First time coming and it was 50/50. The waiter was nice and a lady that seemed to be the manager was very nice as well. It was very quiet for a late night dinner. The salad we order was warm which was a bit weird. The lasagna didn't have any meat so for 21$ that was a bit expensive. However my seafood pasta was almost perfect, a little less salt and it would have been even better. The flavor how ever was great. Their chocolate cake was delicious, just wished it was a bigger slice. I might give it another try, still on the fence.

We had a lovely dinner at this nice place. Plenty of seating and two private rooms for groups. I loved the bar. We enjoyed several appetizers and split a wedge salad. Everything was delicious and well prepared. The old fashion drinks were perfect. Our server Jordan was terrific. She answered all our questions and was always attentive. I definitely want to return. They have a good happy hour and daily specials.

Beautiful seating and fireplace views with wrap around bar. The Holler pizza is worth every bite. You may think you aren't hungry before tasting, then 90% of the pizza had disappeared. Think of it as a brick oven, flat bread with a layer of crispy meats soaked in a maple syrup. It has a sweet and savory taste to it. The shrimp dish my wife chose had pasta and a corn chowder taste which was also a delight. Comfy seating!

My wife and I were out shopping and felt like some fresh pizza so she looked up options and found this Italian restaurant. Driving up I questioned whether it was open or not since it looked abandoned but then saw someone going inside to confirm its status. There was sufficient parking to the front of the restaurant as it's situated in a plaza with other businesses. We were greeted promptly by the hostess who introduced herself and brought us to our table. I thought that was a nice gesture to introduce herself and welcome us. The restaurant appeared to have a seating area with tables and a more casual environment with sofas, bar, and live music. The live music wasn't visible to us until we were leaving and explored what was on the other side of the restaurant. We ordered a pizza to share and decided to get an appetizer to add. Two complimentary bread rolls were brought to the table which we enjoyed although later I found it odd they would be serving rolls instead of Italian bread or bruschetta at an Italian restaurant. The dipping oils they provided was the highlight. The Holler pizza, $18 didn't wow me. It was as advertised though- spicy sausage and hot honey. If you appreciate spicy and sweet pizza, then this one particular pizza is for you. It wasn't bad, but it's just not what I was looking for in the end. One thin pizza fed both my wife and I. We also ordered the Smashed Potatoes, $10 which didn't wow either one of us to the point we let the server know. It's essentially a basket of whole small, salted baked potatoes with a side of dipping sauce, not quite what we were expecting. We even tried to dip it in the oils that came with the complimentary bread to season it up a little bit which did help. We determined it wasn't worth the carbohydrates to eat it and left it. My wife told the server it was not good and the server didn't do anything beyond remove it from the table and charge us the cost of it. Overall, not the quality of food and service we were expecting and likely won't return. Of course, I usually judge an Italian restaurant by the lasagna which I didn't have this time.

Came here with a group of friends. Let me first start with the service, it was fabulous. Our waiter was super nice and attentive. We came in early enough for happy hour so they had drink and app specials as well as $10 pizzas. I ordered the braised short rib pizza which was delicious. We also tried out the bruschetta which was delicious. Overall had a good experience. Prices were reasonable. Some of the pastas were over $30 but even the kids meal had a fancy pasta and red sauce .

First time visiting this spot. Great interior decor! Even better food, from the apps to actual entrees. I went for the classic Chicken Parm, but the New York strip, Calamari, and Nonna's meatballs were amazing as well.

    Gorgeous, clean ladies room.

Wow! Lived up to its Yelp Reviews. Was planning to go down to Mount Vernon and got sidetracked when I saw all the great reviews for this restaurant. Just like all the reviews say, the food is great and service is wonderful. The atmosphere is just lovely too. We had the minestrone soup, a fried eggplant, appetizer, and a sea bass entrée. Plenty of food for two people. Everything was wonderful. Everything was hot, presented well, and very tasty. Could not ask for anything more. The prices were even quite reasonable with portions good, considering today's cost of things. The only thing I would ding them on is the bread. Lovely display when they brought it out accompanied with oregano, olive oil, and Parmesan Reggiano on a plate, but the bun was not that great. Small issue. Will definitely not stop me from going back. This place is not anywhere near my home, but I'm definitely making a trip back. It really is lovely and the food and service fantastic. What a shock for a place in a strip mall. Once you get in though, the decor lets you forget that you're in a strip mall. Apparently , they also have live music at times. That would be nice to check out. Also, it serves a mention that the bathrooms were spotless and beautiful with black marble pictured below. Shout out to our Server Leslie and Raymon (I believe) the gentleman who dropped by to make sure everything was acceptable.

I hadn't been to Alexandria in quite some time, beautiful day to take mini road trip. I was very pleased this place was recommended...great food, amazing service, and a warm, stylish atmosphere and most definitely a place worth coming back to! Check it out!

(5/5) From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was absolutely perfect--warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. It created the ideal atmosphere for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. The food was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, clearly prepared with care and high-quality ingredients. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. A special thank you to Leslie for her exceptional attentiveness and professionalism. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal without ever being intrusive. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, a lovely setting, and top-tier service.

