd. We called the order in at 11:40 AM and was told it'd be ready in 20 minutes so we arrived at 12. We waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledge and asked what we wanted to drink. Finally at 12:20, with no signs of our food I got up to ask the waitress about it. She finally brought our food out at 12:25/12:30 (Serving our meals before our appetizer). So what was supposed to be a 20 minute wait for food was actually a 45 minute wait. The waitress never checked on our table to see if everything was ok or ask if we needed refills, but she did drop off ONE of our to go orders but never brought the second. I had to get up from the table to ask for boxes and for the second to go order. The waitress said she didn't have another to go order for us and was rude and argued with me about it. Finally she said they would put the order in and start it. I told her we didn't have time to wait because we were over our hour lunch break. Finally another waitress came up and said there was a to go order "sitting there waiting". Obviously there's no communication between staff. Not to mention, both times they completely screwed up our checks. I had to explain numerous times who ordered what just to get them to split our checks correctly. I've worked in the food service industry for over 10 years and I can say with absolute certainty they need new staff ASAP!!! We will no longer be coming to Ledo's on our lunch breaks since apparently it's impossible to get in and out of there in under 90 minutes. read more

We've been fans of Ledo's pizza for years (especially their bacon, tomato, and onion), so were happy to see one open up here in the Valley. However, a recent visit to this particular location produced the worst service I've ever seen in any sit-down restaurant, ever! We never got silver until I got up, found the server talking to her mom, and asked her for it; the pizza was soggy, and I was criticized by the server for mentioning that the bacon (ordered "crisp") was undercooked, and told in no uncertain terms that "that's what I ordered" because "if I wanted it crisp I should have ordered 'pre-cooked'" and "that's our policy". Later in the meal, when asked "if the pizza is all right", I answered 'fair', and the server launched into a tirade that got other patrons noticing!! When she paused for breath and asked "what did I want her to do", I quietly just said "please go away". The manager came by then, I politely recounted our experience, and she said she'd take 20% off the bill, but she did not. When we went to the cashier to pay, we were told "we were supposed to pay the server". First time in my entire life that I've left no gratuity whatsoever! I even wrote a careful, polite summary of our experience via e-mail to Ledo's corporate headquarters, but four days later haven't even had the courtesy of a reply. pizza just swimming with grease. Grease soaked thru crust so the entire bottom was grease soaked it was like eating raw dough. Grease in puddles on top of pizza. We sat there and used about 6 paper napkins trying to get some of the grease off. read more

We go here often. Food has always been pretty good. Nice selection for a franchise pizza joint. I prefer Ledo over other chains in the area. At the very least it feels like a hometown pizza shop in a small town. read more

This place was horrible. My fiance and I came in tonight to grab a quick, tasty bite to eat after a long day out and about. Unfortunately, the relaxing meal we wanted did not happen. The place was nearly dead, one older couple was there besides us. The waitress was patient with the time it took for us to decide. Came in wanting a calzone but was disappointed with the lack of options. We ended up splitting a pizza. Pizza is pizza right? It's hard to screw up pizza, right? I stupidly thought that. I'm really not that picky about pizza, I'll eat pretty much any other pizza in town. I ordered pepperoni, tomato, and extra cheese. I know we ordered extra cheese, but this was absurd. Hardly any pepp or tomato, very little amounts since we paid a lot per topping. And the grease! My jaw dropped when I saw it. It was vile, I finally gave up trying to blot it. The only good thing I ate there were the breadsticks, which were absolutely delicious. Wish I had ordered only that. The breadsticks are literally the only thing saving them from getting one star. Now the service, not the absolute worst I've had, but no where near best. I've honestly had better service at Taco Bell and Papa Johns for god sakes. Never learned the waitress's name, never had a smile. She seemed very timid about the fact that I clearly hated the pizza and outright told her so(not in a rude manner, just honest). Didn't seem to know how to handle complaints. We left almost right after the pizza was delivered. Took the pizza home to feed to our dogs. She didn't offer to discount our check, which I was sort of surprised at. We ended up leaving and going down the road to Subway, which is always delicious and honestly gives us better service. Don't waste your time here, seriously, go to the Melting Pot or Papa Johns. Or, better yet, go to the Lucky Star and order one of their pizzas. read more

Horrible customer service. Called in a pizza for pick up and was told 15 minutes. Got there 25minutes after I called and was told 'one second' 'it's almost out' for another THIRTY minutes. They tried to give me a bullshit 5$ off coupon and when I declined I could hear the hostess talking shit in the back. WOULD NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN and have advised everyone not to as well. Here's a customer service tip, if you mess up an order own up to it. Come out and apologize instead of snickering behind a half door. read more

Food is awful. Service is even worse! The sauce is too sweet and the pizza, oh the pizza, is awfully greasy. 1st time I came here I ordered just a cheese and pepperoni pizza and there was so much grease the pizza was soggy before the first 5 minutes we had it. Besides from the pizza, the service was absolutely unacceptable. Not many people in the dining room, maybe 5 of us. There was one waitress and one girl in the front. Our waitress never had a smile on her face and looked absolutely miserable. We cracked jokes with her to no avail, she was just downright bitter. The girl in the front said hello with a smile and seemed much peppier. I got a water and my husband got a soda and if it wasn't for the girl at the front, we would have never gotten a refill once. Our "waitress" took our order and didn't come back out until our food was ready, cold, but ready. She didn't ask us if we needed anything else, just sat the pizza down and walked away. After the awful pizza and the lack of refills on drinks, I finally got fed up and asked for the manager. Our waitress said she was the manager and I was absolutely floored. Worst service I've ever had. I would have much rather of gone to McDonald's. read more

We have ordered subs there frequently. Toppings are missing most of the time. Last night we ordered a steak and cheese with LTM and mushrooms. Surprise! No mushrooms and the lettuce and tomato were in a separate box. The manager asked why my husband didn't check the small box. I told her we ordered fries which we assumed was fries...NOT. After talking to manager today I was basically called a liar and accused of wanting free food. I told her my intention was not free food just that her staff was not doing their job. Needless to say we will not be going back. read more

Ledo catered our rehearsal dinner/welcome dinner for 75+ people. The food was delicious. Everyone loved it. The staff was so helpful from picking out the menu to delivering the food to making sure we were satisfied. They called us 45 minutes in to the event to see how it was going and if we needed anything. Highly recommend the Front Royal location and the staff. read more
