Be careful of Kenneth Lee, chiropractor. He did a very bad adjustment on my neck that caused a lot of pain. I am not weak or a complainer. I said, "Ow!" loudly but there was no concern at all. The adjustment left significant lingering pain over a period of months that had to be addressed with a really good chiropractor so I could get movement back. Just an f.y.i. It takes a lot to get me to complain, but this man is not good at what he does--- not just the painful neck injury but also misdiagnosed many other things. There was dog hair all over the waiting room. And Dr. Lee's adjustment was harsh. It's been a month and I still have neck and back pain.

First experience with a chiropractor and the care quality is outstanding. Starting with the receptionist she is quick and understanding. I forgot my paperwork and she was quick to adjust and gave me new paperwork to fill out and the process took 10 minutes. Started with heat/electric therapy and that was a good new experience. Dr. Lee is very personable and asked questions to see what is going on with me and adjusted appropriately. Will definitely make this a monthly habit. Strained by lower back and was in intense unbearable pain, could barely move. Looked up a few local Chiropractors and saw how many good reviews Dr. Lee had. Called them, they answered, and although they were booked, Carol, who works the front and schedules appointments, squeezed me in anyways. (very thankful for that). Met with Dr. Lee a couple hours later. He asked a few questions and immediately knew the issue and how to resolve it. He performed a few quick and painless procedures and my back immediately felt better. He told me that I would still continue to feel pain but that it should get better over the course of the next 2-3 days. He said if the pain was still significant at that point, to come back and we could try again. My pain went from a 8-9 level down to a 3-4 within the 2-3 days. I didn't need to come back. Dr. Lee is legit and his services are very affordable (unlike the other physical therapists I called). He doesn't try to upsell you on continual service, service packages, or products. He seems to simply want to help treat your issue and help you recover. I highly recommend Dr. Lee if you have a back or neck issue. *Also, the woman that works massage there was real friendly. I purchased a LivingSocial deal since it's been years since I've seen a chiropractor about the slight curvature in my spine. I have not been having any problems or discomfort but I just wanted peace of mind that everything was okay back there. When I called for an appointment, I was able to get in just two business days later. To save time, forms can be found on their website. I had them filled out before I got there, however, there are still a few signatures needed on your first visit. I was given muscle therapy. Laying on my stomach, two sticky pads were placed at the back of my neck and two to my upper back. A device sent electrical currents to the areas while a heated pad laid across my whole back. Lots of heat and vibrations made for an interesting feeling that made me tense up. While it stimulated those muscles, I can't say I enjoyed it but it must have been good for me. This deal included x-rays, which I opted to take. Dr. Lee also gave me adjustments and then recommended exercises that are specific to the areas that need it. Lastly, I was able to ask him questions. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and professional and I never felt he was feeding me any BS, as what I've felt at another chiropractor. What was most important to me is that he did not pressure me into becoming a regular patient. If ever I feel the need for an adjustment, I would be happy to come back to the Dome to see Dr. Lee. read more

Doc is the best! I'm a little funky with the neck part of the adjustment. He will NOT push it if it's too tight. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. Already 2x this year I couldn't even turn my head to the right and he's fixed me right up. I was involved in a 5 car collision back in March that broke my seat back and landed me just inches away from the guy's hood that rear ended me. Dr. Lee is wonderful. He's a very conscientious, gentle chiropractor and I always feel safe with him. He has helped my neck tremendously. I saw him 3 times a week for a little while and my mobility improved each time. Before the adjustment, he primes your body with little electrical pulses and either heat or cold for 10 minutes, which is quite helpful. He is also very respectful of his patients' time. I've never waited more than 5 minutes or so past my appointment time before getting into an office, which is unusual in my experience. Carole (the office manager) is awesome, too. I discovered Dr. Lee one morning a couple of weeks ago when I reached too far and my neck froze up completely - OW. Carole got me in that same morning with Dr. Lee, who released my neck and got me out of pain and moving again. I've been seeing him regularly over the last two weeks to get my neck issue completely resolved (it's a result of a recent injury and scoliosis, so it's not a one-session fix), and I am very happy with the improvement I'm seeing in my pain and range of motion. I always had a great experience here and left the office feeling pain-free! I was always greeted by my name and received help where I needed it. I have scoliosis and needed spinal alignments once a month and magnetic electro-therapy (I think that's what it's called). And the price is fair. The only reason why I took off a star is because I always felt rushed, and even though I understand I usually come on a Saturday and there are other people in and out, sometimes nobody else was there and my questions were answered quickly and I never knew what to do at home to take care of myself.