A friend and I decided to come here to celebrate and have ourselves a fancy lunch - this place was excellent and did not disappoint! The inside has a nice wood panel, comfortable upscale vibe, and when we were there, it was not busy and we were seated immediately, and the server was very attentive. I will mention that this is not a super cheap spot. For example, I had the crab a la vodka: pasta, fresh crab meat, asparagus corn, basil, with a rosé sauce and it was $32. We spent around a $100 on a very luxurious lunch. They give you bread and dipping sauce, which was delicious and I highly recommend digging into some of that. We also got some of those fancy Saratoga bottles of water. It could be just me, but I thought the strawberry lemonade was way too sweet and couldn't drink more than a sip - if you don't like it super sweet - avoid! The appetizers we had were excellent: I really liked the steak bites ($16), fritto misto fried calamari ($22) and absolutely loved the char-grilled octopus ($22)! We finished up with a ricotta cheesecake ($14) that had apricot preserved whipped cream and mint. I thought it was a little unusual flavor pairing, but it all disappeared from the plate. Overall: delicious, upscale, expensive and look for their happy hour

OMG! What a fantastic experience! We tried to get into another restaurant in that area... and we are so glad to get turned away! We took a chance and what a pay off. From the seating to acoustic music to service to food. The only thing that could have made it better was a slightly larger table. Our server "Christopher" was excellent from start to finish... The secret is out People....

Restaurant is in a pretty brick building in a small town center. The dining room is cozy, but well-appointed. Initially, server was slow-- took a long time to get water, a long time to get a glass of lemonade, and a basket of bread. Another server came to help out and our service picked up. Several staff members came over to check on us throughout our meal. Mom said the fish was good, but lacked seasoning. It was accompanied by the smashed potatoes (surprisingly, they're not mashed potatoes, rather sliced small whole potatoes) and sautéed mushrooms. We had the crispy eggplant and the ragu-- they were both good, but I would've liked them more seasoned. I left my water bottle on the table and the manager, Mr. Mustafa, came running out after us to deliver it. We thanked him and talked to him about his and the restaurant's origins for some time. I really believe he's invested in ensuring a great customer experience. There's a surcharge if you use a credit card, so bring cash!

The food is great! Try the variations of pizza - you won't be disappointed. Five plus stars for the service. From the hostess to the servers to the runners, everyone hustle and strive to provide top notch service. Love the ambiance! Rustic and classy. What a gem to have in the neighborhood!!!

They came in a white sauce instead of the traditional red, were very small, and lacked flavor. For my entrée, I ordered the rigatoni. It looked great and arrived hot, but the flavor just wasn't there. The pasta was slightly chewy and not quite al dente. I added cracked pepper and ate some, but ended up taking most of it home hoping it might improve with a little extra seasoning the next day. My brother had the chicken parmigiana, and my sister ordered the branzino--both said their meals were just okay. None of us were particularly impressed. That said, the restaurant has strong reviews, so this may have just been an off night. One last note: please turn up the lights. The dim, moody lighting might be trendy, but at 7 PM on a weekday--especially with a crowd that's largely over 40--it just felt too dark. My mocktail was also refreshing and well-crafted. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Old Bay wings, and my cousins loved both the shrimp and grits and the salad with grilled scallops. Unfortunately, my entrée was the biggest disappointment of the evening. I ordered the Bolognese pasta, and it just completely missed the mark. It didn't taste like a traditional bolognese at all. The sauce was overly acidic and lacked the rich, slow-simmered flavor I was expecting. It's definitely not something I would ever order again. The only other downside was the temperature inside the restaurant. We visited during a heat wave, and while I understand the building is older, it was uncomfortably HOT. I found myself sweating through most of the meal, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, I have mixed feelings about my visit. I would consider returning, but next time I'd stick to the appetizers or try a different entrée.

The plate arrived with two buttermilk biscuits, country bacon gravy, two sunny side up two eggs, and home fries. The gravy was nice and thick with pieces of sausage bits, but I found the biscuits on the dry side, rather than buttery and flaky. Eggs were prepared properly and had that satisfying "ooze" when the yolks were popped. Home fries tasted previously frozen and could've used a few more minutes in the fryer. Service was a bit slow as there was only one staff taking orders and delivering food. But he was friendly and would circle back around to check on our group frequently. Pair your meal with a few choices of cocktails (I ordered a $5 mimosa) and Chadwicks brunc h is a great way to spend a few hours on a Sunday afternoon. Be sure to inform your server ahead of time, if separate checks are desired. One brunch entree, one mimosa with tax and tip totalled to about $25.

Service was good. Most of the food, but not all, was very good. What receives high marks were the blackened catfish, fried green tomatoes and chicken quesadillas. The burger was deemed decent, but the crispy fries not so much (I don't know anyone that really likes crispy fries). I had high hopes for the buttermilk-fried chicken. It came nicely presented with a very good coleslaw and a biscuit with a side of bacon-flavored gravy. The mac and cheese was okay but the macaroni underneath the surface didn't have a lot of flavor. The chicken's seasoning and texture were fine, but I really wish when a restaurant says they have fried chicken it's more than just a filet, like actual bone-in meat. But Chadwick's just does a filet as so many other places do these days. The server forgot my clam chowder starter and it didn't come out until after I had already received my chicken. But I sent the clam chowder back. It was so over the top full of thyme it was inedible. I think that there are enough very decent-looking items on the menu, I would return.

