Since I went on a Saturday I felt compelled to do the cheese wheel experience. Where they cook fettuccine pasta inside a giant wheel of cheese. Added a protein option as well for a lil more substance as well. The dish as incredible! The cheese sauce was so rich and creamy and I def need to come back and try it with the chicken. My server told me I should ask for the chicken blackened (the chicken is $9 but if you get it blackened it's $2 extra). The price for the pasta on its own before adding a protein was competitive when you compare the portion size. Be warned that the cheese wheel experience is only available Thurs-Saturday but it's so fun! It's akin to going to a Mexican restaurant that offers tableside guac or going to a hibachi restaurant! Can't beat the show! This place is great to go for a date, special occasion, whatever! Easily one of the best Italian spots in Northern Virginia!

Adults are $45 a person with no drink included. Kids are $22 and under 4 is free. It was my husband and I plus our two kids. The restaurant was quiet and clean. There were several other patrons already eating. The hostess was friendly and told us both kids would be eating for free that morning. This was a pleasant surprise because even though our girls are older they don't eat much. We relayed this to the waiter who was happy to oblige. The food was all so fresh and delicious with a huge selection of fresh food. The fruit was sweet and delicious. The omelette bar and fresh oysters was a nice touch. The shrimp and grits were delicious. They had waffles, bacon, potatoes, salad, and fruit. Just the two adult meals, with waters and two chocolate milks cost us $96. If you can eat and put away some plates this is a great option. I did want to mention that the service charge was already added (18%). I thought that was interesting with the size of our party but never the less it was fine. I would love to return as their regular menu sounds great and they do music on the weekends. Can't wait to return with friends.

But the freshness and flavor explosions of our lunch exceeded any expectations. The meatball grinder was packed with flavorful meatballs balanced with a rich tomato sauce. The chicken in the Caeser salad was expertly grilled and gently seasoned. Overall, a lunch worthy of Little Italy and Boston's North End.

But if your website says 50 minute wait, and after 50 minutes the website says my order is complete, and I have to wait an hour and 10 more minutes until the restaurant closes to be told my food hasn't even been started yet I'm going to be pretty upset.