I'd return based off that alone, but our sever also did a tremendous job and handled our large group very well! Kudos to him (I forgot his name). Now for the food and drinks. Neither disappointed and the whole group enjoyed their meal (which is hard to come by often). I had the Pasta alla Veneziana, which came with lobster, shrimp, and salmon), and it was very good! It was a tad pricy, but I'd order it again. Extra shout out for removing the tails from the shrimp (my coworker also noticed). I love a Smoked Old Fashioned, so ordered one as well, and it did not disappoint. I'll be back to drink and dine on the patio when the weather cools a bit.

I expected longer wait times for seating and food, and I was prepared to be patient. However, what I did not anticipate was a complete breakdown in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Having worked in the restaurant industry, it was clear that the issues extended beyond the kitchen. A back-of-house "crash" of this magnitude is typically the result of broader operational failures, including front-of-house management. It appeared that reservations were significantly overbooked without adequate planning for the volume. On a day like Mother's Day, full capacity should be expected, and systems should be in place to manage that demand effectively. At a minimum, there should have been proactive communication with guests regarding delays, allowing them the option to adjust their plans. Additionally, basic service standards--such as keeping water glasses filled and bread baskets stocked--were not maintained. The serving staff seemed overwhelmed and unsupported, which ultimately reflects a lack of clear direction from management. During our visit, we even observed a large party leave due to the experience. I genuinely felt for our server, who appeared to be doing their best under difficult circumstances. Without directly requesting specific items and even ordering from the bar myself, the experience would have been significantly worse. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations either. The seafood pasta, in particular, was underwhelming in both quality and presentation--featuring minimal seafood and inconsistent preparation. At the price point, I would expect a much higher standard. The chicken Parmesan felt like cardboard and was just as thin. The cod with peas tasted exactly like the frozen cod I get from Costco. Calamari never came, which we had no idea about. No option to get anything else. If the restaurant does not have the infrastructure to handle high-volume days at a consistent level of quality, it may be worth reconsidering reservation limits or adjusting service expectations accordingly. While I understand the desire to maximize business on a busy holiday, the long-term impact of disappointed guests may outweigh the short-term gains. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as no guest should have the experience we did. And no we did not accept any free dessert, which I felt was a completely tone def to the experience we had.

Free parking Hot, fresh food Fast service Amazing customer service We went on a Sunday around 6:00 p.m. and were seated immediately--no wait at all. For appetizers, we ordered the chips and dip, which came with tortilla chips, plantains, mango salsa, guacamole, and dip. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. My only complaint is that the portions felt a little small for the price. We also ordered the spinach dip, and it was outstanding! It arrived piping hot in a cast-iron skillet and stayed hot the entire time we were eating it--a huge plus because spinach dip usually cools off quickly. The toasted, buttered bread that came with it was fresh and plentiful. Again, I just wish there had been a little more dip in the skillet. For our entrées, I had the Mojo Chicken, and my husband had the Grilled Chicken Alfredo. Both dishes were served hot, came out quickly, and were absolutely delicious. Birria Racos to go. Now let's talk about the drinks... Pineapple Mojito: 20/10! One of the best I've ever had. Limoncello Martini: 10/10! My husband ordered the Havana Puerto Rican Rum & Coke, and he said it was excellent. The waitstaff deserves a special shout-out. Every single person we encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional. We never had to ask for refills or anything we needed--they stayed on top of everything without being intrusive. Overall, this was an excellent dining experience. Aside from wishing the appetizer portions were a little larger, I have absolutely no complaints. Final Rating: 10/10 We'll definitely be adding this restaurant to our regular rotation! Sorry no pictures, my phone died and my husband refuse to take pics!

Even on a busy Friday or Saturday night, I've had great luck on the patio: They dont take reservations for the patio. The food is always excellent. I love the Tortellini alla Panna. It is filled with veal. The sauce is so good. Another one of my hacks, which I used tonight, is asking if they have any porkchop which is on the lunch menu. Tonight, I was in luck. It comes with a side of mashed potatoes and broccolini. Superb. Lots of other great choices on the menu too. Definitely give them a try. How do you think they compare to Mia's? Both are faves.

The Tortellini in Brodo, filled with veal and Parmesan, arrives in a traditional homemade chicken broth that feels comforting yet ultimately lands at an average note, lacking depth. In contrast, the Calamari Fritti is a standout--perfectly fried, delicately crisp, and notably tender. The Suprema di Pollo con Mozzarella offers pleasant flavors of butter, lemon, and chardonnay, though the chicken veers slightly overcooked. More successful is the Piccatine al Limone, where milk-fed veal is bright and balanced with citrus and wine. A special of linguine with scallops on the shell rounds things out nicely, delivering a satisfying, well-executed finish.
